A couple of people have asked me what is happening on the planet as people seem a little crankier than normal and that is something I have noticed when Geomagnetic storms and solar flares from our sun happen and in the past week and half we have had 3 M Class flairs as well as storm or two and I feel one brewing now... we have a lot of activity today and often a storm follows. 

When we have this much energy bombarding the earth, things often go from a bit crazy to really crazy. I notice way more sirens from police and ambulances. I am also more careful with my driving and paying attention to the people around me as distractions seem to be amplified tenfold and those who don't realize that they are distracted are the ones that you need to most pay attention to. 

During times like these in which all around you seems a bit more crazy, take a moment, take a few deep breaths and connect with the earth and ground yourself, particularly when you are driving or walking where people are driving. Avoid places or situations where a lot of alcohol or drugs are consumed as these people can become unpredictable or even violent. Use shields and filters, especially those who know they are sensitive to the energy (especially the empaths) as this can be a difficult time otherwise.

Sharon's Take September 2013 ~ Keep your Focus and your Balance!

  

All I can say is WOW, we are actually heading into the last quarter of the year and if you have been feeling a quickening in the energy, you are not alone. I am astounded by the speed at which we are flying. If you have been doing the things you need to do to be in the flow of the year, you are enjoying this time of creation and mastery, if you have been ignoring or procrastinating over what needs to be done, then you might feel a bit manic and out of control as we slide into this next phase. We are heading into a year of transitions so it is for your own benefit and sanity to stay on task and keep your focus.

 

This past week there have been some geomagnetic storms and solar activity that always seems to affect people in strange and interesting ways. If you can stay as a conscious observer of human nature and not get caught up in the drama, you are over half way there.  It is sometimes more difficult to keep your focus during these times and that is when it is the best time to just stop whatever your doing and take a time out from the world and everything that feels like it is pulling you in a million directions at the same time and you are either going to implode or explode, and which you want neither.

 

When you feel balanced and grounded, that is when you are of best service to humanity and all that is. If you are not feeling that, you are depleting your own resources and eventually this imbalance will lead to physical disease manifestation. When you take the time to keep your energetic reserves replenished, then you have more than enough for all that choose to do - this is also key - all that you choose to do. Remember that many of you are empathic and so you want to try to keep everyone happy and well, that is not really your job, your job is to keep you happy and let them figure out how to make themselves happy. Letting others do for themselves (even if you know you can do it better) is a gift you give to them. Prioritize what it is you must do, want to do and would like to do. We all have must do's or be prepared to live differently if you don't. For example, I don't have to pay the power bill, however if I don't, I will lose power, therefore budgeting for the power bill is a choice, but is my must do each month list.

 

Necessity is the mother of invention my Mother would often say and perhaps one of the reasons that we experience life the way we do. Over this past year I have really simplified aspects of my life as I wanted to get my monthly bills down to as little as possible. I have been more conscious of power, A/C, and heat, partly to save money, but also to lessen my carbon foot print. I cancelled my phone as it just seemed unnecessary, I can phone out on the computer and I have cell phone. I cancelled the TV which has been astounding. I am so much happier not being bombarded with news and advertisement and other distractions. I listened to the Canucks on the radio and enjoyed it way more and was amazed at the extra time I had to get things done and wasn't a big TV watcher to begin with. If I really want to watch something I can consciously choose a movie or something from my library. 

 

Anyway, I have way more time to spend writing and mediating, which is wonderful and part of my purpose and my passion. I love having writing deadlines as well as my next book is almost ready. It should be by now, except I keep adding it to it. The angels told me I can do another after that and to just let it go, so I am on my last read before it goes to editing....hahaha famous last words.

 

I am ready for some new adventures in my life and would love to come to your area to teach, doing healing work and workshops. This is the perfect time to self discovery and expansion as we adjust to living in the higher energies and I am happy and honoured to do my part in helping others learn to work with their senses and expanding consciousness. This is a great way and place to recharge your batteries and relax and be in the company of family and friends.

I have also noticed some interesting personal trends of late as well that I thought was important to share. Many of us have been experiencing the vibrational flu over the past year might be experiencing some odd new 'conditions' as a result of this growth and expansion as I have. I am experiencing some interesting dimensional shifting like reading and making notes on things I have been reading online and  then seeing them posted again about 3 days or a week later and I think wow, that is slow, I read that 3 days ago, and then when I do a search online there was nothing about the story back when I read it. This happened a few times before I realized I wasn't loosing my mind and that I am taping into other dimensions. (as a side bar, lol, I told my guides that if they were going to show me news stories in advance can we just move on to the sports section so I can make a little cash while I am at it lol... I will let you know next month how that worked out for me...tons of laugher...). Now that I know this happening I will pay more attention to the important stuff so perhaps if we send our love and light to events we can lessen the damage on many levels of things to come and will start to use the healing circles for global healing.

Sharon's Take ~ July 2013 Opportunities

 

 

It is time to put the past to rest and focus on the road ahead. There is no time like the present, and since it is always now, we are here in our present. Hopefully you are enjoying the time to relax, recycle and redo this time of mercury retro we are in, although to me it feels more like we went through it the month before and I am finding most of this month more relaxing than the last.  Mercury retro ends on July 20th and the next one is not until October. Overall, July should seem like a bit of slow down which feels unusual for a month that is about change, perhaps it is just me, but it seems like things are finding and falling into place. I know that I had a lot more stressors in my life in the first 6 months so it is a welcome change for me. 

 

Sometimes life seems so full of challenges and problems that you just don't know where to turn and oftentimes the help we need is right in front of us if we take the time to look beyond the present situation. Learning to trust that all is as it should be is not always the easiest, however that trust is exactly what keeps you going when all seems to be uphill. Look at all your options and look around as there is help available. Asking for help is not always my strong suit, however we are not meant to do this journey alone or as a solitary practitioner. Keep yourself steady and balanced as you surge ahead and you will feel more in control of what is happening for you.

 

I personally have been doing a lot of soul searching and deciding what exactly I want to do with my life over the next few years. Since my injury, life has not been the same. There have been some amazing moments, and others not so bright. I find over this past year that I have put a lot out there with not a lot of return and it has been a bit lean for me, and sometimes a bit discouraging. There were many days when the angels and guides and the daily messages have been my saving grace. I am thankful for them and my book in many ways to get me through.

 

My next book is just about ready. I have been editing it over the past few weeks and find I get lost in it and love it. It is really amazing since this one has been so long in the making and going back to read the stuff I put in it a few years ago has been really something. I am looking forward to sharing it with you all soon and will be sending something out shortly to let you know it is finally finished. It is truly has been a labour of love. It is filled with messages and information on working with your own guides and angels and I hope that you find it as empowering as I have.

 

I am scheduled to be down in Vancouver at the end of the month and so if anyone would like to have a in person private session with us when we are down, please send me an email at sharon@playingwiththeuniverse.com  I will there on the 26th to the 30th and would love to see some of you.

Sharon's Take, June 2013 The Eye of the Hurricane

It has certainly been an interesting time on Planet Earth these last few weeks and months and June should bring us some clarity on personal and spiritual growth before we embark on the changes that we can expect for the remainder of the year. Mercury is going into retrograde on June 26^th so it is always best to get things in order and focused now so that you can take the time to relax, recycle and review during this phase. I have had a few remarks and questions about mercury these past few weeks as people have been noticing that machines haven’t been working the way they should and a bit of miscommunication has been happening. Sharon’s Take on that is that perhaps this alignment of Mercury, Venus and Jupiter might be having an influence. It has been raining here and cloudy at night, so I did not get to see the triangle effect, however have certainly been feeling it. I also feel that there is very much a quickening and the need to get things done to move on to new, more desired energy.  Definitely a desire for me to finish off things so I can move on as well as also feeling a bit overwhelmed by the demands and needs of others which need to be kept in perspective.  There is no quick magical fix that others can do for you. It is a journey we each must take and empower ourselves. Those we love who are used us fixing things in their lives are not always thrilled with the prospect of having to do it themselves, yet this is the greatest gift we can give them.  This is especially challenging for those who have been ‘the wizards’ in their family and friends circles for a long time.

The best gift you can give to yourself right now is to work on receiving and trusting the guidance you receive from your connection to your own inner wisdom and entourage of Light Beings.  Working on your own spiritual connection and creating a spiritual practice helps develop the empowered human and gives you the support, confidence and strength to motivate you forward to create in the physical while living in the 4D and 5D energy. You are ready and it is time. You have the resources and the ability to manifest you dreams and desires, and be in your passion. It is in the learning to understand the signs and symbols and trust in the messages you receive. The clearer your connection to your own guidance is, the better time you will be having.  As you learn to masters these skills and abilities, you will find that new doors or previous doors that did not open will be as exciting new opportunities come your way. This is the perfect time for career changes or advancement as well as changing aspects of your life that weren’t working for you previously.

Ask your entourage of guides, angels and masters to show you the way that brings you closer to your divine life purpose and to help you bring unfinished projects to a successful completion so that as you reach the half way mark in this year of mastery, you feel like you are indeed mastering it. Archangel Michael is the perfect Archangel to work with to help you make the changes you wish to make as well as to help you feel empowered and courageous through the particularly challenging ones.  He really is the ‘go to’ guy for so many of our earthly experiences and he is the perfect Archangel if you are not sure who or where to turn. He can help you to hone your skills and your talents as well as eliminate power struggles, conflicts and competition with others and focus on your path and what is important. The angels always remind me that if it isn’t for my highest good, it isn’t for the highest good of all that is.

This is a good time to do a review of how you have been progressing and evaluate how and where you want to go next. Look at the facts and figures and decide if it is really worth the ride, as it is time to move on in a new direction and embrace the changes that are taking place.  If you feel a firm connect and groundedness, it is much easier to go with the flow.  Those that are not focused and clear will often feel like they are trapped in a quagmire of earthly problems and lack the confidence to take the actions that are necessary or get stuck in the energy of too much going on and nothing getting done. Remember that you get what you think about whether you want it or not, so your thoughts and feelings are important to get into perspective and working for you instead of against you.  Again, the better you trust in yourself and your guides, the more clearly you create your ideas and situations you know you should be experiencing. You always have a group of beings guiding you, watching over you and protecting you.  Happy outcomes usually follow focused and positive expectations, so clearly state your desired expectations and focus on making them happen.

Allow your inquisitive nature to help you explore the mysteries of the universe. As you desire to know and learn more about your life, the universe, and everything, more is offered to you. As you do, you will see the beauty that underlies all things.  Curiosity keeps you alive, interested and passionate about your world in these shifting times.

 

Explore who you are personally and spiritually and you will discover there is so much more to see and experience. It gives you a passion for life that brings you a never ending source of ideas and inspirations. It opens you up to the fascination and delight of experiencing a life worth living and helps you to see the beauty and joy that is all around you. Spend time on this journey of self-discovery and communicate your vision with others as a part of your spiritual practice.

 

There is so much available in this abundant universe, be open to explore and receive the wonders of life.                               

Affirmation: “I eagerly explore my life and the wonders of the Universe; I am alive with fascination for life the universe and everything.”

And so it is.

Working on expanding our personal light quotient is a great way to work on personal development and empowering ourselves and awaken our spiritual gifts and talents as well as those around us. For the lightworkers, this is a part of our life’s mission and for many it is the reason we incarnated at this time in humanities evolution. The spiritual teachers, healers and counselors are needed now more than ever and it is those of new thought and energy (power with not power over) that are needed to ignite and strengthen the divine flame in others as well as nurture and feed our own. Keeping on task and focused is often the challenge as many things appear to be happening all at once.

Take a sensible approach in dealing with your own life as well as others and keeping your courage and strength rejuvenated as these are keys to success at this time. Believe in yourself and your power to create, live abundant lives and feel a sense of accomplishment and expect to experience opportunities that are more in keeping with your hopes, dreams and desires will help you to yield the results you desire.

Remember, you the lightworkers and awakening ones are the Leaders of this great shift. Your strength, power, knowledge and abilities are needed. Do what you know is right and create and live by your own personal motto.

Take time and space for contemplation and look within as it gives you the opportunity to recuperate from some of the challenges of late as well as to reflect upon the way ahead. This will help you feel prepared for the next phase in your life and helps you have confidence in yourself and the choices you make as well as be living your life in your purpose  and your own growth to unfold. It is important to take time and space for yourself as it helps you to feel strong and powerful as well as kind and loving.

Many of you have been processing downloads and are learning and adjusting to new psychic and spiritual experiences at this time and this is what many of us have been waiting for. Don’t underestimate yourself or your power as it is a successful time of growth and change. You have been wanting this very time to come to planet earth, so don’t miss any of the opportunities and remember to enjoy life and the wonderful luxuries it brings.  Use your talents and skills to help you creatively co-create with the Divine and explore your creative potential and then get ready to fly. You are ready and the time is now.  Let your imagination flow and direct your creative energy towards projects and plans that speak to your soul and follow the path that leads to your passions, growth and expansion as you walk in mastery upon this beautiful earth experience.

This inadvertently became the title of the month when I jokingly made this picture to go with a monthly message, and well it soon became truth as I lost the first two editions to keeping a foot in both worlds lol... so here goes for a third try...

Things went a bit wild in April, and May can go either way... many will searching for their footing and finding a new place to start and some will continue fighting against the energies and looking for answers from without instead of within.

 

Since we are already into May as I try to write this a third time lol, it is now really, okay, here we are, now what, where do we go from here. And hopefully, you have found your sanity somewhere along the way. Significant life events have been changing the world for many and this will continue on. Keep your thoughts positive and focused and your heart in all you are doing and you will find your way.

 

The way you experience and perceive the world is changing and this leads to many new inspirations and ideas that will be powerful experiences and have great growth potential.

 

This is a time to end difficult situations, thoughts or feelings that have been holding you back. It is time for powerful experiences to move you forward in your understanding of life the universe and everything. You are on the right path for you, so make some long- term well thought out plans for yourself and your life now as that is what you will be creating.

 

Be open to new people entering your life, or perhaps even an old friend who is just now becoming aware of what you have been doing, and seeing and experiencing yourself for a while. This is good and it will help you heighten and strengthen your own connections as you help others who are newly experiencing their spiritual/emotional awakening.

 

Take time out for yourself and of course, meditate while you garden, while you walk, while you experience and so much more will be available for you to draw upon...

 

And if you aren't really sure, there are always do overs to help you get really clear about what you want to say, do, or be.

Mastering Thoughts and Feelings

Mastering Thoughts and Feelings March 12, 2013 through Sharon Taphorn

There is so much more to discover and much more of your own unfolding yet to come. Humanity is growing in leaps and bounds right now and it is time to make some plans about your dreams. It is time to explore your thoughts and your feelings and see what they now mean to you. It is when you go within to the undiscovered country of your mind, thoughts and feelings that your world expands. As you discover more, you will see you know so little and that there is much to learn from trusting in this process that is unfolding.

 

There is a need to balance the emotions and the mind; some seem to feel too much, others not at all. Mastering the emotions is one of the greatest challenges in being human. Mastering human relationships is a continuing process and one of the reasons for taking on a physical incarnation and doing the human journey. When you are not in physicality you are aware of your connection with everything, each other, and all that is. When you are in physicality, you feel the separateness and long for that loving reunion once again.

 

It is important for you to feel love and all of its emotions as it is a natural feeling  and a part of you that is remembering deep within  you the love of home, and oftentimes it feels like everything inside of your is competing with each other and that it is counterproductive to what you really want.

 

Spend time in quiet meditation and you will better understand the range and depths of your emotions and why you chose to experience life in such a way that you did. It is part of your understanding and your progress in the development you desire for your soul as a whole. This is not always easy to understand and sometimes doesn’t even seem to make much sense when you are a human. This is when you know it is important to take the time to see the bigger picture so that you can allow it to heal and transform you into something more.

 

Affirmation: "I am discovering more about myself as I experience life and all of its emotions to the fullest of my ability and it all helps my soul's growth as I am elevated to something more."

 

This is a successful time and things are looking up. You can make some long-term plans as you are on the right path. It is when the seeds of your intentions are planted that they have time to grow and if you nurture them and love them, they will offer you even more than you imagined for yourself. Take the time to confidently accept the opportunities that come your way, and have patience in understanding the divine timing of all the parts and the pieces to fall into play.

 

Mastering your feelings helps you develop qualities and your senses. Mastering your feelings allows you to become more empathic, patient, loving and kind. It helps you understand the motives and feelings of others and it a tremendous barometer of the energy around you. It helps you to see that you are free to choose and have confidence in yourself and trust in the action steps you take. It helps you to develop your connects with your guides and angels and to trust that this relationship is also developing to a new level and new understandings letting you know you are on the right path.

 

What are your beliefs? How do you see yourself with life, the universe and everything? Do you understand the parts you play? Are you waiting for grander days and grander things ahead?

 

This is the time to look at your viewpoints and beliefs as these things are changing as you evolve. Your spiritual foundation is expanding and that always brings great change. Many of you have been waiting a very long time for this change and that time is now near. Seek out others who are also on the path as it is important to find some comrades to support each other during these times of growth and change. Fortunately this is much easier now with your instant communication systems.

 

It might seem challenging at first to master the world of thought, yet it is a fantastic time to focus on some of your ideas and inspirations that help those who are newly awakening. There is much to do and it is now time for the healers and teachers to assume their roles. Work on releasing the thoughts that are unwanted and creating new ones that are about the new you, your new outlook and your new understanding. Work on developing your senses as well as your spiritual practice and you will be doing the actions required to attract to you what you need. Also remember to add love into all that you do as this is the special ingredient that makes life seem so much more magical.

 

Affirmation: "I am expanding my understanding of my life and my world and this brings growth and opportunities into any aspect of my life I choose to focus."

 

This is a time of mastering your thoughts and the world of the intellect. As you do, life will begin to move at an ever increasing rate and this transformation brings with it the opportunities to end difficult situations and heal past hurts and any unforgiveness, allowing you to move forward unencumbered. As you master the world of your thoughts, you are opening up to a new spiritual world that will help you create should choose to enlist them.

 

As you are transforming your reality, you begin to understand that including your passion into all that you do helps to transform your desires into the world of form. As people explore and begin to understand the amazing world of thought, you will see that past viewpoints and methods of treating the mind will change and evolve. This can be a crucial time for the lightworkers as you are already exploring and mastering these worlds and know that it is finding the balance in all four of your worlds do you begin to transform yourselves and your world as a whole.

 

These are exciting times indeed and we see how your lives are changing and we see how your jobs are changing and all of them will be a reflection of the changes in the masses. Start to integrate your new ideas and inspirations on how to get things done in a mass consciousness that is of unity consciousness instead of all about the one.

 

As your thoughts change and you master your world of and with emotions, you see that you are becoming more balanced and whole within yourself. You begin to find the value in patience, and letting some things just unfold as they should, and at others to act and make them happen. You become tuned to your higher self and able to make fair and just decisions and to see what is best and right for the good of all from a higher perspective of spirit. You can speak your mind with confidence and love and know that there is always more than meets the eye happening around you.

 

You are growing and expanding spiritually which also means that you are expanding all of your worlds and so open your heart to those around you. Be a compassionate and trustworthy friend to others and expect the same for you. Do what you know is right and trust in yourself. Balance all of your actions with your mental and emotional selves and you will know you are doing your best, always.

Sharon’s Take, March 2013 Earth, Wind and Fire

Use the elements to help you create during the next phase. As you master using these skills you will find you are better able to see the tangible results manifesting for you.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Use the earth to help you create it in your world. Your desire and passion to create it is the fire, and your drive and willpower to see it to completion is the Wind. Take your power and begin to fly.

There has been great change and then a time of seemingly stand still energy where nothing appears to be happening. This has been the fermentation stage and you should be getting ready for the next stage while things are ‘cooking’. Keep your thoughts positive and on your desired results as this is what will happen. If your focus is on worry or lack, that is what will be manifesting when the flood gates open. Keep your thoughts positive and focused (yes, we know we just repeated ourselves) this means that for some of you it will be more of a challenge to keep your focus. Carefully weigh your decisions and know that there are always more choices, you just perhaps have not seen them all just yet.

As you are nurturing the seeds you have planted, focus on the little things that bring great joy to your life and bring more of this into all that you do. Trust that your needs will be met and that you will find a way and it will be the best possible solution, even better than you possibly imagine and go from there. You are starting a new journey, raised to another level by the vibratory shifts you have just been through. And now, you are adjusting to new emotions, new thoughts and new feelings.

As you experience the rebalancing of your mental and emotional worlds, you will find that you plans and visions need to be revisited as they no longer match your new vibration. There is more going on than meets the eye, so again, trust that it is unfolding and enjoy the ride. You have come a long way into you own and you will see that you are entering new contracts and new horizons upon which to hone your craft.

Remember to keep your thoughts and feelings balanced and know that the perfect time is nearing. You are continuing to move forward, at the most perfect pace for your growth and it can really be no other way.

You will begin to feel the lightening and the energy begin to surge forward mid-month (mercury retrograde is off on the 17^th and this will greatly help this energy). As this happens begin to implement this energy into your ideas and inspirations and they will lead to great success. Have confidence in yourself and what is manifesting and it will go far indeed. Remember to spend time connecting with nature as the transition in your seasons begins. It symbolizes your path and growth.

There is much to do and much to come, so realise that a bi t of self-discipline as well as will power will help you get there. You have much that is important to achieve over the next cycle and it will begin to move quickly when the energy is right. Your relationships are changing and evolving, just as you are so keep your thoughts on developing the ones that feel trustworthy and filled with give and take. Expect that peaceful solutions can be found to every challenge and carefully review your choices and options and use love as the filter in all that you do.

Speak your mind with confidence. Seek out others of like mind and beliefs and nurture those relationships. Your wishes are coming true, you will see the tangible results of your hard work manifesting on your plane, so let your concerns and worry fad away. Trust that it will happen and IT IS SO.

Sharon's Take January 2013 A New Beginning

Here we are at the eve of a new beginning. I feel much hope and optimism in the air. It is a good time to find the magic in the little things in your life and create the home life you imagine and have been working towards.

 

 

 The ending of the last year has brought about much change for many of you. The spiritual transformations have shown you it is time to move on to something more grand. You can feel it within yourself and you will know what to do.

 

In this year of mastery, many of you will be seeing the rewards of the seeds you have planted in the past year manifesting for you. Others will be awakening to a new and broader prospective and will find themselves amidst great shifts and should look to the teachers and healers to help you thought the symptoms of Ascension or raising your vibration. As you pass through this phase of your journey, you may feel called upon to defend your beliefs and decisions to others. Choose your battles wisely as they can take up much of your time and be distractions from what you are working towards. Ask yourself if your actions will make a difference for the good of yourself and the good of all, and then choose your actions from this stance. If it is important for your growth, you will know what to do.

 

The artistry of how you wield your craft are significant indicators of your growth and path. During a mastery year it is important to be the best you can be. This is not a 'better than' energy, but an energy of unity and being a team player. 'Together you are stronger' and 'there is enough for everyone', should be the affirmations and mantra used to help you on your way. Learn all you need to know about a topic or a skill and then take the time to use these skills to help you create your dreams and desires. Some of you may even find yourself going back to school after a long time away. Do not worry, it is just the new you finding a new path that helps you serve your purpose and your path.

 

Events are occurring with great speed in the new year. Take the time to carefully review the past year and then review your plans and options for the coming year. If you invite your guides and angels to help you do this, you will find some wonderfully creative solutions and options available to you that you did not see before.

 

If you have been following the 'lightworkers' path, you have your garden well planted and the seeds will grow. If you feel there is a pause that creates some doubt for you, this is the perfect opportunity for you to release any unnecessary worry and know that spirit is putting all the pieces into play and the necessary action will be revealed to you when everything is in place. Relax and enjoy the time while knowing it is going to happen for you.

 

Sometimes because of results in the past of things not turning out the way you planned, you can bring that canceling energy back into the now with your doubts and regrets. This is because you are not complete with past and are not seeing the gift from that experience. See the gift and then let it go. See what is in front of you and not what you have lost. There is much more to come when you keep your focus and optimism.

 

Be sure to make a choice in which way you want to go so that spirit can help you create what you desire and not what you don't want. Deal with any current 'problems' so that they are not standing in your way and get ready to take the plunge into something new.

 

This is a time of new beginnings, new opportunities to love and grow. Find the middle way as that is the fastest road to the path you desire. Remember that balance and moderation, co-operation and compromise will get you further than anything else. The prefect timing and opportunities will come your way as you trust in spirit. Do not let doubt or fear block your way, use that energy to help you create and see the advancement that you seek. Change your life now to reflect your desire for the next phase in your growth.

Sharon's Take December 2012 The End of a Time

Well, here we are. The end of times has arrived. I feel this level of excitement I don't usually feel as we head into a new year. For myself, 2013 feels good. Kind of like a home coming that I have been waiting for, for a very long time. 2012 has seen a lot of ticks off my bucket list and as I tick each one off, it seems  another one is ready to go, and I don't even have a bucket list. There has certainly been a 'best of times, worst of times' kinda year for me and at the same time, a best of times always. I know that actually makes complete sense to many of you which should be scary unto itself (laughs out loud).

 

I am not sure I have heard much of the dooms day talk that I thought would be out there, or perhaps I am just thankfully tuned out of that vibration, however there was a few messages in the Sedona Journal's prediction issue that said to expect some shake, rattling and rolling, which is a pretty safe prediction as the ring of fire has been acting up lately anyway. Having just experienced one myself in an area I did not think would feel it, so go figure lol. We are in shifting times. I do think that energetically, having or going to a gathering to celebrate and end of times and usher in a new beginning is a splendid idea and well worth puting our energy into. Any time we take a group of powerful lightworkers and all focus our intent at once, there are going to be changes felt in the mass consciousness and one thing I think most of agree on is that we are ready for some new times.

 

I do feel a stronger focus on what is truly important happening and that hopefully we are getting away from the commercialism of things around us and moving onto a more truthful society as the mass concsiousness is demanding it and I welcome in this shift. Truth in advertising, in what is happening with our food, healthcare, etc. However this change is going to happen overnight, it is changing.

 

For myself, I am trying to clean up some unfinished stuff so that I can move into this new year without baggage from the past and begin some fantastic new projects for 2013. Oh, and my next book is almost ready for the editing stage and hopefully will be one of the things finished before the end of the month. Stay tunned for more details.

I didn't really do a reading for the month since the Predictions issue of the Sedona Journal has the year reading, It felt just a repeat, I will be adding it here to the site shortly.

Sharon's Take November 2012 ~ Relax, Recycle, Recharge

This month we are going to talk about a few "R's", and returning to balance. It has been a tumultuous time for us North America with an earthquake (I did feel the earth move and share that later) on the west and a hurricane on the east. A time of cleansing and reviewing what is really important to us (us as whole, we the people).

 

 

Mercury goes retrograde on the 6th (ending on the 26th), so you have a few days to get ready. This means that we will be entering the holiday season in a far different mode than normal. Where I am, winter has already started, with snow and cold temperatures, so I am feeling the desire to hibernate right now anyway. Set your intent to enter this period knowing you are going to just go about your business slowly and methodically and that you are not going to get caught up in any frenzy of other's creation.

 

 

Perfect time to do a life review and see what is going on. If you are unsure what to do or where to start, I am going to offer a 3 week online workshop to help you along your way. (This will also help to keep your focus while trying to re-balance yourself). The workshop will be Wednesday evenings from November 7th to 21st. When mercury rights itself again, you will be in the perfect energy for this momentous time. Clearing up the old as fast as you can has been in almost every private session over the past few months and I personally am feeling that sense quickening within myself and seem to be getting more done when I keep myself focused.

So, for November, just keep charging along at a nice even pace and work on the things you know in your heart you truly need to work on. Do it now, as the rewards will be plenty and even like you will be starting to live a new life from an entirely new perspective. Trust that the money, the love, the support and the healing will be there for you now and just keep going.

 

 

A life review will do everyone wonders and I will be doing mine along with the group. It is so important for us to master our thoughts, let go of unfulfilled expectations of from the past. and move forward, focused each on our own journey and wearing blinders for all others. This does not me to ignore everyone and everything. It means to lend a heart, a hand, and a hug, but let each person do their own work as that is how it must be. If someone tells you they can magically do that for you and you don't need to do anything, I would question how long this would last if you had any result at all. There must be some kind of shift that takes place in the mind and heart of the one doing the journey.

 

 

I personally must let go of a significant part of myself. Since my workplace injury 2+ years ago, I must let go of the image of 'Sharon the Nurse' as realistically I cannot return to patient care. It is funny as a few years during a review I said, "If I am to work in the 'regular' world as well as the metaphysical world, then I am happy to do this work until I retire, as it is very rewarding and I get to help a lot people cross over and love them and be a part of their life" and now I must let that go (how does that old joke go...How do you make God laugh?....  Tell him your plans!) So, as I am heading into the new year with choices and decisions I did not expect to make at this point in my life, and still not entirely sure where I wish to go from here.

 

Mastering our thoughts is the best gift we can give ourselves, so take this time to really consciously choose what thoughts you want keep. Remember these are the thoughts that form your belief system and also, by the law of attraction, what you get back. Take a deep breath, and release any thoughts you don't want and then choose a replacement and create an affirmation for it to help you through the transformation. Don't get carried away or carried off by any distractions that come your way as there will be a few and the temptation to procrastinate or pretend you are busy doing something else you deem important while be strong. HOWEVER, the rewards for getting it down now will be even greater, so dive right in and keep focused and keep courage and hope in your heart regardless what is going on around you. This is the time to clear away the old as you are moving into a new world and a new time and a new space with a new you.

 

Remember the key: Meditate, mediate, meditate, oh yes, and trust. Trust that you will do well, even better than you could have possibly imagined. Form some mastermind groups right now to start working on what you wish to create and those who will help energize your goals with you. Together you are stronger. Use this energy as a respite and refocus for yourself and what is truly important for the coming time ahead.

I am ever so thankful to those of you who have clicked on the links as that is how I get paid and am happy to say I got my first cheque this week so can officially say I am a professional writer! (she laughs out loud). It is actually an awesome feeling and it seems I never struggle for something write and look forward to meeting the dead lines each month.

 

I also have an article in the Sedona Journal of Emergence for November, in the online version special expanded edition. I am also so honoured when they choose to share my work and look forward each month to checking the mail to see if I am in the next issue. It is funny, as I seem to get my book royalties cheque the same day as the Sedona Journal, and each month it has been on a different day. So, you can know I look forward to that day. Makes it fun to check the mail and see what is coming.

 

Feeling the earth move during the earth quake was very interesting for me, as I have been few a few shake, rattles, and rolls. This one was so most definitely different and it also seems to me that the world have been different, like the shift of the earth caused me to shift into another dimension that I am still trying to get acclimatized to. Here is what I wrote that evening after the earth moved. (I actually grabbed on to my couch during this for stability):

 

I live in British Columbia, a bit south east of this quake 669km away at 52.13°N 122.14°W the quake of 7.7 at Haida Gwaii last night was at 52.769°N 131.927°W depth=17.5km (10.9mi)

I was sitting on my couch and was looking across at one of my cats when we shifted. I have been through other quakes in Vancouver where we shock and you knew it. This was different. It was like we were shifting dimensions.. it felt like this wave went through us in slow motion and it seemed like I saw 3 layers of us, I grabbed the couch as I thought I was sliding and it seemed to last a long time relative to past experiences. when we settled, my hanging lights were swinging, the bells I have hanging around were ringing, the blinds where waving, they did not settle for about 3 minutes. I said...what was that...my first thought was we had an earth quake, and then, since it was raining and I live on the side of a mountain, perhaps a slide. All I really knew for sure was something happened. So, I thought I would check on line and sure enough there was a big quake nearby. As far as we have heard, there was some damage, no one was hurt... bonus.. mother earth is just shifting and showing us that we can and are a support for each other when we gather for a common purpose, anyway, it was such a surreal experience, I thought I would share. Haida Gwaii (the name that the Queen Charlotte Islands are known by here) has had 7 aftershocks. It was interesting to listen to the news reports as the experts said this was not usual quake in that it is shifted vertically instead of the usual horizontally, lessening the usual types of destruction and damage, and that it was it in a sparsely populated area... it made for an interesting evening and I learned a bit more about earth shakes... here is the site I found the information on the fastest ... http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/dyfi/

 

I am looking foward to what this month brings as it is going to be paramount for what lies ahead. I am looking foward to the new adjustments since my world shifted and hope you do as well.

 

Remember to enjoy yourself in the moment, whatever the task may be, find your balance, find your center and spend this month getting to know yourself and the new you that is emerging.
