Sharon's Take June 2008

I made a few changes in my life over the past few months, as well as they continue on into June.

Mercury went retrograde on May 27 (till June 19), so I decided if I was going to start any new projects, I needed to get them going before May 27th. With all this, I made a new website and home page. I had wanted to for some time, and well, one morning while working on creating an online file folder format for my Ten Principles Email 12 week workshop, I had the opportunity to buy a domain name...next thing I know I have created my new website (well....it did take a few days and is still a work in progress... hmmm...kind of like us...) anyway... I hope you enjoy some of the new features on my new site... I chose Playing with the Universe, as that is what I was calling my Creating Shifts workshop now... which has really evolved to Playing with the Universe. I have called my blog this since I started creating it. I had decided I needed to better organize my time and therefore should be writing in less spots, as you also only have so much time...anyway... I digress... so....

Welcome to My New Sacred Space...Playing with the Universe... and My New Sharon's Take, which is my blog, with shares throughout the month.... So... off to my take on June....

June is the month of Mastery. A number 6 reminds us that we are in control of our own lives. Take this opportunity to focus on mastery. Complete all lessons and leave nothing undone. As master of your own life, make decisions that allow you to ascend to new levels of conscious awareness. The 6th Principle of the Ten Principles is Completion, completion is the knowing that the conclusion of an experience, a process or a journey exists on multiple levels of understanding. Each completion opens to the beginning of a new experience, process or journey. Mercury retro is the perfect opportunity to master those tasks, and watch them bloom into something wonderful. (Just the sheer relief of having them taken care should be enough to motivate the procrastinators).
The photon levels are pretty stable throughout the month, 4's and 5's, so we should all feel a bit less disconnected after the last few days of May and beginning of June.

Already for me I am seeing the results of evolving to new experiences... Starting on June 3rd at 4pm pacific/7pm eastern, I will be hosting a radio program on Utopia Radio - Playing with the Universe. It will be conversation about metaphysical things, online Lemurian Oracle Readings, meditations, and more. The program is for one hour and will be archived. I am so honoured and grateful for this opportunity. I hope some of you can join me, and or catch the archives.

meditation and healing for China

I've been doing Tuesday mediations online for the past few weeks. On each occasion I was promoted to do them after or during my morning meditation that day, therefore have not given people much notice. I am hoping to somehow attach a copy of the one we did for the people of China, as the more people who participate in sharing and spreading the love, the closer we come to creating the kind of Earth we all came here to make happen. Transitions

Good Morning

I've been working on shifting the energy in my life. For ages I have wanted to build a new website. I built my first website in the early part of 2000 as a way of creating space for my 'new age' stuff. I was trying to figure out a way to create a space... so I decided to try to do a website. I tried a few different free sites as I had the time, not the money. My computer skills were adequate... I forged ahead. I built three different sites over the years that linked together, as the free sites only have so much space and transfer speed....anyway, I have been wanting a different site for some time now, even considering designing this blog as my home page. Then last Thursday while I was doing some work for my online and email classes, I could buy a new domain name with a product I was using at a very low price. I decided I would use the same name as this blog... as I have a workshop where I share my tools and techniques of working in this new energy of this new earth.... anyway.... I always refer to that workshop as playing with the Universe... as that is how I learned to survive here in this dimension.... so... please check out my new site at www.playingwiththeuniverse.com I will be updating my blog a bit more as I am using this for my thoughts and insights here instead of here and Sharon's Take from my site.

Vibrational Flu

This morning I felt the urge to share the vibrational flu with you all...

After the Spring Festival of Awareness weekend, I've spoken with several people who said they have experienced 'flu like' symptoms..

Have you ever noticed that you often feel sick after a really good workshop, holiday, conference or gathering? You wonder why because you had this amazing time where you gained a greater understanding of yourself and perhaps the world. You are tired, the food tastes different, things around you look different, you often see others differently. These are all symptoms of a vibrational shift. Your 'other bodies' the spiritual, mental and emotional bodies have shifted and now your physical body, the densest of the 4, needs time to catch up. We need to take care of the case that holds us all together here on the earth plane. Especially at a festival or workshop where healing work is being done or processing work (which is healing work in the mental/emotional and sometimes spiritual) we need to take the time to honour that we have been through a shift in vibration, a shift in understanding, a shift in consciousness.

Karen Bishop of http://whatsuponplanetearth.com/ lists 40 in her book, she calls them Ascension symptoms. I found a list of 52 through my investigating of other sites and books. There are illnesses that puzzle the doctor world because they are energetic diseases, so if you are only treating one of the bodies, the physical body, it is difficult to find a 'cure'. Anyway, I thought I would list a few of the shift symptoms here for those of you who find yourself here reading my share...

Ascension symptoms, shift symptoms, or vibration flu, are terms to describe changes we experience as we evolve as humans. As we shift our perspective, how we see the world, expand our ability to feel love and compassion for all, as we learn to live in peace, balance and harmony with each other, we evolve, we shift vibration, we shift awareness's.

Some of the common symptoms are:

Sleep disturbances. I crowned myself queen of the 3am club about 20 years ago. Indigo children often have this sleep pattern naturally and function very well with it. Sleep for four or five hours, be awake for 2 or 3 hours. If you resist this one... you will become physically and emotionally exhausted (I know from past experience). When I learned to honour this sleep patterning, my health and outlook shifted dramatically. Even as a teenager, I worked early in the morning on the weekends and summer, would go home and nap, then get up for the rest of the day. My mother never had to wake me for school, I was up before 6am. These early morning hours are wonderful creative times, great for writing, journaling or meditation.

Activity at the crown of your head (top). This can be tingling, itchiness, prickly feeling, crawling sensations along your scalp and/or down your spine. A sense of energy vibrating at the top of your head, as if something is erupting from within or the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head.

Feeling as if you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy; feeling stress. This is one of the first ascension symptoms that a person usually feels. In the beginning, when the energy shifts arrive, they bring with them a New and higher vibration. Old patterns, behaviors and beliefs are being pushed to the surface for release. Feeling all this pressure going on inside of you can feel like great stress or that you are on overload.

Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body. This is another of the most common symptoms. Manifesting just about anywhere, this is a sign of purifying and releasing blocked energy that is vibrating at a 3D level while other parts of us are vibrating higher. You may feel pain in various areas of your body for several weeks and then it will simply vanish with no explanation.

Depression, headaches, emotional waves..... the list goes on and on... if you are feeling some of these symptoms and more, check out Karen's site for 10 of them, check out my site or email me and I will assist you in understanding some of them more. Do see a medical doctor if you have any unusual symptoms, they have wonderful tools and a great understanding of the physical body.

Nourish yourself on all levels when you are experience these symptoms. Each healthy whole foods, foods alive with nutrients, breath fresh air, hug a tree, drink plenty of blessed water (say love and thank you ), sleep when your body wants to, take a walk by the lake or the ocean, take a walk in the forest and Meditate. Take care of yourself.

Meditation and Healing for Myanmar

On Tuesday a group of us gathered online for a meditaiton and healing for the people of Myanmar. It was a powerful experience, I thank those who came to join in.

I went online and found a picture of some children from Myanmar. Let us send them Love and Light, visualize the water clearing, power being restored and hope in their hearts. Let us see the transitioning souls guided into the Light and the love of the Creator encircling those left here with us as well.

I send my love and healing to the people and to mother earth.
