Who to Call upon for Help and Guidance

What better advise could we give than to consider working with the angels everyday! When you ask for help and trust that it is so, it is there.

I thought it was appropriate to offer a small list of angelic helpers and Ascended Masters of different philosophies and religions as well as New Age benevolent beings of love that you can call upon for certain situations, for support, guidance, love and protection. It is by no means complete but is a reference and a starting point for you to begin taking action when you are not sure what you can do next. Truly all you need to do is call them in and they will be there. I think many of us have done it in times of emergency without even realising it.  At other times we simple forget to use the unseen forces of light.

You always have your guardian angels who are there for you, supporting you, loving you, and guarding you always.

Each archangel has a group of angels who work together for a common purpose just as we do as human and is a collective of energies. Compartmentalizing them and giving them names helps us to understand in a logical way and can help to keep you focused in times of need. I know that when I was in a place where there was nothing I could do and no where for me to turn for help that the angels and guides that I invoked did exactly as I asked and the results were quick and swift and oft-times, truly remarkable.

Archangel Michael and his legions of helper angels for protection, strength, truth, courage, help, love, really anything as he can be the go to guy for anything and everything if I am unsure what to do. When I call on him, my cheeks get warm and rosy, never fails.

Here are some situations and who to call upon for help and guidance:

Love, Passion and Relationships: Archangel Chamuel, Archangel Raguel, Ascended Masters Quan Yin, Maitreya, Aphrodite, Aengus, Pele, Hathor.

Healing: Archangel Raphael, Jesus, John of God, Sanat Kumara, Yogananda, Babaji, Maat, Melchizedek, Vywamus.

Abundance and Manifestation: Archangel Ariel, Archangel Raziel, Jesus, Babaji, Saint-Germain, Abundantia, Ganesh, Lakshmi.

Justice: Archangel Raguel, Ida-Ten, Athena, Forseti, Kuan Ti.

Life Changes: Archangel Jeremiel.

Life Purpose: Archangel Chamuel, Archangel Michael, Kuthumi, Saint-Germain, Thoth, Vywamus.

Overcoming Obstacles: Archangel Jeremiel, Ganesh, and of The Tara’s.

Peace: Archangel Chamuel, Babaji, Budda, Kaun Ti, Maitreya, Serapis Bey, Yogananda, Ganesh.

Psychic Abilities: Archangel Haniel, Archangel Raziel, Merlin, Quan Yin, Horus, Babaji, Jesus.

Sometimes you need a little extra help and have no where else to turn. I know that they can help by having to call on some of them at different times in my life and it was amazing to see the results. Your angel guidance is to know that help is always available all you have to do is ask!

The Most Perfect Place

The Best Place to Start is Where your At! 

I spent over ten years of my healthcare career working in nursing homes, mainly on special care units with dementia. It was one of the most beautiful experiences I have had and I will always remember the many beautiful souls that touched my life through the experience. People with dementia walk on both sides of the veil and seem to have a connection to other dimensions and when you take the time to listen, the most profound thoughts come out of their mouths. One of my favourite was from a wonderful gentleman we shall call “Ivan”. He loved to repeat things and my favourite of his is “The best place to start is where your at”.

I think we sometimes forget this when we find ourselves some place we don’t want to be and we are not sure what to do or where to go next. This is always a good reminder and I remember these words from this wonderful human angel to guide me. I am already in the best place right now to get where I need to go and by remembering this I let go of the expected outcome and replace it with new ideas and options to now become available to me. New doors can open and hold hope in your heart always.

The angels want to remind us that you are already in the most perfect place to discover what it is you want to discover. To hold positive thoughts for a healthy outcome. To know that positive new experiences are on the horizon, so now is the time to open up and follow the guidance of your heart.Expect the best. Hold positive thoughts about yourself and your life. Wash away any negativity from your consciousness and past memories, and keep only the positive lessons and the love that you can now experience because of what has been. Don’t hang on to anything that could weigh you down, such as resentment, unforgiving thoughts and feelings, or bitterness in any way. Let it go! Extract whatever teachings or messages that are needed and move on to the life you want to create for yourself, move on to a life of  harmonious and peaceful actions. You deserve this for yourself and your angels want nothing more than to assist you in coming to this realization for yourself.

Affirm: “I trust my heart as I invoke my angels to help to guide me and new opportunities and options are now becoming available to me.” 

So, today’s guidance comes from a human angel ‘Ivan’, “Let go of the past, and remember that the best place to start is where your at! Healing is always an option. Let go what that should look like or whatever you perceive it to be and just enjoy the outcome and trust in possibilities.”

Sharon's Take November 2015 Taking Care of Yourself

Taking Care of Yourself

This is a time to really focus on yourself, your health, your mindset and restoration of the self. Slow down and wrap yourself in a metaphoric blanket and drift, contemplate and decide carefully and thoroughly what it is that truly is speaking to your heart. It is a good time to experience the solace you wish for and take care of your beautiful self. It is important to remember to treat yourself  with love, compassion, and respect and others will follow. It is also important to remember to treat others the same way you would like to be treated. Some things are about to end in your life, at least for now while you are rediscovering your authentic self and your individuality. 

Sounds like a fun month! My guides say yes, of course, always lol!!

This is a great month for finding your footing. You could spend some time redecorating, moving things around and rearranging your rooms to create a better flow, rearrange your desk or even do some online tidying of your files and back up things that are important. Use your time wisely and if you should find that you are in a state of unproductive, or feel like your having a brain freeze, that's okay too. Take a time out and clear yourself, decide what is important for you at that moment (it could be something just for fun too) and do it. Don't beat yourself up about not getting things done as this truly just leads you to getting less done. 

It almost feels like you have been reborn (and some of you have) into a new energy and well in a way you have, so give yourself a break as you learn to walk again in this new field of gravity and enjoy exploring life anew once again without having to go back home and come back. Some of you may even be experiencing new guides and angels as you have moved up the ladder so to speak. Know that you are not alone and that you have powerful allies who are supporting you at this time. This coming full moon is important to you. You are changing, and your soul group or soul family - your soul mates - are supporting you through this shift. All is well. 

You are unlike anyone else and you are needed. The wisdom that you carry is important and light as a feather. It is not up to you to carry the world on your shoulders. Choose the path that is the most interesting or intriguing to your heart. Your contradictions and complexities are interesting and no one can do it quite like you.  The people in your life might be confused just now as they are not sure of the changes you have been going through and some of them may draw away for a time (some of you may even be feeling betrayed or confused by the actions of those around you) because they feel they no longer know who you are. Refuse to be labelled or brought down by their actions as they are not truly about you. Just as you are not broken, you cannot put them back together either. Each of you must follow a path is right for you - straight and true. 

Many of you have been here before. The Akashic library is open and you have been so close before. You will not let fear stop you this time and that can be a scary thought. Create sacred space for yourself, a safe place for you to go. You need a sacred space to spread your new wings and learn to fly again. 

Shields Up 

Sometimes you need to have a shield up while you learn to work with your new senses, openness, and vulnerabilities. Do not be afraid and know that you are very strong or you would not have had the courage to brave this quest. Others knowingly and unknowingly test your resolve and it may be necessary to be more conscious of energy interference and put an end to it. You won't always need strong psychic protection, but if you have been having a hard time or feeling raw and sensitive, you know it is time to use your armour. Set clear and healthy boundaries; calmly walk away from energy that is draining or distracting you from your mission; and learn to nurture and support your own energy fields with daily practice. 

Become the Dragon - It is time to move on and graduate this next level of your growth. Take your power and your courage and break free from what was into what is becoming. There is great honour and glory awaiting your arrival and it will have been worth the discomfort you initially felt for a great and wonderful truth about your potential is about to revealed to you on this great journey. Begin it now.

Sharon's Take ~ Newest of Beginnings

I've stopped dating my Sharon's Takes since they have been sporadic this year and only a few have been done.

It has certainly been a year of Mach5 with your hair on fire kind of year for me and with it some wonderful new beginnings which of course also means a few ending too.

Today is a big day in my life. One I have been working, hoping, praying, dreaming of for a very long time and while I almost felt it come together before in the past...this time it truly is happening in a most beautiful form and I do beleive that what will transform from this over the next few months will become extraordinary.

Today October 4, 2015 marks the day of our first Love/Healing/Meditation Service. We have chosen the name, Centre for Awakening and Enlightenment for our 'place' that for now is starting out of The Hobbit House here in Williams Lake. Soon we feel it will blossom and grow into its own place with space to become what it is meant to be...in the mean time it has begun...which the angels always like to tell me is what is important...to just start somewhere and do it now.

Numerically speaking in Lemurian Numerology this is a good date to begin our community centre. It is 1-4-8=4 - It has the right balance of the four bodies with spirit and creation and infinity...Perfect for a date to start the centre.

Mercury retro ends October 9th and it is the last one of the year. I hear a collective sigh of relief from many, but I do truly like this time of the year. It helps work out the bugs of projects as you can be guaranteed that you will find them during this phase.  I do however have to say that I spent more time off line with my cable company than usual and began to find that a bit annoying as a few times I didn't get the angel messages done or lost them because the internet went down. It was however a good practice in the art of patience lol.

I called this Newest of Beginnings because for many of us this is a new beginning of something began a long time ago and is coming about full circle. It may have some different characters playing the part, but they are in a good way and important and it is at a new level than was previously accessible and those that are there will understand completely what I am trying to say. lol !!

Bahahah...I even just lost sereral paragraphs of this share and now must decide if I wish to remember what they were and try to write it again. It was good and something about drama's and karma's and what we are creating as we go off into the new year and planning ahead to be proactive instead of reactive...but this is just the readers digest condensed version lol. Oh well...that has been so typical of this past month anyway.. go with the flow and laugh along the way!

Sharon's Take ~ July 2015 Life Is

I think this is my only other monthly message this year, the first being in January lol. It is kind of fitting that I am actually sitting down to write this at the half way point for 2015. How has it been going for you? 

I thought that with not doing my radio show in the first three months of the year that I would have more time for writing and it seems that I have less. I also thought I would miss my radio show more than I actually do. I have been busy doing local events and so I guess that fills my need to share. I do miss parts of the show and the people I have met in the outer world, but I do not miss rushing home to be ready for the show, often not eating dinner because there wasn't time. 

This past year so many changes in my life. First my new little puppy Pixie has certainly changed my schedule. She has not been as easy to house train as Bella was. Not sure what the difference is except Bella had a more regular schedule. I have found that I used to get the angel message out each day before we would need to go out and now that is different. Pixie must go out first and then if I am lucky I can get the message done before Bella wants to go out. At first I found it annoying and yet it didn't matter what I thought, the girls didn't understand my schedule...after all, I am the human they are the dogs lol. Anyway, I adapted to the change which was a good lesson on acceptance for me. 

My monthly articles for Beliefnet are changing this month (a month of transition no less lol) as I am becoming a regular contributing writer and will have publications a few times a week. I am looking forward to the change in status and presentation of our work. It will still feature working with your angels but in a new and different way. 

June brought us a respite in the energy shifts, did you feel it lol? With the mercury retro ending and an almost 2 week break in the solar flares and storm activity at the end of the month I do hope some of you managed to use the window to regain your footing for July. 

We began this month with a few of the biggest storms I have ever seen and also a flare or two and have continued on this week with the same pattern. Disruptions in the force can be expected. 

It is a month of transition so change and finding its rightful balance will be the key and theme for the month anyway. This could bring with it some drastic life altering changes for many but even if it doesn't feel good as you are going through it...it is truly the gift you  have been asking for from spirit so buckle up and hang on for the ride...even if it is a bit of hair blown full back experience. You will survive it and be so much stronger because of it or perhaps in-spite of it, regardless, a rose is still a rose. 

Life is what it is. Sometimes you have to learn to duck, tuck and roll and at other times you get move along nicely smelling the flowers along the way., and sometimes you fly, full throttle in forward movement. Whatever this energy is bringing to you, take the steps, do the journey and be fully prepared each day to show up and be accounted for. You only get today, each day, so make it count as best you can for yourself. Make a plan, form a strategy of your goals and inspirations and release all attachment to how it should appear for you in your life and trust that it is so. The world is your oyster, your blank canvas upon which to create, trust in yourself, trust in your power, trust in your life. 

Enjoy your month of transition and change. Hold the focus of your intentions so they they will continue to unfold for you and enjoy the ride along the way.

Mercury Retrogrades

Today Mercury is retrograde for the next 3 weeks.

I often hear people groan when mercury does it's thing, however I always look forward to them as it is a great time to review and refocus. Also it is a great time to get things organized and clean closets and cupboards out and recycle what no longer serves you... also a good time to do that within and cut the cords and do a clearing.

Enjoy this sort of down time and use it to your advantage.

Sharon's Take for January 2015 ~ A Year of Possibilities

As the new year begins I reflect back with a sense of awe as well as a sense of great change. So many changes happened that it actually astounds me as I think about them all. 

This year brought a new puppy with all its changes and what a gift, 2 new jobs as well as some wonderful reunions with spiritual family for the first time this life time and watching this all unfold in a most fascinating way to ending my radio show for a while. It has been 6.5 years of doing at least one show, sometimes 3 shows a week and has been a huge part of my life for so very long and at first it was going to be a temporary thing and still may be, however as the month progressed since I made that decision I am not sure how it will unfold and I am totally open to the experience. It has been an astounding growth experience and helped me in so many ways and I am so grateful and thankful for all of you that have helped, supported and listened over the years, I am humbled by the experience. It is time for me to finish up some project, start some new ones and also teach some local workshops and talks. I have my 2nd book that still needs some editing and it is ready to go as well as I want to do some more writing and do that 3rd book that is waiting to express itself. 

I love being a new mom again and am so enjoying this new puppy. She is such a joy and full of life, happy, keeps Pepé out of some of his trouble by playing with him...just what he needed...a warm puppy. I do so love having a hoard of animals and count my blessings on it everyday. Bella has adjusted fairly well and when they wrestle about and she wins, she gives Pixie a bath. The best thing to watch is my Mom's cat Sampson and Pixie together, it is like a long lost reunion and so very interesting since he doesn't pay much attention to the other dogs. I have had to adjust my morning routine greatly since Pixie joined us, it is amazing. Part of the changes that are finding their balance. 

This is an 8 year that we are now and as an 8 person, I am looking forward to in a big way that I don't normal feel when a new year begins. I am more of a yada yada, a new year, yada yada however this year feels like I really want to stand up and take notice to the vibrations around me and read the energy more and plan my day, be open to magical experiences and seeing it in action all around me and I feel optimistic in a new way that feels good. 

January of this year is about taking care of yourself, of setting up a plan to get back on track with your spiritual practice, which includes eating food that nourishes your body as well as your soul. Be creative and enjoy, but be sure that it is supporting you and your growth and not just your expansion (pun intended lol). Regroup and get ready for some purposeful action with a sense of satisfaction that you have not felt in a while and it is a nice change. There is some new opportunities for new relationships or new levels to existing ones that many of you have been waiting for some time now. 

There is a newness in the energy that hasn't been for quite some time and none of you will be left behind. Believing in that with all of your being is one of the most important keys to help yo through the doors, or perhaps its the light for those dark hallways between the doors. Don't get side tracked by the drama playing out around you as it truly serves no purpose to the advancing lightworkers which you are. The more you focus on the love, the journey and the fun, the better life becomes. It really is that simple. 

Have a great month, stay tuned for some updates as the changes unfold for I know it is going to be a great year unfolding and I think that for today, I will just be the happy penguin and go from there.
