Be a Human Angel and Do Something Good Today!

Being a human angel is one of the best ways to start becoming a force for change and creating better days. When you set out each day to do something good in the world, it is amazing how fast the world begins to change in positive ways.

I have this wonderful ceramic tray that says in beautiful gold writing "Do Something Good Today." I keep it on my stove and use it as a utensil holder. It serves me well as a constant reminder to something good each day in the world. I  absolutely love it. It is a principle I have tried to live by for a long time. This is really something I do for myself as well as others because it feels good to make a difference. It becomes a passion to feel the rush of endorphins when you make a difference. It is kind of addicting lol. 

It is easy to become a human angel and make a difference in the world. Do some volunteer work at your local shelter or nursing home. Pick up some garbage on your walk. Recycle, reuse, or re-purpose some of your unwanted things. All you really need to do is be kind and make a difference.  I often ask my angels to put me in a place where I can do good in and always I am in the right place at the right time to be the human angel I love to be. 

I take care of the Meals on Wheels program in my community so it is super easy to make a difference. I love the quote by Gandhi "You must be the Change you wish to see in the world!" Often the "you Must" is left off this quote and yet the words are so powerful and important. It becomes your driving force and a force for what is good and right is a team I want to play on.  You must leaves out any room for doubt.

Become an inspired warrior for the light. Listen to your courageous heart. Ignore any excuses why you cannot and let of go of resistance or hesitation. When you believe, feel, and act with a compassionate heart, the Universe gives you more reasons to be happy, to make a difference, and to create a new reality. 

Your Angel Guidance is to be a Human Angel and Do something Good today and every day.

It is easy to be a human angel. Set your intention as you begin your day to do something good in some way. Ask your angels to put you where you need to be to make some great contribution or to just change someone's day in a positive way. The synchronicity and serendipity will be there  to act when you decide that you are a human angel, creating a better way and making a difference by changing someone's day!

Mercury Retrogrades

Today Mercury is retrograde for the next 3 weeks.

I often hear people groan when mercury does it's thing, however I always look forward to them as it is a great time to review and refocus. Also it is a great time to get things organized and clean closets and cupboards out and recycle what no longer serves you... also a good time to do that within and cut the cords and do a clearing.

Enjoy this sort of down time and use it to your advantage.

Sharon's Take on What's Up on the Planet

It has been quite a week energetically speaking so I thought it was a good time for an update for the month. We had a Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse on the 15th that was pretty powerful as felt it two days before in the afternoon and hadn't really been paying attention to the moon or the skies lately. That is not usual for a waxing full moon. It feels powerful, I know that I am sensitive to the moon and both my sun and moon sun were in cancer when I was born. This is the perfect time to shift and release what no longer serves you and just finally get rid of it!

We have had a few geomagnetic storms over the past few weeks and a great deal of solar activity and a few flares, our new normal and we are also in for a treat on the 23rd if the skies are clear and we are patient. I did not see any the last time a shower was supposed to be visible, but I will keep trying. Be clear in your communications with others and also with yourself.

There is definitely a quickening of the energy on the earth plane and it affects us all differently depending upon where you are at and what you have been doing. The key is to accept what you have with grace and keep moving forward. Find your place of peace and remember that inner peace is a choice and we are all searching for it in some way. These days are bringing a lot of change and isn't all comfortable and some of you are not really having a lot of fun yet. Hang in there! It is leading you to something better, trust that it is so and surrender your expectations of a certain outcome and just go forward from there expecting things to get better from that point forward.

Mantras and affirmations are very helpful, just be sure you are not cancelling the very thing you are focusing on with your other thoughts and feelings. Transformation is key.

Enjoy the celestial events that are unfolding a make a wish upon a star should you have the pleasure of witnessing a falling star!

Sharon's Take, June 2013 The Eye of the Hurricane

It has certainly been an interesting time on Planet Earth these last few weeks and months and June should bring us some clarity on personal and spiritual growth before we embark on the changes that we can expect for the remainder of the year. Mercury is going into retrograde on June 26^th so it is always best to get things in order and focused now so that you can take the time to relax, recycle and review during this phase. I have had a few remarks and questions about mercury these past few weeks as people have been noticing that machines haven’t been working the way they should and a bit of miscommunication has been happening. Sharon’s Take on that is that perhaps this alignment of Mercury, Venus and Jupiter might be having an influence. It has been raining here and cloudy at night, so I did not get to see the triangle effect, however have certainly been feeling it. I also feel that there is very much a quickening and the need to get things done to move on to new, more desired energy.  Definitely a desire for me to finish off things so I can move on as well as also feeling a bit overwhelmed by the demands and needs of others which need to be kept in perspective.  There is no quick magical fix that others can do for you. It is a journey we each must take and empower ourselves. Those we love who are used us fixing things in their lives are not always thrilled with the prospect of having to do it themselves, yet this is the greatest gift we can give them.  This is especially challenging for those who have been ‘the wizards’ in their family and friends circles for a long time.

The best gift you can give to yourself right now is to work on receiving and trusting the guidance you receive from your connection to your own inner wisdom and entourage of Light Beings.  Working on your own spiritual connection and creating a spiritual practice helps develop the empowered human and gives you the support, confidence and strength to motivate you forward to create in the physical while living in the 4D and 5D energy. You are ready and it is time. You have the resources and the ability to manifest you dreams and desires, and be in your passion. It is in the learning to understand the signs and symbols and trust in the messages you receive. The clearer your connection to your own guidance is, the better time you will be having.  As you learn to masters these skills and abilities, you will find that new doors or previous doors that did not open will be as exciting new opportunities come your way. This is the perfect time for career changes or advancement as well as changing aspects of your life that weren’t working for you previously.

Ask your entourage of guides, angels and masters to show you the way that brings you closer to your divine life purpose and to help you bring unfinished projects to a successful completion so that as you reach the half way mark in this year of mastery, you feel like you are indeed mastering it. Archangel Michael is the perfect Archangel to work with to help you make the changes you wish to make as well as to help you feel empowered and courageous through the particularly challenging ones.  He really is the ‘go to’ guy for so many of our earthly experiences and he is the perfect Archangel if you are not sure who or where to turn. He can help you to hone your skills and your talents as well as eliminate power struggles, conflicts and competition with others and focus on your path and what is important. The angels always remind me that if it isn’t for my highest good, it isn’t for the highest good of all that is.

This is a good time to do a review of how you have been progressing and evaluate how and where you want to go next. Look at the facts and figures and decide if it is really worth the ride, as it is time to move on in a new direction and embrace the changes that are taking place.  If you feel a firm connect and groundedness, it is much easier to go with the flow.  Those that are not focused and clear will often feel like they are trapped in a quagmire of earthly problems and lack the confidence to take the actions that are necessary or get stuck in the energy of too much going on and nothing getting done. Remember that you get what you think about whether you want it or not, so your thoughts and feelings are important to get into perspective and working for you instead of against you.  Again, the better you trust in yourself and your guides, the more clearly you create your ideas and situations you know you should be experiencing. You always have a group of beings guiding you, watching over you and protecting you.  Happy outcomes usually follow focused and positive expectations, so clearly state your desired expectations and focus on making them happen.

Explore who you are personally and spiritually and you will discover there is so much more to see and experience. It gives you a passion for life that brings you a never ending source of ideas and inspirations. It opens you up to the fascination and delight of experiencing a life worth living and helps you to see the beauty and joy that is all around you. Spend time on this journey of self-discovery and communicate your vision with others as a part of your spiritual practice.

 

There is so much available in this abundant universe, be open to explore and receive the wonders of life.                               

Affirmation: “I eagerly explore my life and the wonders of the Universe; I am alive with fascination for life the universe and everything.”

And so it is.

Working on expanding our personal light quotient is a great way to work on personal development and empowering ourselves and awaken our spiritual gifts and talents as well as those around us. For the lightworkers, this is a part of our life’s mission and for many it is the reason we incarnated at this time in humanities evolution. The spiritual teachers, healers and counselors are needed now more than ever and it is those of new thought and energy (power with not power over) that are needed to ignite and strengthen the divine flame in others as well as nurture and feed our own. Keeping on task and focused is often the challenge as many things appear to be happening all at once.

Take a sensible approach in dealing with your own life as well as others and keeping your courage and strength rejuvenated as these are keys to success at this time. Believe in yourself and your power to create, live abundant lives and feel a sense of accomplishment and expect to experience opportunities that are more in keeping with your hopes, dreams and desires will help you to yield the results you desire.

Remember, you the lightworkers and awakening ones are the Leaders of this great shift. Your strength, power, knowledge and abilities are needed. Do what you know is right and create and live by your own personal motto.

Take time and space for contemplation and look within as it gives you the opportunity to recuperate from some of the challenges of late as well as to reflect upon the way ahead. This will help you feel prepared for the next phase in your life and helps you have confidence in yourself and the choices you make as well as be living your life in your purpose  and your own growth to unfold. It is important to take time and space for yourself as it helps you to feel strong and powerful as well as kind and loving.

Many of you have been processing downloads and are learning and adjusting to new psychic and spiritual experiences at this time and this is what many of us have been waiting for. Don’t underestimate yourself or your power as it is a successful time of growth and change. You have been wanting this very time to come to planet earth, so don’t miss any of the opportunities and remember to enjoy life and the wonderful luxuries it brings.  Use your talents and skills to help you creatively co-create with the Divine and explore your creative potential and then get ready to fly. You are ready and the time is now.  Let your imagination flow and direct your creative energy towards projects and plans that speak to your soul and follow the path that leads to your passions, growth and expansion as you walk in mastery upon this beautiful earth experience.

Sharon's Take November 2012 ~ Relax, Recycle, Recharge

This month we are going to talk about a few "R's", and returning to balance. It has been a tumultuous time for us North America with an earthquake (I did feel the earth move and share that later) on the west and a hurricane on the east. A time of cleansing and reviewing what is really important to us (us as whole, we the people).

 

 

Mercury goes retrograde on the 6th (ending on the 26th), so you have a few days to get ready. This means that we will be entering the holiday season in a far different mode than normal. Where I am, winter has already started, with snow and cold temperatures, so I am feeling the desire to hibernate right now anyway. Set your intent to enter this period knowing you are going to just go about your business slowly and methodically and that you are not going to get caught up in any frenzy of other's creation.

 

 

Perfect time to do a life review and see what is going on. If you are unsure what to do or where to start, I am going to offer a 3 week online workshop to help you along your way. (This will also help to keep your focus while trying to re-balance yourself). The workshop will be Wednesday evenings from November 7th to 21st. When mercury rights itself again, you will be in the perfect energy for this momentous time. Clearing up the old as fast as you can has been in almost every private session over the past few months and I personally am feeling that sense quickening within myself and seem to be getting more done when I keep myself focused.

So, for November, just keep charging along at a nice even pace and work on the things you know in your heart you truly need to work on. Do it now, as the rewards will be plenty and even like you will be starting to live a new life from an entirely new perspective. Trust that the money, the love, the support and the healing will be there for you now and just keep going.

 

 

A life review will do everyone wonders and I will be doing mine along with the group. It is so important for us to master our thoughts, let go of unfulfilled expectations of from the past. and move forward, focused each on our own journey and wearing blinders for all others. This does not me to ignore everyone and everything. It means to lend a heart, a hand, and a hug, but let each person do their own work as that is how it must be. If someone tells you they can magically do that for you and you don't need to do anything, I would question how long this would last if you had any result at all. There must be some kind of shift that takes place in the mind and heart of the one doing the journey.

 

 

I personally must let go of a significant part of myself. Since my workplace injury 2+ years ago, I must let go of the image of 'Sharon the Nurse' as realistically I cannot return to patient care. It is funny as a few years during a review I said, "If I am to work in the 'regular' world as well as the metaphysical world, then I am happy to do this work until I retire, as it is very rewarding and I get to help a lot people cross over and love them and be a part of their life" and now I must let that go (how does that old joke go...How do you make God laugh?....  Tell him your plans!) So, as I am heading into the new year with choices and decisions I did not expect to make at this point in my life, and still not entirely sure where I wish to go from here.

 

Mastering our thoughts is the best gift we can give ourselves, so take this time to really consciously choose what thoughts you want keep. Remember these are the thoughts that form your belief system and also, by the law of attraction, what you get back. Take a deep breath, and release any thoughts you don't want and then choose a replacement and create an affirmation for it to help you through the transformation. Don't get carried away or carried off by any distractions that come your way as there will be a few and the temptation to procrastinate or pretend you are busy doing something else you deem important while be strong. HOWEVER, the rewards for getting it down now will be even greater, so dive right in and keep focused and keep courage and hope in your heart regardless what is going on around you. This is the time to clear away the old as you are moving into a new world and a new time and a new space with a new you.

 

Remember the key: Meditate, mediate, meditate, oh yes, and trust. Trust that you will do well, even better than you could have possibly imagined. Form some mastermind groups right now to start working on what you wish to create and those who will help energize your goals with you. Together you are stronger. Use this energy as a respite and refocus for yourself and what is truly important for the coming time ahead.

I am ever so thankful to those of you who have clicked on the links as that is how I get paid and am happy to say I got my first cheque this week so can officially say I am a professional writer! (she laughs out loud). It is actually an awesome feeling and it seems I never struggle for something write and look forward to meeting the dead lines each month.

 

I also have an article in the Sedona Journal of Emergence for November, in the online version special expanded edition. I am also so honoured when they choose to share my work and look forward each month to checking the mail to see if I am in the next issue. It is funny, as I seem to get my book royalties cheque the same day as the Sedona Journal, and each month it has been on a different day. So, you can know I look forward to that day. Makes it fun to check the mail and see what is coming.

 

Feeling the earth move during the earth quake was very interesting for me, as I have been few a few shake, rattles, and rolls. This one was so most definitely different and it also seems to me that the world have been different, like the shift of the earth caused me to shift into another dimension that I am still trying to get acclimatized to. Here is what I wrote that evening after the earth moved. (I actually grabbed on to my couch during this for stability):

 

I live in British Columbia, a bit south east of this quake 669km away at 52.13°N 122.14°W the quake of 7.7 at Haida Gwaii last night was at 52.769°N 131.927°W depth=17.5km (10.9mi)

I was sitting on my couch and was looking across at one of my cats when we shifted. I have been through other quakes in Vancouver where we shock and you knew it. This was different. It was like we were shifting dimensions.. it felt like this wave went through us in slow motion and it seemed like I saw 3 layers of us, I grabbed the couch as I thought I was sliding and it seemed to last a long time relative to past experiences. when we settled, my hanging lights were swinging, the bells I have hanging around were ringing, the blinds where waving, they did not settle for about 3 minutes. I said...what was that...my first thought was we had an earth quake, and then, since it was raining and I live on the side of a mountain, perhaps a slide. All I really knew for sure was something happened. So, I thought I would check on line and sure enough there was a big quake nearby. As far as we have heard, there was some damage, no one was hurt... bonus.. mother earth is just shifting and showing us that we can and are a support for each other when we gather for a common purpose, anyway, it was such a surreal experience, I thought I would share. Haida Gwaii (the name that the Queen Charlotte Islands are known by here) has had 7 aftershocks. It was interesting to listen to the news reports as the experts said this was not usual quake in that it is shifted vertically instead of the usual horizontally, lessening the usual types of destruction and damage, and that it was it in a sparsely populated area... it made for an interesting evening and I learned a bit more about earth shakes... here is the site I found the information on the fastest ... http://earthquake.usgs.gov/earthquakes/dyfi/

 

I am looking foward to what this month brings as it is going to be paramount for what lies ahead. I am looking foward to the new adjustments since my world shifted and hope you do as well.

 

Remember to enjoy yourself in the moment, whatever the task may be, find your balance, find your center and spend this month getting to know yourself and the new you that is emerging.

Sharon's Take - Golden Opportunitites Oct 2012

 

Important doors are opening for you right now. Prepare to walk through them. Start right now creating doors and bridges for the month ahead. We are sliding into the last quarter of the year and mercury retrograde next month, so make this a month of action and fast paced activities while keeping your footing and your balance. It should feel a little less manic that it did last month, however that also depends on whether you have been doing your work. If you have been sloughing off waiting for things to change first, you might be feeling like you on one of those logs in the water, spinning around while you are dancing as fast as you can. The choice truly is entirely yours.

 

Let your heart follow a new path, or let it lead the way to what you choose to do next. It is really important to make a clear decision if you want to move forward. What inspires you and feeds your heart and soul? This is the first question you should be asking yourself as you prepare for the months ahead. The more clearly you go into the new year, the more clearly and delightfully will be the creations that you make. Remember moderation, or the middle way, as it is really the fastest way to what you seek. There will many temptations and distractions as you move ahead, and a little time away will be helpful, however, keep in perspective at all times. This is the challenge of the current energy and of course there is always the lack of faith. Keep your trust and believe!  Remember the little red engine that could. You can and the more you make that your new paradigm, the more you will enjoy yourself.

 

The best gift we can give ourselves right now is to ensure our physical world is in order so we feel we have a strong footing in which to move forward. Learning to keep that in balance is very much a part of having a physical journey and often as lightworkers and human angels we forget how important it is to take care of ourselves first. This is paramount right now for each of us who is so used to working and being in the higher realms. A good meditation practice (this means everyday) will do much to help you keep on track and focused. Ensure you are eating food filled with life force energy and cleanse and detoxify so you can move into the next phase clear and ready on all levels. Dance, walk or do some form of physical activity as that is very much a part of the physical journey. Find something that works for you and that you enjoy and make sure you continue it regularly as you move into the new year. (my guides reall anunciated that one lol)

 

It is important for each one of us to know that we are safe and protected to move forward, to trust that regardless, you will be fine so that you have the strength and courage to move ahead. This is when a good, solid meditation practice and relationship with your higher self, guides and angels will help you. There will change happening at a fast pace and the more you trust in yourself and your intuition the better you find the coming year. Resistance is futile and leads to lessons you don't need to learn that way as does lack of action. It is time to state clearly your choices and follow your heart. Do any heart healing that you need to do and know it is one of the most important parts of yourself to heal and open. It is the part of you that is connected to giving and receiving and finding the balance within.

 

Follow your dreams and get your mindset focused on your path, your heart and doing it in a balanced and loving way. We are moving into a higher dimensional energy and in order to find that path with grace we need to temper all of our actions through our high heart. In order to do that it is best to ensure your motives are pure and for your highest good. Clearly set boundries for yourself of what is acceptable and what is not, what is yours and what is someone elses responsibility. It is always good to be service, however it is important to be in service where you want to be instead of where someone else thinks you should be. We are all an important and intricate part of creation and each one of us is just as important as the other. The faster we realise this and support each other and ourselves as such, the faster we will be creating enough love and acceptance to move forward into our next evolution. Let us each remember that better and less are not a part of new thoughts, in order to see the changes we desire, we each must keep our ego balanced and supporting us through love and understanding of higher dimensional laws and that we are stronger when we help each other and foster growth than we are only trying to help ourselves become number one. The more we support and help each other, the more we support and help ourselves reach the awards, love and support we would like to also have.

 

Seek joy always as the base motivation in all that you do. If you are doing a completion that isn't really fun and you struggle to find the joy in it, then focus upon of the joy that you will feel once it is done and over with for the balance that seek will be unattainable until then. Let there be no doubt that you must restore balance in order to move ahead in a way that you desire. No more sweeping things under the rug until later for the procrastinators as you spirit and soul want to move forward. This is the time to prepare for the mastery year that is coming ahead. Work on your relationship with your higher self and this will, change all of your relationships with others to be of co-operation, love and support. There is enough for all of us and everyone, this is the unity consciousness that we are seeking for the evolution of our planet and people.

 

There will be many opportunities for us to practice what we preach in the coming times, so this is the time for each of us to strive for the mastery of the self. We cannot solve the 'problems' of the world until we find that balance within ourselves. The self first, is the pathway to the all. Remember not to take things personally as each one of us is seeing the world from a different vantage point. It is when we can respect and love each one for who they are and acknowledge the tremendous courage it takes for any of us to just get up each day and do it again, especially those who are currently in transition and the dark. Ask that you be filled with the love and compassion of the goddess Quan Yin and Mother Theresa to overlight you as you grow and you will glow with a golden light like never before.

 

There used to be a television show in Canada called "The little vampire' and it was about this other world that existed with ghosts, vampires, witches and more, that also had human friends, since they where already in costume, when the regular world celebrated halloween, they would have a party and it was called "All is Forgiven" day. It meant that everyone got together regardless as to what transpired over the year and forgave one another and started a new on Novermber 1st. I have always loved that concept and think it should become the new meaning of All Hallows eve and All Saints day in the new world. What do you Think?

Come with me and dip into the healing pools of love and light. Feel our love, feel our healing.  Allow this energy to wash over you and release everything that is not love from your being right now. Allow each wave to wash these thoughts and feelings away. They are always there if you want them back when we are done. For now we want you to be totally immersed in the energy of love and healing. This is the most powerful energy there is in the known Universes. Let this energy of love bring you back into balance once again. Balance and harmony within are your birthright, and at no time where you expected to stay in an unbalanced state for long. It matters not what is happening around you, it matters what you are feeling within at that moment. As within, so shall it be without. As above, so below…

 

It is time, if you have not already done so, to be a living, walking example of your heart and true self. Take some risks, follow some hunches and believe that all is possible.  Healing your heart is the best path to begin any journey, for when your heart is healed and whole you are then better able to be in service to all of humanity in the way that you desired so very long ago. You do not need to carry the weight the world on your shoulders, realise the importance of each person finding their own path of healing and open up to unconditional love. It matters not who they are or what they have done, love them anyway and let them know that they are not alone and have support in their journey of healing and then it is up to them to choose what they may. Release the memories of your past and cut the cords to anything that binds you to those thoughts and feelings, as these are the blocks that stand in your way of moving forward. Release any judgement about what is right and what is wrong, and know that it is all good. You each represent the thoughts of each other and all that is; to change the world, change your thoughts. When your thoughts are most aligned with love, it assists those around you to then transform their thoughts. And of course, when you are aligned with the energy of love, you then see the true beauty that surrounds you and continue to ignite more.

 

Healers unite. It is time to work together with all the other healers instead of this competition thing of ‘mines better than yours’, ‘I am better than you’, or ‘there are only so many clients and people, I must have my share’, as these are all thoughts of separateness and lack. That is old energy and it is time to let it go. Share with each other, help out each other, and support one another. Be the living embodiment of what you teach. We know that is not always easy when you are continually bombarded with the mental energy of polarity; however it is when you learn to be in the energy of love within that mental energy of the 3^rd dimension that you are truly living in the 5th dimension.

 

Healers work together with each other. This means to include your allopathic doctors in what you are doing and offer to work with them in some capacity. This is the way that healing will go, and it is when you work together, side by side, that healing will happen in undreamed of ways for humanity. Each of you has valuable information to help to treat the whole; it is coming, be prepared. Allopathic doctors, welcome the intuitive and energy healers into your practice, you will see undreamed of speed in healing, less side effects and less medication. Fear not that you will run out of patients, for there will other ways that you can run your healing practices that will actually be more in keeping with why you chose to be a doctor in the first place. And worry not that you will suffer financial loss, for again, this is an abundant universe and there is enough for all, your practices will still be around, they will be less chaotic and stressful and give you the time that you need that is so seriously lacking for you now. This is truly a win/win/win situation for everyone and really, that is the purpose of your oath and purpose.

 

Healers help and support each other. Form healing groups for healers to get together and exchange healings, ideas, thoughts and camaraderie. It is the separateness, competition and mental ego energy that holds you back as a whole and that must change. You are only as strong as your weakest link, therefore support one another and strengthen your power and influence. It must come from the energy of love, as nothing else will yield the results you desire.

 

Healees, those of you in need of healing, it is time to awaken and take responsibility for your own healing journey. Stop looking for a magic wand that will fix things immediately and begin to look for ways for you to begin healing. Most of you are healing a part of yourself in one form or another, you perhaps had not thought of it as a healing journey before.

 

Physical healing is usually evident as pain is often the catalyst to this journey. However it is also the last place that the signs and symptoms manifest, therefore it is important to embark on a four bodied healing to ensure you find the balance and harmony that you seek and for healing to take place. If you are currently experiencing great pain or discomfort, it is difficult to keep your focus on more positive thoughts. This is when your healers can best help you. Do not berate yourself if you using medications to help you through. We just ask that you use them wisely and gently, and also to consider other wholistic avenues as well. Be sure to have your herbalist work with your pharmacist and doctor. It might take a bit of work to find the right group and mix; however it will be worth the journey and the best and fastest way that you will shift your healing process and the process of the whole. Combination and cooperation are the key for growth and expansion and  finding the equilibrium with all that is.

 

Emotional healing is about the heart. Unhealed thoughts and feelings lead to manifestations in your physical world in many ways. Begin this journey with forgiveness.  If you feel you have been hurt by another, holding on to that pain or disappointment only hurts you and gives them energy and power of which to feed. Take your power back today and realise that it is you and how you feel that matters. As you cut this energy off and transform it for yourself, it will start a domino effect in all your bodies healing processes and lightening and brightening of your load.

 

The energy of hurt, anger, resentment, jealousy, revenge, hatred, and so on, are all energy of lower will, and actually causes your blood vessels to constrict and then less blood can flow in and around your body. If just plain makes you sick, and can manifest throughout your vascular system, which flows through all of your physical body, every part of it. If this flow is interrupted, death of the cells begins to occur. This leads to dis-ease, dying and death.  It is time to heal any scars of the past so that you can be free to move forward, healthy and whole once again, as your original blueprint, plans and intentions are cleared of the energy that has blocked them in some way.

 

Forgiveness doesn't mean that what that person did to you is okay, what it means is that you are no longer willing to carry this burden. They have their own stuff to work through and that doesn't require any energy from you other than love and wish them well on their way.

 

Affirmation: "I open my heart to love and compassion, it is safe for me to be a loving, open, compassionate being of Creator Light."

 

Welcome the new developments in your thinking as these represent the mental and spiritual changes that lead to the transformations that you seek. Remember to release that which no longer serves who you are becoming as the old must go so that the new can enter. The end perhaps can seem scary as you are unsure what comes up next, so we ask you to remember that the end for the caterpillar signifies the beginning for the butterfly, it is but the process of transformation, and transformation is the process you came here to experience, onward and upward to something more.

 

Ask your angels to help you accept and process the stages of change that you find yourself in. You can go as gently and easily as you like, however most of you are in such a hurry that you forget to ask. Trust that all will unfold as you become ready and spend time on focused intent of that which is most important to you now. Try new things and adventures, see the gifts in all that you do and experience and do not worry if you sometimes stubble, you have dreams worth failing for. (For in truth, there is no failure, for all is a gift.)

 

Affirmation: "My thoughts and feelings are expanding and transforming each day. I am safe and comfortable with all the changes and transformations that I am going through as this is a part of my growth.”

 

Be open to all possibilities, even ones that you thought had been previously closed. This is the time to follow your hearts desires. Do all you can do to make your dreams and ambitions a part of your current reality. This is the time and opportunity to make things happen, you have created some fantastic momentum upon which to build, capitalize on that energy. Keep your focus and see how each new creation leads to another, and then another, when your thoughts are positive and you are seeing the fruits of your desires.

 

Share with others from your heart. Share your good fortune with others, as your methods for creating the life you planned will be a road map to help others find their way. Together you are stronger, so help one another along the way. You are all connected with each other, a part of each other, just as each one of you is a part of Creator light, you re also a part of each other. Nurture your relationships with those around you, and let your true heart be reflected in your aura.

 

Affirmation: "I trust that I will be guided through the choices I make each new day."

 

You are all connected and a part of each other and you are also connected with us, it is but the human mantle that sets us apart. Feel this connection, feel your connection to the earth, to the stars, the people, the plants and the animals; each is connected to the other. Every action you take acts like an echo and sends that message in rippling waves out to those around you and they echo out and the ripple gets bigger and bigger as each one passes, touching and affecting all life around it.

 

Nurture that connectedness with love. Heal any discordant thoughts you are sending out to others as this will affect all that is around you. Trust your inner guidance and let it be an active participant in all aspects of your life. Ask your angels to help bring to you people and situations that will help you in this process and that you are surrounded by love and supportive people to help you along the way, just as you provide that for those around you.

Affirmation: "I am a valuable part of all creation."

 

You are a beautiful, worthy, and loving being and it is time for you to believe that as well. Ask your angels to surround you in loving light for strength and courage and believe in yourself. Take the action you are inspired to take upon your journey of healing and explore, share and discover along the way.

 

Affirmation: "I am healed. The emerald green light of Archangel Raphael surrounds me and runs through me to assist anyone in need of healing love."

Through your journey of life, reach out to your angels for guidance and strength.

Are your affirmations hindering your progress, or helping you along?

An affirmation is a thought you believe to be true. We have many and use them all of the time. However, some of these thoughts are outdated or don’t even have a basis in reality. Our realities are shaped everyday by the thoughts we keep on thinking, about ourselves, others and the universe. There was a time when saying the world was not flat was blasphemy and yet now we know it is not because some brave soul was thinking outside the box.

Take a look at your thoughts about yourself. Are they empowering and filled with love? Take some time and write some simple, positive statements about who you are and who you are becoming, feel the words and say them from your heart:

“I am beautiful.”

“I am worthy.”

“I am worth loving.”

“I am loved and supported.”

Archangel Chamuel, whose name means "he who sees god “or “he who seeks god, helps us see the love and godliness in each other. He works on the pink ray of divine love and light. He shares this message:

“Affirmations are powerful and used every day, whether you realise it or not, and not all of them are positive or lead to the desired results you seek. Let your words and thoughts be gentle and filled with love for yourself and others always and then you know you are living in the light. Remember that only Love is real and so let your thoughts and affirmations for yourself and others be based in the light of love.”

Here are some examples to help you shift your life and use these magic words every day, until they vibrate in your being and ripple out into the world:

“I have a dynamic spiritual basis to all of my relationships. I am loved and supported by my spiritual family and I love and support them unconditionally. My heart is full.”

Archangel Michael Taking a Momentous Leap of Faith

Dearly beloveds it is with great honour that I join with you this day. You are such brilliant sparks of light; it is a pleasure to sit in your energy, just as much as it is a pleasure for you to sit within our love. There is no greater honour than to be a human in lesson on the earth at this time. It is humbling to watch and assist in the transformation that is taking place in your time. We of the angel realm are so very honoured to be your assistants and servants of the light and to help you bring more light and love unto your world.

It is not always easy and we are with you in your darkest hours, holding you and loving you. When you feel that sense of despair and are discouraged from your path, it is in those times that you should call in your angels and ask them to help you find a better way. Share your heart with us as we do not judge, we only love you. These dark nights of the soul as you like to call them, are really a death, a letting go of an old, outdated you. Your thoughts, feelings and energy have changed so that the old you no longer fits. There are times when your entire life feels as if you have awakened in a different dimension and you don’t know how you fit in anymore, or sometimes some of you felt you never really did. Rest assured dear lightworker, you are not alone and there are many on the planet going through the same. We hear your cries and pleas, knowing you have done this before and wondering why you once again find yourself back in this same place. We ask you to see more and realise you are no longer in that place. This time you know you want something different or you would not be feeling such disillusionment and despair. It is time to release any unfulfilled expectations from the past and let go of any feelings of less than, as these hold you back from making the progress that you seek. We wish that we could show you how we see things from our side so you would know how truly right it all is, and if you find yourself somewhere feeling all alone and lost, this is the time for you to take the momentous leap of faith and trust that there are far better things that lay ahead for you than anything you have left behind. For you are still here, and there is more you want to do, that is how you know the best is yet to come. You say, but dear Michael, I have lost such great love, or wealth, or health, and I say to you, we know, we feel your plight, we want for you to understand that you will, and you want to grow beyond your current state for that we have given you nothing without your consent, co-operation, blessings and love. If you find yourself someplace that you no longer want to be, we are here for you and are indeed helping to light your way.

We tell you miracles occur every day on your planet and you say, but dear Michael, I have asked for you and god to fix my life, and we see nothing but more suffering and we say, “Look around for love, gratitude and blessings right there where you are where you see only pain and suffering. Look to see the ones that despite all olds, still know love and healing exist.” You do not need to be down on both knees before you stop and take the time to see the gift in where you are, and what is the best and highest way for you to complete this part of your journey. Possibilities increase as your trust and believe in alternatives. As well, detaching from the form of which they appear. Signs can come in many forms and we give to you the ones we think are best to guide you on your way. Perhaps you are drawn to a particular course of study or training, or an opportunity to pursue a hobby or a passion that feeds your heart in greater detail. The possibilities are limitless, so keep an open heart and mind. There just might be a particular person, experience or event that opens up new paths of thought and understanding for you now. Take these opportunities, even if the timing doesn’t feel quite right, and pursue the avenues that are available to you now. Trust that more will come to you as you progress along the way and it will indeed become so obvious, you will wonder how you could have been missing all the signs all this time.

We can offer you deep insight into understanding the what, where, why, how and, what was I thinking with humour and with love, which is how we suggest you always approach your journey – keeping this in mind. Each of you is a significant part of a greater whole and is just as important as any other light that is disguised as a physical being on your plane. Understand that each and every one of you is of equal importance in the scheme of the master plan and have a valuable contribution to make. You are no less important than any other being and we ask that you see yourself as a vital, quiet, modest being who knows your own worth and value. No one else needs to know this, for they will see and feel the changes that you make and then one day they will ask you for your magic secret. This is when it is your opportunity to synthesize all the awareness’s you have learned and kept in your store house of experiences for the moment to let your steps in mastery be your guide for others along the way. And step into the role of teacher at this time you will.

When you learn to trust your intuition and believe yourself powerful and worthy, that is when you begin to align yourself to the loving presence of the Divine that dwells within each and every one of you. When you believe in yourself and trust that you can accomplish your goals, you begin to see all the help that is available to you now and that you will indeed receive all help that you need. Listen to your body and your heart for they know what is right for you. If the thoughts energize you, pursue them, if they don’t, let them go. Ask yourself what is holding you back right now? It could be that you have a fear of failure or of success, that you do not trust yourself, or feel unworthy, whatever it might be. Rouse your spirit with your power to love and use that power to find your voice: ask your angels to be present in your life and know that you can achieve anything in your life if you set your mind and heart to it. Believe in yourself and trust that you can and will find a way.

Let your angels support you. Let us give you comfort and enable you to realise you hopes and your dreams. We can help you boost your positivity and change the circumstances in your life to better reflect the inner you and make the changes that you seek. Say out loud or to yourself, we prefer out loud as there is more conviction from your heart, the areas in your life where you feel you need support and then release the matter to your angels and trust that you will be helped and receive the answers that you seek. It is through trusting and unshakable belief; you can increase the flow of universal energy that is sent your way. Watch for signs of help from people, places and things. Be open to the possibilities and say thank you when you notice them along the way.

Let go of old ideas, feelings and situations that no longer serve your growth. These opportunities have helped you progress your life, even if you cannot see it yet. It is time to let them go so you can let the new energy enter and move forward with ease. Release, Release, Release. Shed your old skin and emerge from your cocoon . Sort out any area of your life that is holding you back or draining your energy as it is time to let them go. Let go of any painful thoughts or memories that allow for an old wound to fester and know that it is time to heal those wounds and let them be the catalyst that shifts the tides in your healing journey back to wholeness. The freedom that you seek is by releasing the ties that bind you to lower thoughts, objects and things. Imagine me cutting away the vines and ropes that bind you with my lightening sword of Truth and feel all the negative energy move away so that you are free to move forward with much more joy and ease. There might still be some constraints in your everyday life that are an essential part of your spiritual journey. We wish to remind you that you have a choice in how you act and respond. Make the choice to act from love instead of reacting from fear. Trust your intuition – the messages from your heart – and ask your angels to lend you courage to follow your heart, to break free from any imagined restrictions and to soar high, acting in love for both yourself and every other being of light that is flying with you, above you and beneath your wings. Choose to be free, choose to be your true self and soar.

Know that you are powerful and that this power lies within your spiritual awareness. It is within you to trust your inner wisdom, stand your ground when necessary and speak your truth from your heart always tempered with the energy of love. True power exists when it is used with the force of love. And, so we counsel you to use this power wisely. If you need to speak your truth, choose carefully the words so that they reflect your true spirit and the nature with which intent to impart this knowledge. Choose words that protect everyone involved and yet convey your messages with love, light, honour and respect, just as you too deserve mirrored back to you. There might be times when you are confronted by another human angel that seems to have no love or light in how they treat others. We ask you then to beam them love and know that they can never control or influence you without your consent or knowledge and you are safe and protected always by my light. Ask your angels to help you say no to anything that does not feel right to you and strength and courage to turn away. Act from your infinite self, in the highest light possible for you right now and for the greater good of all.

Know that you are protected by my angelic shield of light and that nothing or no one can ever truly harm you. If you feel vulnerable and need to shield yourself from negativity or negative energy from others, take the time to protect yourself in an orb of light cloaked by your angels to help you be more effective in your everyday life. We can help to safeguard your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves so that you feel your spirit is protected and you can do your spiritual work. Imagine yourself, or ask your angels and trust that it is so if you are not visual yet, to encircle you in an orb of light, wrap you in a cloak of light or place you in a bubble of light, it matters not which one you choose, it matters that only that it is symbolic to you. As with all your symbols and images, choose ones that empower you, and give you a sense of well-being. If it offers you power over instead of power with, then you know that it is energy of a time past and not of the highest light. Thank it for what it has given you and set it free. Then, choose a symbol that represents your true or authentic heart and assign it its new duties and responsibilities. Since colour is easy to visualize or understand, choose what they mean to you.

• White light is associated with purity, protection and light. Ask yourself what you feel when you think of white light and let that be your guide when using a cloak or orb of white light.
• A red light symbolizes to stop in your current world of time and space, and also represents the colour of your root chakra and your base needs. Red also helps you feel empowered and represent energy and fire in the practice of feng-shui . With so many choices, it is up to you to choose what it can represent at the moment you are invoking it as truly it is your intent, belief, and understanding that govern the results you will receive.
• Red and blue together I use to represent my light, and together they make purple and offer you the gamut of my services when I encircle you in my light.
• The healing light of Archangel Raphael is a brilliant shade of emerald green, yet can symbolize and ignite growth, therefore do not always stipulate how the healing should occur, let the natural wisdom of the universe and your angels to provide exactly what is needed to support that light and it will be so. Healers detach from the final outcome and know that every journey is honoured and is right, it is your responsibility to share love, share light and trust that there is always grander opportunities awaiting each ahead.
• Gold is the light and love of the Creator Essences, the energy of god light in whatever form you choose. This can always be used if you are unsure what is best to do. Using Creator Love/Light is always beneficial for anyone and all. Offer no other agenda in your healing work than to spread thoughts of love and empowerment for all that you meet and you will truly be a messenger of Creator Love and Light and servant to all of humankind.
• Blue, white and gold are colours often used by Archangel Gabriel and his league of helping angels to help you communicate more effectively and in love as this is the energy of which the strongest messages are conveyed and what the other bodies are attuned to the most.
• Purple, red and gold represent Archangel Uriel’s light, and offer you enlightment, wisdom and knowledge of the most high. He is the keeper of hidden knowledge, who can reveal to you the mysteries of the Universe, along with Archangel Raziel, they will teach to you the magic of alchemy, the secrets of the Magi, to create in the classrooms of life. Ask for them to activate the love within you so that your soul can ascend to a higher level of being.

These are but a few tips and tools we share with you this day to help you with your journey, to help along the way. Know that not is always as it seems and trust only the energy that dwells within your heart of what is right and best for you and act from that infinite self in all that you do.
Say, “I am protected by the light, shield, sword and love of Archangel Michael and all the beloved angels of light, and nothing can harm me.”

Allow me to help you confidently share your presence and your light, knowing that you are strong, honest and true, that you are energized by the power of universal love, and seek just and fair actions and dealings with all others, especially yourself. Trust in your ability to have clear insight into all that you do and open yourself up to the flow of universal energy. Hold only that which is honest and true, and fill your heart, body and mind with feelings of passion for life itself, as you are completely supported by the universe. You are strengthen by the power of unlimited love and are free to be your true self. Believe in yourself and trust that you have the abilities, tools, time and money to create and accomplish all of your goals and as you align yourself with the loving presence of the Divine and become aware of the divine presence within you, and every living thing, that you are left with only the pure light of love to shine forth for all to see.

Ask for me to overlight you with my cloak of red and blue at any time on your journey that you need the energy of courage, protection, power, justice, release, insight and truth. I can reignite your passion for this journey, the flame of love that was once lit in your heart, and the strength and the spirit to see each part to its completion in the light of love it was offered, bringing the sun into your heart once more.
