Be a Human Angel and Do Something Good Today!

Being a human angel is one of the best ways to start becoming a force for change and creating better days. When you set out each day to do something good in the world, it is amazing how fast the world begins to change in positive ways.

I have this wonderful ceramic tray that says in beautiful gold writing "Do Something Good Today." I keep it on my stove and use it as a utensil holder. It serves me well as a constant reminder to something good each day in the world. I  absolutely love it. It is a principle I have tried to live by for a long time. This is really something I do for myself as well as others because it feels good to make a difference. It becomes a passion to feel the rush of endorphins when you make a difference. It is kind of addicting lol. 

It is easy to become a human angel and make a difference in the world. Do some volunteer work at your local shelter or nursing home. Pick up some garbage on your walk. Recycle, reuse, or re-purpose some of your unwanted things. All you really need to do is be kind and make a difference.  I often ask my angels to put me in a place where I can do good in and always I am in the right place at the right time to be the human angel I love to be. 

I take care of the Meals on Wheels program in my community so it is super easy to make a difference. I love the quote by Gandhi "You must be the Change you wish to see in the world!" Often the "you Must" is left off this quote and yet the words are so powerful and important. It becomes your driving force and a force for what is good and right is a team I want to play on.  You must leaves out any room for doubt.

Become an inspired warrior for the light. Listen to your courageous heart. Ignore any excuses why you cannot and let of go of resistance or hesitation. When you believe, feel, and act with a compassionate heart, the Universe gives you more reasons to be happy, to make a difference, and to create a new reality. 

Your Angel Guidance is to be a Human Angel and Do something Good today and every day.

It is easy to be a human angel. Set your intention as you begin your day to do something good in some way. Ask your angels to put you where you need to be to make some great contribution or to just change someone's day in a positive way. The synchronicity and serendipity will be there  to act when you decide that you are a human angel, creating a better way and making a difference by changing someone's day!

Sharon's Take ~ How Are You Doing?

Wow, another big storm today on the geomagnetic field of our Sun, second one this week as well as a few M-class flares http://www.n3kl.org/sun/noaa.html coupled with the Mercury Retrograde and things should be a bit wild to say the least. Today we have both a flare and a storm which is unusual! 

My best advise is to keep calm and sparkle, failing that take a nap lol.

We used to get about 3 solar flares a year and since October when I started to check on a daily basis as it felt like something was happening when I was tuning into the energy we have only had a handful of days with normal activity. That is a lot of energy bombarding us and if you are not aware or used to working in it, it can be tremendously overwhelming.  

Some tips and things to help you are of course a good, regular meditation practice. This doesn't mean that you need to spend your day locked away, it means that 10 minutes a day will make a difference. It can mean the difference between a successful feeling day verses an overwhelming day where you just want to escape and move to that mountain top. We are here to have a physical experience and it is important for us to be here, present and ready.

Some other things you can easily do anywhere are Mudras. Here are some hand ones that really can make a difference in your day. Try them out and you will be amazed at the difference they can make in your day.

Also using shields and filters can help and you may need to reapply them during these high energy times.

All of these activities will help you to keep your balance, keep grounded and assist in your well-being.

Laughter can also do wonders. Watch a funny  movie, check out some of the YouTube clips from old shows like the Carol Burnett Show, or Who's line is it anyway, check out laughing Yoga, or take an evening and go to a comedy club or show, whatever makes you laugh, do it. Laugher releases endorphins that make you feel good.

Whatever you choose, do it for you. Take a deep breath and keep moving forward and most of all, have a beautiful day. You can always choose how you respond to life's challenges and opportunities.

You Are Needed Now More Than Ever

There has been a lot going on and lots of feelings and emotions floating about the earth plane and many were thrown off kilter over the past few weeks, which have been surprising for some as you thought you had moved beyond those thoughts and feelings. These are times when it is important to shine your brightest and beam love to those around the world affected by great change. It is not ours to decide anyone’s future; it is up to them to chart the course. It is the human who must do their own journey and yet consider all others as you would the self. It is the human who has the power to feel love and share it with others and this is when you are needed the most. Yet, often it is not what comes to mind. It is at these time that you are the most powerful to inject the mass consciousness with thoughts of love, acceptance, peace and harmony.

Take a deep breath and remember that happy outcomes follow positive expectations and so use your thoughtfulness, creativity, sensibility, brilliant and evolving self to come forward. It is time and the time is now, so get to work, stop procrastinating and get going. Speak your mind with truth, fairness and diplomatically and you will see the results you seek. Release any fears, justified or imagined and just get going in a positive, desired direction.

You are needed to shine your light upon the earth at this time, like never before. Band together with those of like mind, and spread thoughts and actions of love, of peace, and unity consciousness. Unity consciousness is not everyone thinking and being the same, it is about seeing that the good of the one is the same as the good of the many and that together you are stronger and there is enough for everyone. Use your ingenuity, creativity and the strength of your power to help guide you in your thoughts and actions and become a part of the team of lightworkers who are responsible for shedding light, love and compassion around your world.

Spiritual evolution is ripe for a quantum leap and it is up to those who feel the call to counsel and help others awaken to realize their own potential and divine mission and to be in their contracts as the teachers and the healers and to reap the rewards of all that hard work you have done bringing humanity to this brink of great change. Be patient, you will be where you need to be and will know you are in living fully in your contract. Hold and trust that thought as the only acceptable outcome.

Keep your focus and keep that focus positive. You are ready to see the manifestation of your desires right now and you have the ability to manifest them. Work tirelessly on the passions that fill your hearts and you will receive the desired rewards. Have courage and believe in yourself. Be open to the options and creative solutions will appear. Be open to the thought that there is more than you can possibly imagine happening that is wonderful and grand for all of human kind and that each seeming negative action is an opportunity for us to see that it doesn’t happen again.

Take good care and nurture yourself and each other. Cherish one another. You are your best support, coach, captain and cheering team and you are ready to move on to something more meaningful in your spiritual and emotional growth and it is ready for you as well. Take the baton and get ready for time in the sun, the race has begun to your expansion, to utilizing your great inner strength, wisdom and fortitude and promising adventures into and with the light.

Come with me and dip into the healing pools of love and light. Feel our love, feel our healing.  Allow this energy to wash over you and release everything that is not love from your being right now. Allow each wave to wash these thoughts and feelings away. They are always there if you want them back when we are done. For now we want you to be totally immersed in the energy of love and healing. This is the most powerful energy there is in the known Universes. Let this energy of love bring you back into balance once again. Balance and harmony within are your birthright, and at no time where you expected to stay in an unbalanced state for long. It matters not what is happening around you, it matters what you are feeling within at that moment. As within, so shall it be without. As above, so below…

 

It is time, if you have not already done so, to be a living, walking example of your heart and true self. Take some risks, follow some hunches and believe that all is possible.  Healing your heart is the best path to begin any journey, for when your heart is healed and whole you are then better able to be in service to all of humanity in the way that you desired so very long ago. You do not need to carry the weight the world on your shoulders, realise the importance of each person finding their own path of healing and open up to unconditional love. It matters not who they are or what they have done, love them anyway and let them know that they are not alone and have support in their journey of healing and then it is up to them to choose what they may. Release the memories of your past and cut the cords to anything that binds you to those thoughts and feelings, as these are the blocks that stand in your way of moving forward. Release any judgement about what is right and what is wrong, and know that it is all good. You each represent the thoughts of each other and all that is; to change the world, change your thoughts. When your thoughts are most aligned with love, it assists those around you to then transform their thoughts. And of course, when you are aligned with the energy of love, you then see the true beauty that surrounds you and continue to ignite more.

 

Healers unite. It is time to work together with all the other healers instead of this competition thing of ‘mines better than yours’, ‘I am better than you’, or ‘there are only so many clients and people, I must have my share’, as these are all thoughts of separateness and lack. That is old energy and it is time to let it go. Share with each other, help out each other, and support one another. Be the living embodiment of what you teach. We know that is not always easy when you are continually bombarded with the mental energy of polarity; however it is when you learn to be in the energy of love within that mental energy of the 3^rd dimension that you are truly living in the 5th dimension.

 

Healers work together with each other. This means to include your allopathic doctors in what you are doing and offer to work with them in some capacity. This is the way that healing will go, and it is when you work together, side by side, that healing will happen in undreamed of ways for humanity. Each of you has valuable information to help to treat the whole; it is coming, be prepared. Allopathic doctors, welcome the intuitive and energy healers into your practice, you will see undreamed of speed in healing, less side effects and less medication. Fear not that you will run out of patients, for there will other ways that you can run your healing practices that will actually be more in keeping with why you chose to be a doctor in the first place. And worry not that you will suffer financial loss, for again, this is an abundant universe and there is enough for all, your practices will still be around, they will be less chaotic and stressful and give you the time that you need that is so seriously lacking for you now. This is truly a win/win/win situation for everyone and really, that is the purpose of your oath and purpose.

 

Healers help and support each other. Form healing groups for healers to get together and exchange healings, ideas, thoughts and camaraderie. It is the separateness, competition and mental ego energy that holds you back as a whole and that must change. You are only as strong as your weakest link, therefore support one another and strengthen your power and influence. It must come from the energy of love, as nothing else will yield the results you desire.

 

Healees, those of you in need of healing, it is time to awaken and take responsibility for your own healing journey. Stop looking for a magic wand that will fix things immediately and begin to look for ways for you to begin healing. Most of you are healing a part of yourself in one form or another, you perhaps had not thought of it as a healing journey before.

 

Physical healing is usually evident as pain is often the catalyst to this journey. However it is also the last place that the signs and symptoms manifest, therefore it is important to embark on a four bodied healing to ensure you find the balance and harmony that you seek and for healing to take place. If you are currently experiencing great pain or discomfort, it is difficult to keep your focus on more positive thoughts. This is when your healers can best help you. Do not berate yourself if you using medications to help you through. We just ask that you use them wisely and gently, and also to consider other wholistic avenues as well. Be sure to have your herbalist work with your pharmacist and doctor. It might take a bit of work to find the right group and mix; however it will be worth the journey and the best and fastest way that you will shift your healing process and the process of the whole. Combination and cooperation are the key for growth and expansion and  finding the equilibrium with all that is.

 

Emotional healing is about the heart. Unhealed thoughts and feelings lead to manifestations in your physical world in many ways. Begin this journey with forgiveness.  If you feel you have been hurt by another, holding on to that pain or disappointment only hurts you and gives them energy and power of which to feed. Take your power back today and realise that it is you and how you feel that matters. As you cut this energy off and transform it for yourself, it will start a domino effect in all your bodies healing processes and lightening and brightening of your load.

 

The energy of hurt, anger, resentment, jealousy, revenge, hatred, and so on, are all energy of lower will, and actually causes your blood vessels to constrict and then less blood can flow in and around your body. If just plain makes you sick, and can manifest throughout your vascular system, which flows through all of your physical body, every part of it. If this flow is interrupted, death of the cells begins to occur. This leads to dis-ease, dying and death.  It is time to heal any scars of the past so that you can be free to move forward, healthy and whole once again, as your original blueprint, plans and intentions are cleared of the energy that has blocked them in some way.

 

Forgiveness doesn't mean that what that person did to you is okay, what it means is that you are no longer willing to carry this burden. They have their own stuff to work through and that doesn't require any energy from you other than love and wish them well on their way.

 

Affirmation: "I open my heart to love and compassion, it is safe for me to be a loving, open, compassionate being of Creator Light."

 

Welcome the new developments in your thinking as these represent the mental and spiritual changes that lead to the transformations that you seek. Remember to release that which no longer serves who you are becoming as the old must go so that the new can enter. The end perhaps can seem scary as you are unsure what comes up next, so we ask you to remember that the end for the caterpillar signifies the beginning for the butterfly, it is but the process of transformation, and transformation is the process you came here to experience, onward and upward to something more.

 

Ask your angels to help you accept and process the stages of change that you find yourself in. You can go as gently and easily as you like, however most of you are in such a hurry that you forget to ask. Trust that all will unfold as you become ready and spend time on focused intent of that which is most important to you now. Try new things and adventures, see the gifts in all that you do and experience and do not worry if you sometimes stubble, you have dreams worth failing for. (For in truth, there is no failure, for all is a gift.)

 

Affirmation: "My thoughts and feelings are expanding and transforming each day. I am safe and comfortable with all the changes and transformations that I am going through as this is a part of my growth.”

 

Be open to all possibilities, even ones that you thought had been previously closed. This is the time to follow your hearts desires. Do all you can do to make your dreams and ambitions a part of your current reality. This is the time and opportunity to make things happen, you have created some fantastic momentum upon which to build, capitalize on that energy. Keep your focus and see how each new creation leads to another, and then another, when your thoughts are positive and you are seeing the fruits of your desires.

 

Share with others from your heart. Share your good fortune with others, as your methods for creating the life you planned will be a road map to help others find their way. Together you are stronger, so help one another along the way. You are all connected with each other, a part of each other, just as each one of you is a part of Creator light, you re also a part of each other. Nurture your relationships with those around you, and let your true heart be reflected in your aura.

 

Affirmation: "I trust that I will be guided through the choices I make each new day."

 

You are all connected and a part of each other and you are also connected with us, it is but the human mantle that sets us apart. Feel this connection, feel your connection to the earth, to the stars, the people, the plants and the animals; each is connected to the other. Every action you take acts like an echo and sends that message in rippling waves out to those around you and they echo out and the ripple gets bigger and bigger as each one passes, touching and affecting all life around it.

 

Nurture that connectedness with love. Heal any discordant thoughts you are sending out to others as this will affect all that is around you. Trust your inner guidance and let it be an active participant in all aspects of your life. Ask your angels to help bring to you people and situations that will help you in this process and that you are surrounded by love and supportive people to help you along the way, just as you provide that for those around you.

Affirmation: "I am a valuable part of all creation."

 

You are a beautiful, worthy, and loving being and it is time for you to believe that as well. Ask your angels to surround you in loving light for strength and courage and believe in yourself. Take the action you are inspired to take upon your journey of healing and explore, share and discover along the way.

 

Affirmation: "I am healed. The emerald green light of Archangel Raphael surrounds me and runs through me to assist anyone in need of healing love."

Affirmations

Through your journey of life, reach out to your angels for guidance and strength.

Are your affirmations hindering your progress, or helping you along?

An affirmation is a thought you believe to be true. We have many and use them all of the time. However, some of these thoughts are outdated or don’t even have a basis in reality. Our realities are shaped everyday by the thoughts we keep on thinking, about ourselves, others and the universe. There was a time when saying the world was not flat was blasphemy and yet now we know it is not because some brave soul was thinking outside the box.

Take a look at your thoughts about yourself. Are they empowering and filled with love? Take some time and write some simple, positive statements about who you are and who you are becoming, feel the words and say them from your heart:

“I am beautiful.”

“I am worthy.”

“I am worth loving.”

“I am loved and supported.”

Archangel Chamuel, whose name means "he who sees god “or “he who seeks god, helps us see the love and godliness in each other. He works on the pink ray of divine love and light. He shares this message:

“Affirmations are powerful and used every day, whether you realise it or not, and not all of them are positive or lead to the desired results you seek. Let your words and thoughts be gentle and filled with love for yourself and others always and then you know you are living in the light. Remember that only Love is real and so let your thoughts and affirmations for yourself and others be based in the light of love.”

Here are some examples to help you shift your life and use these magic words every day, until they vibrate in your being and ripple out into the world:

“I have a dynamic spiritual basis to all of my relationships. I am loved and supported by my spiritual family and I love and support them unconditionally. My heart is full.”

Archangel Michael Taking a Momentous Leap of Faith

Dearly beloveds it is with great honour that I join with you this day. You are such brilliant sparks of light; it is a pleasure to sit in your energy, just as much as it is a pleasure for you to sit within our love. There is no greater honour than to be a human in lesson on the earth at this time. It is humbling to watch and assist in the transformation that is taking place in your time. We of the angel realm are so very honoured to be your assistants and servants of the light and to help you bring more light and love unto your world.

It is not always easy and we are with you in your darkest hours, holding you and loving you. When you feel that sense of despair and are discouraged from your path, it is in those times that you should call in your angels and ask them to help you find a better way. Share your heart with us as we do not judge, we only love you. These dark nights of the soul as you like to call them, are really a death, a letting go of an old, outdated you. Your thoughts, feelings and energy have changed so that the old you no longer fits. There are times when your entire life feels as if you have awakened in a different dimension and you don’t know how you fit in anymore, or sometimes some of you felt you never really did. Rest assured dear lightworker, you are not alone and there are many on the planet going through the same. We hear your cries and pleas, knowing you have done this before and wondering why you once again find yourself back in this same place. We ask you to see more and realise you are no longer in that place. This time you know you want something different or you would not be feeling such disillusionment and despair. It is time to release any unfulfilled expectations from the past and let go of any feelings of less than, as these hold you back from making the progress that you seek. We wish that we could show you how we see things from our side so you would know how truly right it all is, and if you find yourself somewhere feeling all alone and lost, this is the time for you to take the momentous leap of faith and trust that there are far better things that lay ahead for you than anything you have left behind. For you are still here, and there is more you want to do, that is how you know the best is yet to come. You say, but dear Michael, I have lost such great love, or wealth, or health, and I say to you, we know, we feel your plight, we want for you to understand that you will, and you want to grow beyond your current state for that we have given you nothing without your consent, co-operation, blessings and love. If you find yourself someplace that you no longer want to be, we are here for you and are indeed helping to light your way.

We tell you miracles occur every day on your planet and you say, but dear Michael, I have asked for you and god to fix my life, and we see nothing but more suffering and we say, “Look around for love, gratitude and blessings right there where you are where you see only pain and suffering. Look to see the ones that despite all olds, still know love and healing exist.” You do not need to be down on both knees before you stop and take the time to see the gift in where you are, and what is the best and highest way for you to complete this part of your journey. Possibilities increase as your trust and believe in alternatives. As well, detaching from the form of which they appear. Signs can come in many forms and we give to you the ones we think are best to guide you on your way. Perhaps you are drawn to a particular course of study or training, or an opportunity to pursue a hobby or a passion that feeds your heart in greater detail. The possibilities are limitless, so keep an open heart and mind. There just might be a particular person, experience or event that opens up new paths of thought and understanding for you now. Take these opportunities, even if the timing doesn’t feel quite right, and pursue the avenues that are available to you now. Trust that more will come to you as you progress along the way and it will indeed become so obvious, you will wonder how you could have been missing all the signs all this time.

We can offer you deep insight into understanding the what, where, why, how and, what was I thinking with humour and with love, which is how we suggest you always approach your journey – keeping this in mind. Each of you is a significant part of a greater whole and is just as important as any other light that is disguised as a physical being on your plane. Understand that each and every one of you is of equal importance in the scheme of the master plan and have a valuable contribution to make. You are no less important than any other being and we ask that you see yourself as a vital, quiet, modest being who knows your own worth and value. No one else needs to know this, for they will see and feel the changes that you make and then one day they will ask you for your magic secret. This is when it is your opportunity to synthesize all the awareness’s you have learned and kept in your store house of experiences for the moment to let your steps in mastery be your guide for others along the way. And step into the role of teacher at this time you will.

When you learn to trust your intuition and believe yourself powerful and worthy, that is when you begin to align yourself to the loving presence of the Divine that dwells within each and every one of you. When you believe in yourself and trust that you can accomplish your goals, you begin to see all the help that is available to you now and that you will indeed receive all help that you need. Listen to your body and your heart for they know what is right for you. If the thoughts energize you, pursue them, if they don’t, let them go. Ask yourself what is holding you back right now? It could be that you have a fear of failure or of success, that you do not trust yourself, or feel unworthy, whatever it might be. Rouse your spirit with your power to love and use that power to find your voice: ask your angels to be present in your life and know that you can achieve anything in your life if you set your mind and heart to it. Believe in yourself and trust that you can and will find a way.

Let your angels support you. Let us give you comfort and enable you to realise you hopes and your dreams. We can help you boost your positivity and change the circumstances in your life to better reflect the inner you and make the changes that you seek. Say out loud or to yourself, we prefer out loud as there is more conviction from your heart, the areas in your life where you feel you need support and then release the matter to your angels and trust that you will be helped and receive the answers that you seek. It is through trusting and unshakable belief; you can increase the flow of universal energy that is sent your way. Watch for signs of help from people, places and things. Be open to the possibilities and say thank you when you notice them along the way.

Let go of old ideas, feelings and situations that no longer serve your growth. These opportunities have helped you progress your life, even if you cannot see it yet. It is time to let them go so you can let the new energy enter and move forward with ease. Release, Release, Release. Shed your old skin and emerge from your cocoon . Sort out any area of your life that is holding you back or draining your energy as it is time to let them go. Let go of any painful thoughts or memories that allow for an old wound to fester and know that it is time to heal those wounds and let them be the catalyst that shifts the tides in your healing journey back to wholeness. The freedom that you seek is by releasing the ties that bind you to lower thoughts, objects and things. Imagine me cutting away the vines and ropes that bind you with my lightening sword of Truth and feel all the negative energy move away so that you are free to move forward with much more joy and ease. There might still be some constraints in your everyday life that are an essential part of your spiritual journey. We wish to remind you that you have a choice in how you act and respond. Make the choice to act from love instead of reacting from fear. Trust your intuition – the messages from your heart – and ask your angels to lend you courage to follow your heart, to break free from any imagined restrictions and to soar high, acting in love for both yourself and every other being of light that is flying with you, above you and beneath your wings. Choose to be free, choose to be your true self and soar.

Know that you are powerful and that this power lies within your spiritual awareness. It is within you to trust your inner wisdom, stand your ground when necessary and speak your truth from your heart always tempered with the energy of love. True power exists when it is used with the force of love. And, so we counsel you to use this power wisely. If you need to speak your truth, choose carefully the words so that they reflect your true spirit and the nature with which intent to impart this knowledge. Choose words that protect everyone involved and yet convey your messages with love, light, honour and respect, just as you too deserve mirrored back to you. There might be times when you are confronted by another human angel that seems to have no love or light in how they treat others. We ask you then to beam them love and know that they can never control or influence you without your consent or knowledge and you are safe and protected always by my light. Ask your angels to help you say no to anything that does not feel right to you and strength and courage to turn away. Act from your infinite self, in the highest light possible for you right now and for the greater good of all.

Know that you are protected by my angelic shield of light and that nothing or no one can ever truly harm you. If you feel vulnerable and need to shield yourself from negativity or negative energy from others, take the time to protect yourself in an orb of light cloaked by your angels to help you be more effective in your everyday life. We can help to safeguard your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves so that you feel your spirit is protected and you can do your spiritual work. Imagine yourself, or ask your angels and trust that it is so if you are not visual yet, to encircle you in an orb of light, wrap you in a cloak of light or place you in a bubble of light, it matters not which one you choose, it matters that only that it is symbolic to you. As with all your symbols and images, choose ones that empower you, and give you a sense of well-being. If it offers you power over instead of power with, then you know that it is energy of a time past and not of the highest light. Thank it for what it has given you and set it free. Then, choose a symbol that represents your true or authentic heart and assign it its new duties and responsibilities. Since colour is easy to visualize or understand, choose what they mean to you.

• White light is associated with purity, protection and light. Ask yourself what you feel when you think of white light and let that be your guide when using a cloak or orb of white light.
• A red light symbolizes to stop in your current world of time and space, and also represents the colour of your root chakra and your base needs. Red also helps you feel empowered and represent energy and fire in the practice of feng-shui . With so many choices, it is up to you to choose what it can represent at the moment you are invoking it as truly it is your intent, belief, and understanding that govern the results you will receive.
• Red and blue together I use to represent my light, and together they make purple and offer you the gamut of my services when I encircle you in my light.
• The healing light of Archangel Raphael is a brilliant shade of emerald green, yet can symbolize and ignite growth, therefore do not always stipulate how the healing should occur, let the natural wisdom of the universe and your angels to provide exactly what is needed to support that light and it will be so. Healers detach from the final outcome and know that every journey is honoured and is right, it is your responsibility to share love, share light and trust that there is always grander opportunities awaiting each ahead.
• Gold is the light and love of the Creator Essences, the energy of god light in whatever form you choose. This can always be used if you are unsure what is best to do. Using Creator Love/Light is always beneficial for anyone and all. Offer no other agenda in your healing work than to spread thoughts of love and empowerment for all that you meet and you will truly be a messenger of Creator Love and Light and servant to all of humankind.
• Blue, white and gold are colours often used by Archangel Gabriel and his league of helping angels to help you communicate more effectively and in love as this is the energy of which the strongest messages are conveyed and what the other bodies are attuned to the most.
• Purple, red and gold represent Archangel Uriel’s light, and offer you enlightment, wisdom and knowledge of the most high. He is the keeper of hidden knowledge, who can reveal to you the mysteries of the Universe, along with Archangel Raziel, they will teach to you the magic of alchemy, the secrets of the Magi, to create in the classrooms of life. Ask for them to activate the love within you so that your soul can ascend to a higher level of being.

These are but a few tips and tools we share with you this day to help you with your journey, to help along the way. Know that not is always as it seems and trust only the energy that dwells within your heart of what is right and best for you and act from that infinite self in all that you do.
Say, “I am protected by the light, shield, sword and love of Archangel Michael and all the beloved angels of light, and nothing can harm me.”

Allow me to help you confidently share your presence and your light, knowing that you are strong, honest and true, that you are energized by the power of universal love, and seek just and fair actions and dealings with all others, especially yourself. Trust in your ability to have clear insight into all that you do and open yourself up to the flow of universal energy. Hold only that which is honest and true, and fill your heart, body and mind with feelings of passion for life itself, as you are completely supported by the universe. You are strengthen by the power of unlimited love and are free to be your true self. Believe in yourself and trust that you have the abilities, tools, time and money to create and accomplish all of your goals and as you align yourself with the loving presence of the Divine and become aware of the divine presence within you, and every living thing, that you are left with only the pure light of love to shine forth for all to see.

Assignment Human Angel ~ To Everything there is a Season

Should you choose to Remember is…

As you begin a new cycle, which you frequently do, remember that new adventures signal a completion and therefore new growth, new opportunities and more. Welcome in the new and celebrate that which you have completed. Job well done and now it is time to move on!

We are always experiencing cycles, even if you have never really paid attention or gave it much thought. We are starting the 2nd half or 3rd quarter of the year. We are all in that cycle. Those of you born this month are in a new year, therefore entering a new cycle. Those of you born this month should be used to the change that cycles brings since we are a 7 - the number of transition, July babies should at the very least used to change, if not crave it. I am a July baby and would move my furniture once a week if it worked in other ways, I therefore use blankets and pillows on the furniture in different colours and themes to shake things up (and to keep the cat hair to a minimum lol).

It is natural for things to transitions as that is what happens when we are on an evolving planet in time and space. It is in resisting this natural flow that we create obstacles and drama's for ourselves. To everything there is a season. Keep this in mind as you contemplate a life review of where you have been, what needs to be let go and what you want to keep working on. We are nearing a mercury retrograde (which cycles through about 3 times a year) and that is the perfect time to take things a bit slower and look at how things are progressing with you hopes, dreams and desires. Also consider where you are in your year and how that works with where things are at. This helps you to see the growth you are actually making. The first time I took stock of my life I was actually astounded by what I had accomplished thus far with many pitfalls and hurdles along the way. That is when I began to see the gift and then look for it in other seeming adverse situations I find myself in. Take the time over the next few weeks to do a review. Keep a journal as these are great markers for yourself (as well as perhaps another great book), and make sure to date it. It is like writing in your book of life. Also journaling can help to open up your communication with your guides, angels and ancestors, as you are usually in an alpha state when you journal and that is the perfect mindset for communication. Do not judge yourself, love yourself through the process. We are all works in progress, or we would be done with the earth experience and go home.

Remember to be gentle with yourself. Make this a special time to look at your cycles and see which ones you are nearing completion and get ready to finish them off. Take the time to review and you will enter the next stage with much more focus and clarity, therefore creating what you desire easier, faster, and grander than you did before.

Assignment: Human Angel ~ Becoming your Higher Self

Your mission…

Should you choose to Remember is…

You are a spiritual being and you are connected to spirit always, even when you don't beleive it yet. Take some time to begin trusting yourself. Quiet your mind and your body and connect with that higher place within you where spirit always dwells. It is here that you can receive the answers that you seek....

Most of my students, readers and regular listeners know that they are more than just a physical being. Even the newcomers are at the very least questioning life, the Universe, and everything. We are so much more than we can possibly imagine and as we each awaken to our own magnificence, and that of each others, we step more fully into our roles of human angels.

It is not always easy to be human. I guess that is why we call it light work. It is however beautiful and rewarding or we wouldn't be here, and trust me, there are days I wonder what I was thinking. Then, I see the beauty that surrounds me, not only in nature, also in the hearts of others and I know why I am here. When we are home, we feel that wonderful all of time, and it is beautiful, however it when we are 'away' and think ourselves separate that we feel the absence of that love and therefore look for it in others. When we truly feel the love of home here in a finite body, it is astounding. As you open up and begin to feel that love here, even in its most overwhelming state, it is but a piece of what we feel when we are not here. That being said, within you  a piece of yourself that is connected always to home. You are always connected to your higher self, who is always connected to you and home. Making a connection and developing that relationship is one of the greatest gifts and tools you do for yourself. It is in learning to communicate, translate and become one with that part of yourself that you begin walking your path with spirit, opening yourself up to wonderful personal shifts and changes in your 'physical' reality.

Trusting our connection with our higher self can sometimes be a challenge at first. It becomes stronger, like any muscle in our bodies, when we work with it and use it. To work this muscle, you must develop a consistant spiritual practice. I don't often us the 'must' word, however it takes time and taking risks to trust in what you receive as guidance from your higher self, guides or angels. After you practice communicating and trusting that connection with your higherself it then becomes an automatic part of your life and you won't leave home without them. The spiritual practice and the commitment to it is one of the steps that will help you stretch that muscle. If you don't already have a meditation practice, this is the best place to start. It need not be a long one, it just needs to happen. Again, as you practice quieting your mind and body, the time it takes to be in an alpha state of consciousness quickens and that is the place to go and work with yours 'elf''.

There are times you think you got it wrong when you ask your higher self something, and it didn't happen. When you are learning what voice is the higher self and what voice is the ego self, there will be times you think you have made a mistake. There are no mistakes and there are no wrong paths, some are just different and longer than others and these ones are usually the ones where we have the greatest gifts and 'ah-ha' moments, althought they don't always feel so at the time. Remember, spirit, or your higher self don't see things from the same linear perspective than we do, they don't see things as good or bad, they see them as opportunities to evolve your light and who you are. That is what they do, assist you in the evolution of your soul, all of you, that includes them. They want you to succeed and you are, even if you don't see it that way just yet. One day you will, be it here or there, you will see the gift, if you see it while still physical, it frees you up to move on to more, faster and sooner.

The best place to start is where you are at. Begin a meditation practice today. It will assist you in many ways. It can help you return to a balanced, peaceful, center when all around you seems to be falling apart (which is really just the dismantling the old energy, which does not go without resistance). It will help you to discern between your ego and your guide. Both are valuable, they just need to be understood in a different way. Learn to trust your inner guidance as this is your connection with your higher self, which is that part of you that is connected to all that is. And, be gentle with yourself. Rome was not made it day, nor or you. Remember that you are a beautiful particle of Creator Light, just as everyone else is. See that light and foster the unconditional love that goes with it.

Trust in yourself, you are beautiful, connected and wise.

Assignment:Human Angel ~ Putting the Past to Rest

Your mission…

Should you choose to Remember is…  

You are an evolving light and the past is what has helped to shape who you are today, and what you do today shapes who you are becoming tomorrow. Yesterday is a gift, today is the present. Let us finally put the past where it rightfully belongs and see the opportunities that are now before us. 

Releasing judgement and how we feel about our past is an important task in the journey of awakening. When we harbour negative feelings it affects us on every level and blocks us from leading the life we know we should be leading. Remember the Law of Attraction, we get back that which we are vibrating to.  When we see the opportunities we have experienced because of these events, hopefully we can then see the gift and transform our feelings, which in turn transforms our mental attitude, the Law of Cause and Effect in action.

While it is your past that has helped to shape who you are, and in a way is a badge of honour for you have fought the good fight to get to where you are today, it does not need to define who you are. This is why it is so important to see it's completion,  you can then freely move forward without repeating the same cycle over and over with new actors playing the old roles.

The first step in this process is to release any judgement. This is the judgement you feel toward yourself for the choices that you made. You might hear echos of this letting go from those around you who have agreed to play the catalyst in your contracts by them offering your 'their' opinion, this is usually a good sign that you are indeed working on this energy currently.  In other words, there is usually at least one person in your family who has agreed to 'play' the roll of catalyst in your life lessons, sometimes a few will assume the roll. This catalyst  is the one who most often says comments that feel negative or unsupported, when in truth they love you very much, it is just they sense the energy and show you what you are feeling on some level. Most often if you asked other people to describe this person, they would be seen as positive and loving to the rest of the world. When you become empowered and walk in mastery with this life lesson, it will seem as if these people change overnight, when in reality it is you who has changed and they are just responding to your vibration. Judgement in itself is not a bad thing when you are referring to using it as a discernment tool, however I find that usually humans attach a darker, harsher meaning with judgement. In our religious upbringings most of us are taught that we will face a final judgement day when we die, so I am presuming we have distorted the meaning from this past experience. It is always good to look at how you personally feel about the word and how it is reflected in your life. Releasing judgment of right or wrong, or good or bad helps this process. See it from the point of view of spirit or your higher self, 'All is in love and is good or better.' There are times in my life where I wished I had tapped more into spirit and asked questions about what I was doing next, however there are some things I might have changed at the time if I had thought them through that I am grateful every day that I did not and just followed the path of spirit. Each choice that I have made has led me to this exact place and well, I guess there is no place like home.

Step two is to really take a good look at yourself. Look at all the talents and skills you currently have. These can be educational or personal growth classes you have taken as well as all of those life lessons you learned earning that badge of honour. Really look at these as I am sure it will actually amaze you when you see all that you have under your belt. As you create this list, think of how each of these steps have brought you something that is useful to you right now. I did this when I was first trying to figure out how I could be in passion of creating space for others to heal when I didn't have the physical means to create it on the physical plane. I was actually quite amazed at what I had done as I do have a great variety of training and experience from Marketing to Nursing, to healing and more. All of these things have come in very handy as I use it all in my life now. Recently I was looking at why I choose a certain path, I actually am finding myself returning to that time and have the opportunity to make a different choice this time around.

Lastly, we have the transition that takes place as you release the feelings of unworthiness, missed opportunities and regrets. Be willing to forgive yourself. These are the transformations that are so important for you to get everything flowing in the direction of your desired path. You will begin creating a more firm foundation in your physical world and therefore seeing the desired results manifest in your life. Each time you think of this person or incident, remember that the person is your family at work or at play and their true essence, just like yours and who each one of you is at the core, is Creator light. Think of this energy as a part of each of you, regardless of who they are, and not some higher power in the Universe. It is a part of you, each and everyone of you! You are each trying to find your way, sometimes in the dark, and doing the best you can at that time. Do not compare yourself to another, for each of you sees the world from different eyes, see the beauty and the gift that each of you has brought to the world and keep your focus on trying to the best you can for yourself. Remember that as you let go of this energy, there is also a grieving process. 

There is no more profound gift you can do for yourself than to change the energy of a troubled past. It will change your very life experience and the energy will start flowing to you, creating a more rewarding life. Take good care of yourself and your own consciousness. The light you shine today will never go away and it will light the path for others to follow by your example when they are ready to step into their contract of Human Angel.

Remember, you can always take a deep breath and choose again.

Assignment: Human Angel ~ Listen to your Intuitve Feelings

Your mission…

Should you choose to Remember is…  

Spend time this week paying attention to the signals and cues from your physical self. Ask your angels and guides to assist you in more accurately interpreting you natural barometer. 

We all receive signals and signs through our physical bodies, even when we are not aware of it. Try to tune in more to what your body signals are showing you. Much like the cute picture, your entourage of Light Beings are offering you signals, it is just that we don't always stop and take the time to understand them. You can always ask them to help you better understand by sending you messages that you can understand right now and they will keep trying until the message is received. When you understand or think you do, repeat it to your entourage, and they will signal you to let you know. I find that when I ask I get body shudders, the more energy in the shudder, the closer I am to hitting the mark. I will also get goose bumps, from light which means we are close, to shivering like I am frozen. These are some of the physical signs I receive. 

Just as when you are working with physical tools like crystals, rods or pendulums, the more you use them, the more they speak to you. This works the same with the unseen tools of enhancing your senses, to become more aware of what is happening in your environment use your tools. The physical tools, like crystals, can also help to make the energy more palpable for you. I am extremely energy sensitive. I feel the slightest disturbances in the force lol. I started working with this 'gift' consciously since I was a teenager more because I had to than I wanted to.  In my younger years I used to think my biography should be called 'The path of a reluctant warrior', as I learned much because I had to to keep some form of sanity in my World. I do completely see the gift in my sensitivities now, and still have those days when I wonder what  I could have possibly been thinking when I choose this lifetime, however my '3rd base coach' has helped be see the humour in all of this. I am still working on mastering this skill, and it has been awhile, so remember to be gentle with yourselves along the way, as we are all a work in progress. I almost always keep a pendulum in my purse or pocket. I can use it to quickly tap into the energy if I need to. Sometimes in public it can be a challenge to get into the zone, or if I am teaching and need to be present in both worlds, the tools help be to be super sensitive very quickly and I can tune in and teach and talk all at the same time. I have to say I still find it a challenge to do the physical world stuff when I am doing the reading part of my shows. I sometimes have to really think how to turn things off and on for a few minutes while I re-acclimatize to this dimension. Even after the show I try not to plan earth things that require alertness as I am usually in this wonderful love state and like to stay there. I forget to return phone calls or what I was doing, so usually I take Bella for a walk and play in the garden or just enjoy the energy until I go to bed. Regardless how my day was before the show began, I always feel amazing after. Anyway...

Some of the crystals that can help you be more sensitive to energies are Quartz crystals, Selenite,  Calcite, and purple amethyst are a few that come to mind. All my crystals have a story of how they came to be with me and love them. I let them tell me what they are for and how to work with them. They can help to magnify the energy and help you become more aware of the signals. They also are wonderful teachers. Take some time to quiet yourself and ask the crystal what it wants to share in a meditation and then be open to the images and feelings that you get. Journal about it. The more you use the muscles, the stronger and more accurate they become.

If at first you don't succeed, keep trying. You will develop a new level of trust with your own natural guidance system as you see desired results in your life. As you play more with this, you will also see creation time become faster and finer the more you trust in yourself. You will also experience less obstacles  and frustrations along the way when you learn to trust your feelings on what is the next best step to take. You are always getting thoughts and feelings, and these are two of the ways your higher self, guides and angels give you messages and cues to help you along the way. 

Trust your bodies wisdom and you will have a brighter day!
