This inadvertently became the title of the month when I jokingly made this picture to go with a monthly message, and well it soon became truth as I lost the first two editions to keeping a foot in both worlds lol... so here goes for a third try...

Things went a bit wild in April, and May can go either way... many will searching for their footing and finding a new place to start and some will continue fighting against the energies and looking for answers from without instead of within.

 

Since we are already into May as I try to write this a third time lol, it is now really, okay, here we are, now what, where do we go from here. And hopefully, you have found your sanity somewhere along the way. Significant life events have been changing the world for many and this will continue on. Keep your thoughts positive and focused and your heart in all you are doing and you will find your way.

 

The way you experience and perceive the world is changing and this leads to many new inspirations and ideas that will be powerful experiences and have great growth potential.

 

This is a time to end difficult situations, thoughts or feelings that have been holding you back. It is time for powerful experiences to move you forward in your understanding of life the universe and everything. You are on the right path for you, so make some long- term well thought out plans for yourself and your life now as that is what you will be creating.

 

Be open to new people entering your life, or perhaps even an old friend who is just now becoming aware of what you have been doing, and seeing and experiencing yourself for a while. This is good and it will help you heighten and strengthen your own connections as you help others who are newly experiencing their spiritual/emotional awakening.

 

Take time out for yourself and of course, meditate while you garden, while you walk, while you experience and so much more will be available for you to draw upon...

 

And if you aren't really sure, there are always do overs to help you get really clear about what you want to say, do, or be.

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to work with my light and trusting that there is so much more than you have been taught of the past. Those of you who journeyed with us know of what I speak for within you is the memories of that time. Anytime there is a huge event on the earth plane, those who choose to come forward and reincarnate on the planet carry the cellular memories of those momentous times. You do not always understand these feelings however you know that they are there. When you reach a similar advancement or situation in your time, these feelings become more palpable and oftentimes need to be healed so that you can move forward as you were meant to be and do.

There are significant life events happening on earth that have been a long time in coming and these powerful revelations will lead to the changes that you have been dreaming of. They are happening with each event you deem a disaster, with sadness and sometimes horror. They are happen for those of you who find love and forgiveness and seek greater knowledge and understanding. It is paramount that you each find this in yourselves as this is the path of the awakening ones. It is not a path outside of you, but an inner journey. Be sure to find ways to be of service to your fellow man as you are embarking on these changes. You, the lightworkers, are the ones who lead the way and are the way showers for those that follow.

Expect many wondrous things to happen and as you expect, you will receive. Be prepared to do the work that leads you where you want to go as that is also a part of a finite experience. Learning to work with your natural magic is truly a part of the human expression and all of you are magical creators waiting to take your power. Spend time nurturing and honing your skills and expanding your senses as that is what brings magic to your world, as you do this, the world around you changes and you will see things from a different view and light.

Decide now what it is you want or how you want your life to look or you might feel as if outside forces are conspiring against you. Trust that they are not; they are just trying to help you decide what it is you desire. We wish to remind you that you are always aware at a soul level what is transpiring for you and each night when you enter into your dream times, you can rewrite the scripts and begin again in morning. Each day is truly a new day in which to create. Should you find yourself in a sleepless night, dream of good thoughts and positive changes to begin to manifest them in your world and the longer and more often you can think of these, the closer they become.

Celebrate each victory, no matter how small you deem it. Feel the love and joy in all that you do and make room to have more fun no matter what is happening or what you are doing. It helps to add creativity and openness which brings in inspirations and ideas that will help you find alternatives that you had not previously thought of. It gives your guides and angels opportunities to connect and let you know they are near.

Find your childhood innocence and let it be an active part of you as you are seeing the world through new eyes as you awaken your sensitivities and learn to trust your intuition and your guidance. Have patience with yourselves as it a process that is unfolding as it should. Think carefully and consider what you are wanting and then begin the action steps that are necessary to create this in the your physical word and you will feel joy, contentment and gratitude for a job well done knowing that it will be.

A pause in action often means that you are needing to let the timing of everything to fall into place. Take this time to review everyone’s motives including your own and be sure to honour each other’s truth. Speak your truth with kindness and understanding as you deal with all challenges or obstacles, and use this time to discover the most sensible approach that works for you.

When your seeds are planted, nurture them and they will grow. Trust that when everything is just right, they will sprout forth and begin to grow. Such is the way with your life. Worry not, as that will bring you more of what you do not want. Trust that your garden will bear fruit and provide you with all that you need or desire. When the time is right to harvest your garden, you will know and then it will be time to move on once again, as there is something more that will follow. When you feel a temporary pause in what is happening in your life, it means things are getting ready for the next stage and all aspects are finding their place. Be prepared for action, it will come swiftly when the time is right.

Know that you are moving on to greater thing through your personal and spiritual growth. You will be drawn to new things and sometimes completely different paths than you had envisioned for yourself. Your likes, loves and even your dislikes will change. How you see yourself and your place in the world is shifting and so very soon how others see you will be anew. Keep up the good work and keep going. Job well done and so it is time to begin again at this wonderful level of love and understanding that is awakening within you.

Mastery is the path you seek and good news is on the way. The years of hard work and honing of your skills will bring about the recognition or awards that you seek. Do not rest upon your laurels as there is much more to be done. Expect the best and let that be your self-fulfilling prophecy. Heal what needs to be healed and take the time to find you footing and get right back up and assert your independence and creativity for the next project in your development.

You are each on a path to enlightenment of a great aspect and awareness of who you are. You are beautiful and powerful beings of God Light and a particle of this energy dwells within all of you. Nurture and feed that particle so that it begins to glow bright and brighter until it is visible all around you and as you do this, you will know great love, understanding, and wisdom. You will begin to understand there is so much more than you can possibly imagine and that indeed a transformation of conscious understanding is taking place and you are expanded your view of yourself and your world.

 

 

Many events happening right now are powerful opportunities that lead to change on mass and that is why they are put upon the path. Change your life to be in balance with your visions now and you will be making the most of those opportunities to advance your awakening and initiation into the higher levels of light and love.

 

The need for spiritual balance is important, so find the path that leads to moderation, co-operation and sometimes even compromise. Balance your emotional and mental energy so you can speak your truth with confidence and clarity. Do not let competing goals stand in the way of your progress as this will lead to tests of spirit that may require you to seek out professional advice or at the very least, time to recover to find your footing once again. Trust that love will help you find the answers and guide you where you need to be and let the experience be your teacher and your guide.

 

Finding that place of peace inside you is a most desired state. Especially when there seems like too much is going on all at once and you might perhaps lose your mind, if there was anything left to begin with. Consider a more playful approach that helps you view things from a different perspective. See the humour and the gift, as this vital for keeping your sanity and away from stress-related concerns or illnesses. Accept help from others, or delegate what needs to be done so that you can find the time to get your bearings and to feel safe and secure in the decisions you make. Finding your spiritual balance requires you to look at all four bodies, the physical, emotional, and mental to lead to the spiritual evolution you desire.

 

Let yourself find the balance that works with your integrity and your own moral compass. This is your truth and it is ever so important for you to find this place of peace within you. Be the spiritual aspirant, be the seeker of the light and with this comes the 'seers' initiation into higher realms of light, peace and balance. Renew your love of life and let all of your concerns fade away as your wishes, dreams, and desires come true.

 

The sun always rises again in the morning, regardless of the night, so have confidence that a new day is dawning. Let your brilliant new ideas be reflected all around you and lead you to the success that you seek. Trust the power of your creativity to help you end any difficult situations so that you can be up and off onto another journey at this new level of love, understanding and enlightenment. A new trip awaits your journey.

 

A need to Release that which no longer serves you will come with each cycle. You are nearing the end of a phase in your spiritual transformation and it is important for you to ensure that you have brought an end to a difficult situation so that you can move forward to this next phase that is ready for you now. It is just waiting for you to step up and do the completions at hand. It is time to move forward and every cell within your being knows and feels this and sometimes it even feels like there is a cellular revolution going on inside, and well, there is.

 

As you release any ties that bind you to the past, you will experience the freedom you have been longing for. You will find the magic in every little thing in your life as you expand your understanding and embrace the change that is happening all around you. This is what is helping you create the home life you desire and to see the manifestations of your dreams and desires. Expect things to get better now and they will. You are indeed creating heaven on earth.

 

Evaluate and review. It is time for an assessment of the facts, figures and feelings that have been created as you begin to move on in this new direction. There is a desire to search for something more meaningful for you in your spiritual and emotional work. This is the time to call upon your guides and angels that are part of your entourage of light beings to help you make objective decisions from the higher perspective of spirit. Clear away what no longer serves you as it is time to move in this new direction right now and we await your arrival.

 

Feeling as if you have too much work or any unnecessary worry about what you are creating or what is manifesting can lead to stress related illnesses and health concerns that are not a necessary part of your journey. When you feel these feelings, immediately release them and realize that there are others who can help you do the work and you can get your life back into balance. It is always most important for you to be in that place of peace, balance and harmony with your world so that you can know that you are at your best and highest use and service to the Creator, the Universe and all that is.

Come with me and dip into the healing pools of love and light. Feel our love, feel our healing.  Allow this energy to wash over you and release everything that is not love from your being right now. Allow each wave to wash these thoughts and feelings away. They are always there if you want them back when we are done. For now we want you to be totally immersed in the energy of love and healing. This is the most powerful energy there is in the known Universes. Let this energy of love bring you back into balance once again. Balance and harmony within are your birthright, and at no time where you expected to stay in an unbalanced state for long. It matters not what is happening around you, it matters what you are feeling within at that moment. As within, so shall it be without. As above, so below…

 

It is time, if you have not already done so, to be a living, walking example of your heart and true self. Take some risks, follow some hunches and believe that all is possible.  Healing your heart is the best path to begin any journey, for when your heart is healed and whole you are then better able to be in service to all of humanity in the way that you desired so very long ago. You do not need to carry the weight the world on your shoulders, realise the importance of each person finding their own path of healing and open up to unconditional love. It matters not who they are or what they have done, love them anyway and let them know that they are not alone and have support in their journey of healing and then it is up to them to choose what they may. Release the memories of your past and cut the cords to anything that binds you to those thoughts and feelings, as these are the blocks that stand in your way of moving forward. Release any judgement about what is right and what is wrong, and know that it is all good. You each represent the thoughts of each other and all that is; to change the world, change your thoughts. When your thoughts are most aligned with love, it assists those around you to then transform their thoughts. And of course, when you are aligned with the energy of love, you then see the true beauty that surrounds you and continue to ignite more.

 

Healers unite. It is time to work together with all the other healers instead of this competition thing of ‘mines better than yours’, ‘I am better than you’, or ‘there are only so many clients and people, I must have my share’, as these are all thoughts of separateness and lack. That is old energy and it is time to let it go. Share with each other, help out each other, and support one another. Be the living embodiment of what you teach. We know that is not always easy when you are continually bombarded with the mental energy of polarity; however it is when you learn to be in the energy of love within that mental energy of the 3^rd dimension that you are truly living in the 5th dimension.

 

Healers work together with each other. This means to include your allopathic doctors in what you are doing and offer to work with them in some capacity. This is the way that healing will go, and it is when you work together, side by side, that healing will happen in undreamed of ways for humanity. Each of you has valuable information to help to treat the whole; it is coming, be prepared. Allopathic doctors, welcome the intuitive and energy healers into your practice, you will see undreamed of speed in healing, less side effects and less medication. Fear not that you will run out of patients, for there will other ways that you can run your healing practices that will actually be more in keeping with why you chose to be a doctor in the first place. And worry not that you will suffer financial loss, for again, this is an abundant universe and there is enough for all, your practices will still be around, they will be less chaotic and stressful and give you the time that you need that is so seriously lacking for you now. This is truly a win/win/win situation for everyone and really, that is the purpose of your oath and purpose.

 

Healers help and support each other. Form healing groups for healers to get together and exchange healings, ideas, thoughts and camaraderie. It is the separateness, competition and mental ego energy that holds you back as a whole and that must change. You are only as strong as your weakest link, therefore support one another and strengthen your power and influence. It must come from the energy of love, as nothing else will yield the results you desire.

 

Healees, those of you in need of healing, it is time to awaken and take responsibility for your own healing journey. Stop looking for a magic wand that will fix things immediately and begin to look for ways for you to begin healing. Most of you are healing a part of yourself in one form or another, you perhaps had not thought of it as a healing journey before.

 

Physical healing is usually evident as pain is often the catalyst to this journey. However it is also the last place that the signs and symptoms manifest, therefore it is important to embark on a four bodied healing to ensure you find the balance and harmony that you seek and for healing to take place. If you are currently experiencing great pain or discomfort, it is difficult to keep your focus on more positive thoughts. This is when your healers can best help you. Do not berate yourself if you using medications to help you through. We just ask that you use them wisely and gently, and also to consider other wholistic avenues as well. Be sure to have your herbalist work with your pharmacist and doctor. It might take a bit of work to find the right group and mix; however it will be worth the journey and the best and fastest way that you will shift your healing process and the process of the whole. Combination and cooperation are the key for growth and expansion and  finding the equilibrium with all that is.

 

Emotional healing is about the heart. Unhealed thoughts and feelings lead to manifestations in your physical world in many ways. Begin this journey with forgiveness.  If you feel you have been hurt by another, holding on to that pain or disappointment only hurts you and gives them energy and power of which to feed. Take your power back today and realise that it is you and how you feel that matters. As you cut this energy off and transform it for yourself, it will start a domino effect in all your bodies healing processes and lightening and brightening of your load.

 

The energy of hurt, anger, resentment, jealousy, revenge, hatred, and so on, are all energy of lower will, and actually causes your blood vessels to constrict and then less blood can flow in and around your body. If just plain makes you sick, and can manifest throughout your vascular system, which flows through all of your physical body, every part of it. If this flow is interrupted, death of the cells begins to occur. This leads to dis-ease, dying and death.  It is time to heal any scars of the past so that you can be free to move forward, healthy and whole once again, as your original blueprint, plans and intentions are cleared of the energy that has blocked them in some way.

 

Forgiveness doesn't mean that what that person did to you is okay, what it means is that you are no longer willing to carry this burden. They have their own stuff to work through and that doesn't require any energy from you other than love and wish them well on their way.

 

Affirmation: "I open my heart to love and compassion, it is safe for me to be a loving, open, compassionate being of Creator Light."

 

Welcome the new developments in your thinking as these represent the mental and spiritual changes that lead to the transformations that you seek. Remember to release that which no longer serves who you are becoming as the old must go so that the new can enter. The end perhaps can seem scary as you are unsure what comes up next, so we ask you to remember that the end for the caterpillar signifies the beginning for the butterfly, it is but the process of transformation, and transformation is the process you came here to experience, onward and upward to something more.

 

Ask your angels to help you accept and process the stages of change that you find yourself in. You can go as gently and easily as you like, however most of you are in such a hurry that you forget to ask. Trust that all will unfold as you become ready and spend time on focused intent of that which is most important to you now. Try new things and adventures, see the gifts in all that you do and experience and do not worry if you sometimes stubble, you have dreams worth failing for. (For in truth, there is no failure, for all is a gift.)

 

Affirmation: "My thoughts and feelings are expanding and transforming each day. I am safe and comfortable with all the changes and transformations that I am going through as this is a part of my growth.”

 

Be open to all possibilities, even ones that you thought had been previously closed. This is the time to follow your hearts desires. Do all you can do to make your dreams and ambitions a part of your current reality. This is the time and opportunity to make things happen, you have created some fantastic momentum upon which to build, capitalize on that energy. Keep your focus and see how each new creation leads to another, and then another, when your thoughts are positive and you are seeing the fruits of your desires.

 

Share with others from your heart. Share your good fortune with others, as your methods for creating the life you planned will be a road map to help others find their way. Together you are stronger, so help one another along the way. You are all connected with each other, a part of each other, just as each one of you is a part of Creator light, you re also a part of each other. Nurture your relationships with those around you, and let your true heart be reflected in your aura.

 

Affirmation: "I trust that I will be guided through the choices I make each new day."

 

You are all connected and a part of each other and you are also connected with us, it is but the human mantle that sets us apart. Feel this connection, feel your connection to the earth, to the stars, the people, the plants and the animals; each is connected to the other. Every action you take acts like an echo and sends that message in rippling waves out to those around you and they echo out and the ripple gets bigger and bigger as each one passes, touching and affecting all life around it.

 

Nurture that connectedness with love. Heal any discordant thoughts you are sending out to others as this will affect all that is around you. Trust your inner guidance and let it be an active participant in all aspects of your life. Ask your angels to help bring to you people and situations that will help you in this process and that you are surrounded by love and supportive people to help you along the way, just as you provide that for those around you.

Affirmation: "I am a valuable part of all creation."

 

You are a beautiful, worthy, and loving being and it is time for you to believe that as well. Ask your angels to surround you in loving light for strength and courage and believe in yourself. Take the action you are inspired to take upon your journey of healing and explore, share and discover along the way.

Assignment Human Angel ~ To Everything there is a Season

Your mission…

Should you choose to Remember is…

As you begin a new cycle, which you frequently do, remember that new adventures signal a completion and therefore new growth, new opportunities and more. Welcome in the new and celebrate that which you have completed. Job well done and now it is time to move on!

We are always experiencing cycles, even if you have never really paid attention or gave it much thought. We are starting the 2nd half or 3rd quarter of the year. We are all in that cycle. Those of you born this month are in a new year, therefore entering a new cycle. Those of you born this month should be used to the change that cycles brings since we are a 7 - the number of transition, July babies should at the very least used to change, if not crave it. I am a July baby and would move my furniture once a week if it worked in other ways, I therefore use blankets and pillows on the furniture in different colours and themes to shake things up (and to keep the cat hair to a minimum lol).

It is natural for things to transitions as that is what happens when we are on an evolving planet in time and space. It is in resisting this natural flow that we create obstacles and drama's for ourselves. To everything there is a season. Keep this in mind as you contemplate a life review of where you have been, what needs to be let go and what you want to keep working on. We are nearing a mercury retrograde (which cycles through about 3 times a year) and that is the perfect time to take things a bit slower and look at how things are progressing with you hopes, dreams and desires. Also consider where you are in your year and how that works with where things are at. This helps you to see the growth you are actually making. The first time I took stock of my life I was actually astounded by what I had accomplished thus far with many pitfalls and hurdles along the way. That is when I began to see the gift and then look for it in other seeming adverse situations I find myself in. Take the time over the next few weeks to do a review. Keep a journal as these are great markers for yourself (as well as perhaps another great book), and make sure to date it. It is like writing in your book of life. Also journaling can help to open up your communication with your guides, angels and ancestors, as you are usually in an alpha state when you journal and that is the perfect mindset for communication. Do not judge yourself, love yourself through the process. We are all works in progress, or we would be done with the earth experience and go home.

Remember to be gentle with yourself. Make this a special time to look at your cycles and see which ones you are nearing completion and get ready to finish them off. Take the time to review and you will enter the next stage with much more focus and clarity, therefore creating what you desire easier, faster, and grander than you did before.

Sharon's Take - December 2009

As with many of you, it is amazing that this is the last month of 2009, the year has gone by so fast for me. I am curious... have many of you found the balance in your physical world with the rest of you?

We still have time to release any thoughts, feelings and energy that no longer serves, it is an ongoing process...remember, Rome wasn't built in a day... be gentle with yourself, others treat us the way we treat and feel about ourselves, as the Angels so often share... See only Love, and start with yourself first...then watch as you begin or continue to see more love in the world.

The photon levels for December are in the 4's and 5's... which should mean that December will be a pretty smooth month for most...oftentimes this time of year brings up stuff we haven't processed through completely yet, with family and holidays and such. This is the time of year we often miss those who have crossed over, or feel alone, or feel overwhelmed with all the blitz and bling of the holidays. I know that I feel all three from time to time... so I try to avoid shopping during the busy times, watch less TV etc. I am conscious at this time of what I surround myself with.

Here is a reading for December....

Transitions and change have been the message for many. Finding the balance between moving forward with a focus and determination as well as ensuring you take time out to take care of yourself. You are the most important project you are working on, and many of us have had to make a conscious effort to take time out to snuggle on the couch with a good book, or meditation time. Finding the balance and harmony is important, when your cup is full...you have more to give and share with others. Take time out for you, if you have to lock the bathroom door and take a bath for some alone time...do it...you are worth it. And at the same time, move forward with your projects, as we are nearing the next year the energy is right to get going, don't procrastinate, over analyze, or stale wondering if now is the time, Action is what will count in the Universe at this time.

Our emotional realm many of us are still focused on the past, judgment of what we did wrong or did not do, not having enough etc. It is time to release and surrender these feelings. Take the time to process through 'that which no longer serves you'. Now is the time to get a handle on all those things that might be blocking you from moving forward, shed what you really don't need and fill the gaps where they're having a leaky impact. Don't avoid tasks anymore, they are actually pleasurable once they are viewed as creative energy flow opportunities, the Universe is telling you to tie up loose ends, so you can move forward in this new energy of passion we are heading into. Now is the time to release to we can move on to that which makes our heart sing, and live in the Truth, Trust and Passion that we know we came here to create.

Our mental realm, our thoughts about ourselves, the Universe and those around us had seen the greatest change for many of us, as this is the realm of the 3D world that overwhelms us the most. It is this realm that has the most influence on what happens next on our journey. Where are you thoughts about what is happening in your life? Are you marching forward with conscious awareness or are you allowing others or thoughts about how things should be or always have been rule your world. We always have a choice about what thoughts stay in our head. If it doesn't feel good or right, discard it and focus on a thought or idea that you want to create. If you find that you are not creating enough of anything, especial financially, look at where you thoughts are about money as well as deep seeded beliefs (from our parents, ourselves and past lives), it is time to release these and move forward. There is a wonderful stream of enough for us all, now is the time to tap into that stream, as well to ensure that you spending wisely, consciously on things that will help you create more of what you truly want.

Spiritually many of us have gone through great changes over the last little while. More and more of the people we meet are asking questions about this spiritual awakening. Many of us have stepped more fully into 'the teacher' as we find that balance in bringing our spiritual self into the physical and have been working on creating a career that allows us to be in truth with our belief system. Trust is often that challenge many of face as we decide to concentrate more fully on making a living at our passion, at being our spirit selves in all that we do. As more people question and awaken, this will open up opportunities for each of us... so pay attention to the signs and opportunities that are before you. Look for the open doors and release the ones that are closed. Move forward with purposeful action and love.

I have some workshops planned for December and January that will assist in Releasing and healing the past (both online conferences and here in Williams Lake), as well as a 6 week workshop in January to assist in bringing our Spirit self more into our physical world. We are also experiencing our last mercury retrograde for this year... on December 26th to January 15, 2010...so you might want to avoid purchasing any electronics and other mechanical things if you like to save up boxing day sales...ask yourself if you really need it now or can it wait till after the 15th...if no one buys it right after Christmas...they will still be on sale after the 15th. If you really need to buy things during this period, make sure you read the contracts, and buy the extended warranties offered. I look forward to mercury retro's as I am extra conscious of what I spend my time and money on. I like to use this time to look at the projects I am working on and see how they are working...what the challenges are and if I really do want to create them, or if they need to be fine tuned and adjusted.

Have a great month filled with peace, love and joy...we always have a choice...if you find yourself out of balance, take a few minutes and focus on your breath, bring in fresh energy and release the energy that you don't need or want. Meditate, meditate, meditate... 5 minutes a day will make a difference. Spend your energy creating the world you want to create and don't let others hold you back. Embrace the changes as they are opportunities for us to grow and evolve.

Sharon's Take - October 2009

The Angels have shared that October brings about Opportunity, Creativity and Trust. It is a creator energy month and with mercury retrograde over at the end of September and the photon levels in the 6's most of the month, now is the time to cease the energy and create, create, create!

Angel Reading of the month:

"We are all presented with opportunities and expected to flow with the currents that come our way. Something now is being made available to you and it is up to you to use it to your greatest advantage. Be alert, be aware, and be prepared.

Use your creative potential now. Creativity is an energy for adventure and change. It may herald a new idea, inspiration for a book, an artistic vision or a new project. Let your imagination flow. If you do not know how to channel the force, you may feel restless or dispirited.

So ask your Angels to help you direct your creative energy towards something worthwhile to you. Use common sense and discernment and never give your power to another. Instead put your trust in yourself and the higher energies around you.

So, you are reminded to persevere, for it may be that a door which was previously closed has now been opened. Quiet your mind, your Angel guidance is to increase your trust in the infinite and use your power with joy and wisdom.

As many of you know I am moving up to Williams Lake this month. I have a wonderful home in town that is waiting for Bella and I. I am very much looking forward to using all the tools and techniques I have learned over the past 20 years - since my last move. I am looking forward to being in the country and away from all of the energy that is around the city at this moment. Living next to Olympic Village has been an interesting experiencing in working with energy over the past year as they are preparing the site. I am looking forward to connecting with new friends and old friends & learning to warm myself during the winter.

Sharon's Take - May 2009

Welcome to May... I actually feel as though spring has arrived! Perhaps it was the beautiful drive up to the Okanagan for The Spring Festival of Awareness, and/or the sunshine and time in the garden to play with dirt and plants, and bugs and.... all the weaves of Gaia. Anyway... it was a beautiful time and wonderful festival, I enjoyed the workshops I attended and presented and had a healing session on my hip with a wonderful healer from Kamloops (send me an email if you are in that area and want a treatment...I can't find his card at this exact moment), I was amazed at how much less pain I had and my movement has increased...simply wonderful.

May should bring us some interesting energy. The photon levels are in the 6's and the 7's, 5 is where you find the most balance. As the photon levels go up, we find that our manifestation time of our thoughts and focus shortens... therefore during these time, focus your thoughts strongly on what YOU want to create, keep your thoughts and ideas focused on your desires and optimistic. Oftentimes when the levels are going up people focus on their fears, there is tons of fear stuff surrounding the news and talk at the water cooler... try to avoid these things, read and listen to things that uplift and feed your soul... take some meditation and awareness workshops. Surround yourself with positive people and things. Mercury is Retrograde from the 7th to the 30th, so it is a prefect time to do the spring cleaning in all the realms, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Clean the closets, do a cleanse, spend more time walking in nature, surrender, release and forgive any unfinished thoughts, feelings and emotions... this is the perfect time. Meditate, meditate, meditate, spend time with your entourage of guides and angels, they are there to assist you on this journey, take time to play... swing in the park, run in the wind and fly...like you did as a child... and reward yourself... This balance of giving and receiving is essential to keeping your energy, mood, and motivation at a consistently high level.

Enjoy the beauty and the love of them moment that you find yourself in, when you align yourself with who you truly are, you inspire others. Be powerful! Be magnificent! This is who you truly are!

Special Earth Day Message

Dear Family of Gaia,

Take a moment and notice that there is beauty around you and within you. That is cause enough for celebration. All of the kingdoms of the earth, including humanity, are undergoing great change at this time. That too, is cause for celebration.

The general thought, both conscious and unconscious, traveling through the 'mind of man' at this time is that there is little cause for celebration. Perhaps you will forgive an argument on a day that carries my namesakes, but this is untrue!

The earth celebrates every day in every way and demonstrates this to you so that you will find cause to do the same. Do not allow yourselves to imagine that a changing earth is tantamount to a distress call. Change is the ongoing process of transformation and its acceleration is also cause for celebration even if it takes a form that is unfamiliar to you.

A pause between the inbreath and the outbreath will move your thoughts inward. As you do this notice how far you have come and how much you have grown, perhaps in a very short time. Notice that all of your experiences, both positive and negative, have encouraged you to know yourself and to experience life more fully. The same is true for the earth, and as Gaia sentience I am more aware now than ever before.

Do not struggle against change. Be an advocate for conscious evolution in all things, including thoughts. Unfamiliar moments bring new friends and family forward, another cause for celebration. Do not stir the waters to bring back what is going or gone when you make them (and yourself) still long enough to recognize the new that is already on the horizon.

Celebrate this day on Earth as I do, a day delivered unto itself to be lived in fullness, complete and whole in every way. And know that any day that you name and dedicate to yourself will be one in which Gaia is also in celebration.

Sharon's Take - March 2009

To spice things up...I decided to do a Lemurian Oracle Card Reading for the month of March...

Many of us will continue our path of personal and spiritual growth as the energy leads to wards the Spring Equinox (March 21st ish). Many of us will continue to reflect on our past life - looking at the choices we have made, did we do them for all the right reasons? Was this my career choice, or did I do what others expected of me? Am I happy with my life? How can I make this life I have now happy?

Many are needing to move from areas of personal bondage, issues of control and begin living our lives with the freedom of choice. As time passes each of us will continue to release and process energy, old thoughts and ideas which no longer serve us. If you are not releasing and transforming, you probably are not having a particularly fun time. The Mental energy around many of us will be transforming as the dreams of change that many of us have been longing for will begin to manifest within the mass consciousness, as people begin to transition into living their lives with truth, trust and passion.

Huge spiritual growth is happening and available for so many that a time of pause and observation will be paramount as our spirit selves emerging require the catch up of our physical selves. Treat yourself to some much needed energy healing work to assist with the physical shifts, drink plenty of water and meditate, meditate,
meditate.

The photon energy is in the low range most of the month...concentrate on the thoughts you want to create...hold thoughts of love and peace and enjoy the solar wave of the Equinox.

I am off for a vacation this month, back to the healing temples of Lemuria... I shall be making my first visit to Kauai and am looking forward to recording some meditations inspired by the land, ocean, whales and dolphins.... Enjoy!

This was a powerful movie I discovered while surfing the net looking for inspiring ideas. The sacred geometry combined with the music spoke to me on a cellular level causing a wonderful peaceful feeling filled with Love.
