Q: Will integrity become more of a central issue with relation to our race and how we operate as a community globally?

Q: I understand and try to always work in the light of spiritual integrity, and I think I do a pretty job at it, however it seems that there are those who are in the metaphysical who don’t and they are still busier than I am, making more of a living in the spiritual world without that basic layer of spiritual compassion or integrity. What do I need to do that is different and to gain greater knowledge with this experience.  And, what is the best way to handle with person who sent out my work as his own? Thank you.

First we shall begin to speak about Integrity on a global level and we shall work our way down to the personal level and answer all the questions in between as we go along.

Spiritual Integrity is changing. Your internet ensures that as the people will no longer be silenced and the Divine Discontent that we spoke about last week led by those who will no longer tolerate the lack of integrity within your religious groups, your government groups and any other group that operates outside of universal laws. It is changing slowly within your governmental groups and those countries that are currently seeing this like Brazil, Turkey, Egypt… they are all changing due to this new level of integrity that goes with the new crystalline grid that you are becoming a part of as you expand your minds and emotions.

The children will be the changers as they come in with the sense to know what is the truth and what is not. They can literally smell it and so those who seek authority positions will be more inclined to be in their truth. At this time there is a certain level of apathy within the voting ages that are going to make the biggest change as many have been disillusioned by the past. As more of them find they footing and their grounding, you will see this change.  When they realize the strength they have in their numbers and their power, change will seem swift and sure. Over this next generation you will see this changing.

It is still not completely safe for those who are the whistle blowers although that too is quickly changing. Give them the support of your energy if they are doing what is right as that is how you give others the courage to do it too. They must know that they are safe, because let’s face it, it hasn’t proved so in the past upon your planet.  Your energetic support is massive and makes a huge difference in the outcomes.

Spiritual Integrity will be a more central awareness as you each begin the journey for yourselves. When you can live no other way, that is the when you are living the only way. You must be the change you wish to see in the world, you must be it first. As you become it, you will then see the change around you. It is the 100’Th monkey story and it works.  So live in your integrity, accept it as there is no other way, and yes, there will be others around you who are not there you, but love them anyway. At the very least, as you venture forth in your world you will know what is of the truth and where you want to lend your light and energy.

And so we also wish to remind you of the question, Where would like to put your energy? This always a good question to ask yourself, especially in these times of Divine Discontent.  We have talked about how much your energy can support a cause and the difference it can make and so we say, carefully choose where you put your light as many of you are feeding that very thing you wish to eradicate. That is to say, if you get caught up in the drama of the divinely discontented, or those who choose to share and teach through chaos and power over, then you are just helping them with their cause – which most of you would rather not do. So, carefully choose how you think and feel as you respond to the news of the day and stories that are around you. As soon as you feel anything less than that love and joyful state you were in, transform it back and beam them love. Love is simple and has no other agenda, and can easily be a state to which you can draw energy from the past and invoke into your now. This a loving thought, a loving image, a lovely smell and let that feeling wash over you, collect within your heart and then beam it out to those in need.

If it is a person who is spreading untruths, or taking another’s work, that is their karma bank that they are putting in things that surely they would rather not if they were truly tapped into the higher realms, and if done so by an innocent mistake, would have fixed as soon as the integrity was in question. The actions speak louder than their words, and show the world their true colours. Life for them will begin to change and they will become increasingly uncomfortable in the coming times and hopefully they will take a look and try to get it right, or they will not continue on in the path of light. We know you do not always enjoy to take the steps and do what is right when it shakes up worlds, and yet that is precisely why you are one of the choose ones  for this task. Do so with your usual style of for the good of all and that this is the quickest way to invoke the change for healing those who ‘wronged’ you as they have the chance to evolve to a higher light. Go with grace and go with courage, as you have ‘right’ on your side.

This is a good time for us to also talk about discernment.  Each person has different life experiences and therefore has their own unique perspective on the world and its events; therefore, their ability to grasp or understand, evaluate and comprehend any situation is going to be different. This is the value from seeing from another’s perspective as well as it gives you a clearer picture of the motivations of others. Sometimes the why of another’s actions begs for deeper understanding, and is helpful if you are gaining a better understanding of compassion at the same time. 

Try to not slip into judgement and use your discernment. Take away from the experience what is meant for you and leave the rest. Just because it doesn’t resonate at your vibration, doesn’t mean that it is not helpful for another. If you find yourself somewhere or doing something and not really sure why, then open yourself up to what is happening around you, as there is no accident in why you are there.  Sometimes the lesson is big; at others it is not so much in the lesson but who you are doing it with. Remember that it could lead you where you want to go faster just by the people that you meet. 

And so, let us go back to spiritual integrity and well integrity in general. The true spiritualists will be the first to live this and then others will follow as more of you follow in making it the only way you choose to live your life. Be impeccable in your word is a good agreement, is it not? It is also good to understand that your truth is going to be different than another’s and so it is also important to be patient with the young ones as they find their way.  By this we mean the souls who are younger are often the source of much of the drama that is created to amuse you as you grow. 

Do not be as disturbed by the lack of integrity – like say for your government officials as much as we say, begin to reward and support those who are working from integrity. As you are become more feeling aware humans, you will see that they will have to change as enough of you will be seeing more, feeling more humans who are voting and slowly with each election, these will be changing. It is slow for you who are experiencing time and space and already awakening to these higher vibrating aspects of yourself, so use the power of any discontent to help you make productive, active change and it will happen.

Support the young ones who are coming in as they will naturally have these tendencies in a world that isn’t entirely ready for these sensitive little beings. Help the mothers and fathers as they try to understand why their children are different than the ones that came before. Make room and space for their magic to mature and develop and know that with them you cannot help but change your world.

If you find you are continually around people who are not of integrity, first ask yourself, is there somewhere in my life that I am not living in integrity?, if the answer is yes, then once you become aware and change this way of being, usually the situation drops away and changes. If you are living your life in integrity as best you can, then that means that it is showing you something to help you change your life. It could be that it is time to change your circles and find some new friends, or perhaps it is to show you that you have expanded your light and what you once found tolerable is no more. It is time for a change in your lifestyle which sometimes means that you leave those behind for a while, while they make their choices and live their lives.

And so what should you say to the one who stole your work and passes it off as his. Wish him well for others will see the light of who he is as he wears those colours. It is his pivotal time to change his life to that of living in integrity and we thank you with which compassion you have demonstrated on your behalf as this one decides which path to walk. It is his moment of truth of walking in mastery or if he is not yet ready for that next step. Should he choose not heed these words, then, it is his choice of living that next step.  A wonderful demonstration of the power of free will to form your path, it is in the choices that you make at those moments that creates your next experience, choose well and you will find the road ahead is paved with those intentions. This is a time of emotional healing and realizing that there is so much more. Open your eyes to the possibilities that surround you as there is always something more being offered to you that perhaps you have not seen just yet. This is a time of spiritual and emotional growth for many. Develop and learn to trust your intuition as it can be your best guide for what is right and best for you. As you do this, all of your relationships will elevate to another level of love and understanding. Review and evaluate what steps you take on the path to help you decide what new direction you would like to take.

Care for each other and take great care of yourself. There is a desire to move on to something more welling up inside of you and so be careful not to miss an opportunity out of discontent or boredom. Let your focus be on what it is you want to create, and on your growth and expansion as the spiritual being that you are and are becoming.

Mother Mary, Queen of the Angels

There is great love for you here and know that truly all is well with the world. Sometimes it seems so filled with chaos and challenges that you want to give up and return home, and at other times it is so easy to see all the love and beauty and the good that is everywhere around you. Know that it is all beautiful in the eyes of Creator and all of us who are working together with all of you and we are on the same team of advancement for earth and all beings, physical and beyond. All energy changes as each of you evolve and expand your light.

 

Falling in love with your life is a way to accelerate your spiritual and personal growth. When you love your life, your relationships will all hit new heights and levels and all things around you seem new again, as if they have bloomed for the very first time and each step you take leads you towards the path of joy, contentment and gratitude. The world is yours to explore and when you feel the passion to move forward, it is a glorious time and feeling.

 

Don't give up. It is time to buckle down and get things done that are part of honouring your commitments and then when you are finished, you will be ready to move on unencumbered and nothing to hold you back. Have courage and believe in yourself. You can always call upon your guardian angels to help you feel safe and protected and know that they are always, always with you, even if you can't feel them yet. Trust that they are there and they are with you, you are not alone. You can always call upon my light to comfort, protect and guide you. You are supported even if you don’t feel like it from those around you. Trust that it is so and believe it.

 

Seeing the truth is not the same as what is the truth; it is about seeing what is most important at the core or beginning of everything. Speak your truth but do so with love and the intention to bring an understanding, not necessarily an agreement as that is not what is most important. Understand that everyone has a point a view and should be allowed to speak it for themselves. Allow those around you to prosper and grow through encouragement and support, not as someone who says "that won't work", "it is wrong" or any other energy of less than. Allow that part of you that is filled with excitement, brilliant new ideas, and inspirations emerge, and seek out like minded groups, organizations, and friends and widen your circles.

 

Be sure to balance your thoughts and emotions. Keep your thoughts positive and transform any fear-based thoughts and comments you think about yourself or others. Negative or fear-based thoughts make you feel like you are being held in a prison with no release and no escape and you have been asking for more fulfilling and challenging tasks for your experiences as a human and the good news is that this time is here and the time is now.

 

You have now begun the second stage, the next vibration as you awaken to this new direction. Review and evaluate what is before you with the tools that you have already created and how you can utilize this information into so much more. Trust yourself and trust that the road ahead be paved with signs and signals to help you choose which way to go and when you are experiencing a delay, know that it is about fine tuning what you are experiencing and allowing for divine timing and things lining up vibrations to meet with what is coming.

 

Humanity is truly ready for a huge leap forward and so use the natural resources that you have to help you make your life more magical and to manifest that which you need to help you along the way. Let concerns and worries fade away or ask that your angels and guides help you release and transform them.

 

Remember that skilled work is rewarded so take pride in yourself and the work you do as you are in service to humankind. Learn all there is to know from each challenge and experience a see the gift it is offering you. Traditional viewpoints and human ideas are always evolving and your understanding of how things work and the vastness of what is really available is expanding. The more you know, the more you know you want to learn more and the universe is infinite and therefore so are your abilities to learn and tap into waves of expansion. Don’t get caught up in the energy of competition or bogged down by the details. This only serves to distract you from your mission.

 

This is a time of positive changes for the earth plane. There is much that is moving forward even if sometimes from the vantage point of earth you feel it not. Know and trust that what you are creating is important for all of humankind and have courage and believe in yourselves. Protect and nurture what you have created and see the beauty in it. It might see as if there is so much going on you cannot keep your focus. This is when you know that it is time to take a time out and re-center and balance yourself. Set priorities and delegate things that really aren’t necessary for you and clearly see what is most important in your life.

 

As you are trying to find your place and your footing, be sure that your thoughts are not on what might have been. Spending time crying over things that you cannot change is not productive energy, so if you have these feelings, acknowledge them, look at them through the eyes of love and see the positive changes they have brought to the world. Accept help from others and be open to receiving. Don’t be too frivolous with your time and energy but also don’t be too cautious either. Give to others when you can and graciously receive when you can’t. You are so much stronger when you reach out and support each other.

 

Learn what you can, review your motives and those of others and make your decisions from the perspective of your spirit self and you will gain a greater understanding. You have important goals and life purpose and that is why you are here in physicality at this momentous time for earth and all the beings that are here with you now. Nurture yourselves. Let your angels' help you see things from a different perspective and realise that all of this is important for you and your growth. You are growing and learning more about yourself and your life and how it works each day and so you know that tomorrow is going to be a better day. Be sure that you are not focused on negative thoughts or that your actions are based from fear. These energies bring more of what you do not want your way and can be transformed with desired affirmations and believing in yourself.

 

We love to interact and work with humanity and help you along the way. If you need help with any aspect especially the beautiful young ones that are emerging, we are always available for guidance, understanding and especially love. The little ones are trying to find their way in this changing world and need the guidance and support from those who are awakening. They need love, support and encouragement and to feel safe. Is that not truly what each of you are seeking on your quest. You must let them experience life for themselves and cannot live it for them. Just as you found you way, trust that they will too and that you provided the best tools and opportunities to support their growth as well as yours.

 

Open your eyes to all the possibilities and know that there are many more opportunities coming your way. If you feel that you missed something, fear not, it will come back your way if it is important for you to understand and experience. You are entering a new phase, a new chapter in your book of life. Fall in love with life again, fall in love with all your relationships and interactions with each other. You are creating a new earth, a new age for humanity and many of you are on the leading edge of this change and we thank you for commitment and courage to keep moving forward with all that‘seems’ to hold you back.

This is a successful time for earth and all that are present at this time, so confidently accept the opportunities that you are offered. Be gracious and compassionate with others and most of all cherish yourselves and the beautiful gifts your human journey has brought to all that is.

Working with Mother Mary: Most of us are aware that Mother Mary was the mother of Jesus. She embodies all the archetype of motherhood and is wonderful to work with. I was raised Catholic and Mother Mary is certainly well thought of and a part of their teachings and I have always worked with her. As a child I used to say 3 prayers every night before I went to sleep, one was the Lord’s Prayer; the second was to the guardian angels and then one to Mother Mary. When my son was a teenager, I called upon her and Archangel Metatron to intervene at any time we had problems communicating with each other.

 

Invoke Mary at any time you need assistance with your life, as she is filled with love and compassion and goes right to your heart chakra and opens your heart to more love. If you need help with your children, conceiving or adopting, ask for her to light the way to make all things possible.

The Magic of Merlin

The Magic of Merlin

This is a time for significant change for the people of earth and therefore a significant change for all realms and dimensions that interact and exist with your current earth experience. Camelot was one of those earth experiences that often is thought of as myth or folk lore, except in the minds and hearts of those who are re-remembering who they truly are.

Working with Master Merlin: Merlin is a delight for me to work with and is a master that I have worked with since childhood. I can remember as a child feeling dismayed by the stories of King Arthur, Merlin and Camelot of not being accurate, however when I do see a move or read a message that rings true to my memory of Camelot I am always thrilled. I have memories of that time and have always dreamed of Glastonbury and Camelot and that time of long ago.

There is some schools of thought that say Merlin was an earlier incarnation of Saint Germain, I however feel completely different energies with them apart from the fact that I feel that Saint Germain worked with Merlin’s teachings on Alchemy and transformation. Merlin is the quintessential wise sage wizard often portrayed in movies like Dumbledore or Gandalf the Grey, and that is often how I sense him, whereas with Saint Germain he is more the life of the party.

Call upon Merlin at any time you want to have greater understanding of crystals and stones, which are very powerful tools. I have some powerful wands or medicine sticks that I use to help me manifest and crystals I use in healing. Merlin will instruct you or guide you to the right stones and teacher as need be. Shape Shifting and Time warping are two areas that I love to experiment with under the guidance of Merlin and I particularly encourage the brave young ones (soul and earth aged) to ask for Merlin to oversee all of your activities when you are experimenting with energy, crystals and how powerful you truly are. I have witnessed, and worked with portals and other dimensional beings that have been opened or called in by humans ‘playing’ with the energy without realizing how powerful they really are.

Merlin can help you develop your sixth senses and hone your skills. He is wise, kind and loving as well as a dedicated teacher. Ask for him to assist your growth and he will guide you or help you find a Master to work with that is appropriate for you purpose.

A Magical Life Experience

I am most honoured to be called upon by those who wish to cultivate and develop their spiritual understanding and growth. The true seeker is always a welcome and willing student and I am happy to assist in your growth. Take a sensible approach to mastering the walk the life and remember to include a balanced approach to all aspects of your life. This means to understand your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual worlds as they all need to find balance in order for you to be of your best and highest purpose to be in service to all that is.

First and foremost, open your heart and your mind to the possibilities that there is more. Focus your energy and talents on becoming a more compassionate, trustworthy and respected person and friend and you will naturally attract more of that to you. If you wish to create more clients and work, focus on being of service and being in the right place at the right time. It is time to spread your wings and fly. There are significant changes happening for many of you that are the catalyst for great change so ready yourself, for here it comes.

If it feels like there is too much going on all at once and you don't know what to do, or if you need to stop for a moment and take a breath, do so as this will help you gather your thoughts and your senses and then prepare to move forward from a better place and therefore get better results for yourself. Take some to play, have some fun and release any thoughts for a bit and you will find that new and trustworthy thoughts and ideas come your way.  You are connected to guidance always, even where you are unaware or believe and when you release your mental world and just play with all your heart, it is like taking a vacation from all of life’s challenges. This is exactly what we want you to do. It allows you to rejuvenate your senses and refresh your outlook on life itself.

If in the past you have not received the results you desired, it is important to release that energy too, as it can be the biggest obstacle on your path and what stands in the way of you seeing the kind of results you desire. See the gift from the situations and replace those thoughts with positive and wanted ones. Have confidence in yourself and the progress you have made and know that the brilliant new ideas that will lead to great success are available to and for you right now should you choose.

Whatever you desire to create for yourself, be it more money, time or effort, it is yours. There are new career opportunities, new money opportunities and a significant time for personal and spiritual growth. All things are possible; you must believe in yourself as well as trust in yourselves to be the ones. The ascended masters are so very eager to be your teachers and your guides, to work with you during this time of great change.

There is a need to find balance within all of you, within the totality of who you truly are. Find the balance that works best for you.  Seek moderation, co-operation and sometimes compromise. When it is the right time for you to act, you will know what to do and when to do it. Take a moment and ask to be connected with your higher purpose.  As you feel that connection, think of all the creative ways you can produce the quality work and life experience you desire.

You will find much joy and contentment from a job well done and knowing you did the best you could. This is a key to being in the now. Offer your thanks and gratitude for all that you have been given, big or small, and release that experience back to your angels and guides and let yourself move on and upwards to whatever next you choose. Be a team player and see that the play is finished in its completion so that you are all advancing in the light.

Affirmation: "I am prosperous and successful when I find my middle way. Balance, Co-operation, and Divine Timing are keys to creating joy, contentment and peace on my path toward enlightenment."

Have confidence in yourself. You have the ability to create exactly what you desire, and then some. See yourself succeeding and know that brilliant new ideas are coming your way, and when you act upon them, a successful outcome will occur. You are coming into your own and this is your time to shine. New partnerships, contracts or careers are in store for those who are continuing to move forward and empowering themselves to be more.

If there feels like too much is going on all at the same time, just prioritize what you must do first and know that it will get done when it is finished. Consider a more playful approach and make it fun in some way. This allows for fresh new creative options to be present to you and you will then know what you need to do. Find your footing and keep your balance, for happy outcomes are assured.

Affirmation: "I expect happy outcomes as I focus on my goals and desires and continue to move forward."

You have great inner fortitude. There is great strength in your spirit and you are immensely resilient. Renew yourself, review your life and release any harsh judgments you have about yourself, the choices you have made and certainly your thoughts and feelings you hold of others. Assess the facts so that you can move on in a new direction and see things from another light. You always have a choice; that is one of the joys of the human experience. Know that forgiveness and compassion are gifts you give yourself and that feeling you send out is your gift to humanity.

Celebrate the joy and contentment that spring from a job well done, and know that it takes you steps closer on your path of ascension and toward enlightenment. If it is expansion that you seek, listen to your intuition, trust your inner voice and have patience with yourself. You will get better at it the more you use it and it will lead you to the places you wish to go. Release any resistances as it is the resisting that you end up places you wish you had not gone and know when you got there that there surly was an easier way.

Consider carefully what you want and the actions that you take, as these truly are representing where and who you are. Trust that all is well and in your connection with yourself and you will feel confident in accepting the opportunities that are being offered to you at this time.  Know that it is you who truly controls the divine timing of your creations by your actions, your thoughts and readiness for that step.

Affirmation: "I am successfully accomplishing the steps I need to take to get me where I want to go. I take each step with confidence and clarity knowing I am fully connected to my guidance."

Spend time in meditation. Your masters, guides and angels have much spiritual teaching and wisdom to share with you and are ever so happy to be indulged in such a fashion. We love the ceremony and the splendor of celebration when you connect with our lights and are so thrilled to be a part of your journey of self-discovery as we form new partnerships and move forward.

You are coming into your own and so expect there to be some tremendous leaps and bounds in how you experience your life. Be open to the possibilities and expect more for and from yourselves. Be sure that you have healed any sadness in your heart as this often blocks you from moving forward in the manner of which we speak and so take that time to heal. Meditation is the perfect vehicle that leads to an understanding of the gift in the experience and the transformation to thoughts of love. Be sure that you have forgiven yourself and others for any perceived misdeeds and again, see only love. Healing of the heart is an important part of the human journey as it is an important piece of the evolution and transformation you are experiencing.

Affirmation: "I am connecting and communicating with my guides and angels in daily meditation and I am receiving clearly the messages that I need to assist me on my path."

Trust that skilled work is rewarded. Learn all there is to know about any topic or chosen path as this will lead you to the rewards that you seek. This can include taking continuing education in areas of personal growth and healing and for some of you even school. There is always room to grow for all of us and this includes those you call the masters. There is much to learn and teach and so much all around you that is ready to expand.

Brilliant new ideas and aspirations are coming to you as release challenges that were first experienced in the beginning. See everything as healed and as it truly is. It is usually the most powerful experiences that lead to change and this is why you often choose the paths you do. There is always another way and umpteen possibilities when you broaden your prospective and your vision. It is time to spread your wings and trust in the seeds that you have planted. Nourish them and give them time to grow.

Keep your thoughts and feelings positive and focused on the growth and expansion that you seek. Trust in the events unfolding as the best to get you where you want to go. Choose your battles wisely and stand your ground with love and wisdom as these are the keys to help you create the changes and transformations that create the kind of world you know you can.

Let us work together to awaken, enlighten and ignite the path. This is the time to hone your skills and talents to help you create the land of your dreams.

Master Lanto ~ Wisdom and Understanding

Working with Master Lanto: I had not heard of Lanto until he came to me when I requested a master for the next master to write about in my book. I was thrilled to do a little online research and verify who this energy was and thought he was a perfect addition to the group.

When I learned that he replaced Master Kuthumi in 1958 as the Ascended Master of the 2^nd Ray of wisdom, illumination and knowledge, it made sense to me as I am also here working under the 2^nd ray. He appeared to me as a very noble Chinese gentleman as his last human lifetime was as the Duke of Chou around 400BC and credited with the I-ching and the inspiration for Confucianism.

His wisdom and style of teaching is tempered with great honour and respect and it is a pleasure to work with him as a teacher and a guide. He offered me tea and reminded me that there are many wonderful herbal medicines in teas and that we should use them more to find balance for our bodies.

Take a week or two, especially the teachers, and invite Master Lanto to be a part of your experience. I have really enjoyed working with him and writing with him overlighting my work and will do so more often. He shares great love and creates a feeling that you can do it, no matter what and that it is always a choice in what we feel, think and see.


Wisdom and Understanding

Within you lies a flame of inner wisdom that once ignited, will grow and glow in your heart for your entire lifetime. Take the time to ignite this Three Fold Flame of love, wisdom and power as you seek greater spiritual understanding, for now is the time of the awakening of the path to the one. This flame is powerful and will bring much balance to your world. For so many years now, you have lived in the energy of polarity and opposites and it is time now to find the center.

Let that golden hue within you be the balance for your wisdom and your power. Use this balancer as your guide in all that you say and do and you will notice profound changes taking place within you. Spend time each day and night connecting with this flame, work with the flame and nourish it.

Ask your guides and angels’ questions while working with this flame and you will begin to understand more than you thought possible. There are different levels of initiation and wisdom that those of us on this side are constantly working through and to as we are in service to humanity. When you call upon our lights and allow us to be in service, you are helping us fulfill our mission. It is no different on your side of the veil.

Each time you work with this flame it becomes stronger. Take a deep breathe right now and close your eyes, envision this beautiful flame within you burning a golden yellow for wisdom and surrounded by the blue flame of power, will and protection, and the pink flame of love and compassion. Allow this flame to glow and grow, and nurture it often, as this flame will take you to new levels of understanding and growth.

Heal any past beliefs. It is time to transform any of the past spiritual vows you have made with yourself and others, either in this lifetime or any past lifetimes, as this can hold you back from reaching your desired outcomes. It is time to let go and allow yourself some room to grow and explore in ways you did not think possible.

Spend some time in meditation daily. It does not have to be long, it is just important that you do it. As you spend time with your angels, guides and higher self, you will find that you experience a more fluid journey filled with many opportunities and much joy. Work on letting your inner light shine to be a beacon of hope for others.

It is important that you connect and work with your higher selves as you are the essence of your higher self that is having a finite experience. You are a particle of your higher self. Since your higher self is you and infinite, and closest to your vibration (as it is you), then connecting and working with this aspect of you can only enhance your experiences. Your higher self is wise and filled with love and compassionate. However remember that your higher self does not live in polarity, does not live in time and space as you do and therefore does not see things as good or bad, it sees the perfection in every experience.

This is sometimes a difficult subject to fully understand when you are living in the energy of the yin and the yang, and so there is an element of trust that sometimes is required while you are learning to see and understand the bigger picture of it all. And so, it is here where we ask you to heal your heart of any past experiences that still weight on your mind.

Affirmation: "As I heal any past spiritual experiences, I become aware of my connection to the Divine Presence within myself and others."

Keep your thoughts positive. Keep your thoughts on seeing and feeling that you will succeed, and know that every step you take is leading you closer to where it is you wish to go. Ask your angels to guide you to the path that is most beneficial for you right now and that it also filled with joy and love along the way. Sometimes you wonder how on earth this could have been the best path you find yourself in and we wish to elevate your understanding that you did not end up there with guidance from your higher self and guides, it was in following your path that has lead you there. And please also understand that are no wrong turns or mistakes are possible. This is when it is so important to have worked on your connections, so you can stop at any time, connect and trust in yourself once again and move forward from there.

Allow yourself to move with ease as you float down the river of life and know that there will be times when that river is moving fast and then there are other times it will slow and flow gently by. Know that you are in this flow and focus on the good in life to keep the currents of positive energy flowing through your being. If negative thoughts should arise, say stop, and cancel them and choose deliberate phrases to get you back on task. Hold those feelings and let them flow through every cell of your being.

Affirmation: "As I keep my attention focused of reaching my desired destination, I trust that each step will be clearly marked upon my path."

Meditation is a vital key. Connecting with your guides and angels and most importantly, your higher self are strengthened through a regular meditation practice. Within each of you is this amazing storehouse of wisdom and knowledge and it is readily available, however you must practice in order to understand and trust that this is so. When you first began to walk, you did not get up and run and be perfect at it right away. You fell and stumbled and finally you made it with a few bumps and bruises along the way. But, you did not give up until you mastered that skill and you still work at it this day. You must practice. It needn’t be for hours, it just needs to be constant. A little patience with yourself might be required, and also knowing that you are worth the little extra time it takes to make this a daily practice for yourself. In time you will see that your life is running much smoother and you see the value in this practice.

As you practice connecting and learn to trust in what you sense and feel, you will find that you can learn supremely important information about life, the universe and all that is. You can experience a heightened awareness and experience some profound insights into knowledge and understanding the mysteries of life, the spirit and the divine. This is what so many of the spiritual aspirants seek and it all lies within you.

Affirmation: "As I regularly connect with my guidance, I have access to the wisdom that I seek."

It is time. Take charge of your life today. You are being asked to step forward and be in your purpose. This means living your life from your truth, following your passion and trusting in yourself. If you are unsure what your purpose is, then it is time to do things that bring joy, excitement, and passion to your journey. Begin by changing the things you can and the rest will fall into place as you move forward. If you are stuck as to what is the next step to take, just take one and trust that there will be another and that it will be more clear and brighter with each step you take. Trust that it is so and it must be.

Take the time to see the love and the beauty that is around you and let that be the center of your focus. Ask your guides and angels to help you see more beauty in the hearts and the minds of the people you come in contact with and to help you see more of it all around you. Let the beauty within you emerge and share your light with others, as that is truly what your purpose is. Keep your Three-fold flame burning deep within you and soon it will be a beacon guiding others to find their path.

Affirmation: "I am ready and willing to step forward and live my life with the integrity of who I truly am and I am empowered to take charge of my life."

Working with Archangel Uriel

Uriel’s name means “Fire of God”, or “Light of God”, or “God is Light” and since their names describe their mission and position, Uriel’s is to help light our way. He carries the supreme knowledge of all that is. He is a wonderful teacher and guide with much wisdom, love and spiritual development and growth to share. He has much to offer the aspirant on the path to a better way and assists us in experiencing the totality of a journey. He brings a higher dimensional aspect to the journey of being human. Ask him to be your mentor and your guide, and overlight your life lessons. He can offer you great wisdom and additional information so that you can make informed and confident decisions. His colours are Red, Purple and Gold; as well I usually feel a bright light like a sun emanating from his energy. Finding your Peace with Archangel Uriel

Peace is not just a global goal, but an inner goal as well; for it is when you find peace that you can create peace in your world. When all aspects of your being are in harmony with each other, this is when you are at peace. When your mind, your body, and your soul are working together as one, then you are one with the Universe, and you are at peace. And oh how you long to always be in this state of bliss that you occasionally find at your spiritual gatherings and in moments of your life, and why is it that is so hard to keep this state when you back to ‘regular’ world and jobs, facing the responsibilities of everyday life. We say that this is not how it has to be or stay, the choice is entirely yours. For within each of you is the power to alter the course of your history and how you live your life.

Find your peace in where you are right now, regardless what that scene looks like or the characters that are playing their part. In the midst of all the chaos and darkness are beautiful shining lights that let no one stop them or deter them from their mission of making the world a better place. Oh at first others told them they were ‘crazy’ and they wouldn’t change the world and they did. These are often those that are admired and revered in your texts and hearts, like the Dali Lama, Mother Theresa, Ghandi, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela as it is easy to see the contributions they have made. However there are also many that are not known by the masses that make great contributions to each day without fame or fortune coming their way. They have found their peace in where they are and help others who are seekers find it for themselves. It is a journey that must be undertaken by the self, for it comes from within. No one can take it for you; they can however help to light the way. There are no magic wands that someone can place upon your head and make things magically transform for you. It is about the journey of discovering the magi within you and awakening your memories of who you truly are.

As you take steps forward on your pathway to a better way, you are making leaps in your growth that include becoming more sensitive to the energies of others and that are around you, this includes the presence of the many guides and angels that are in service to the evolution of humankind. Ask your angels to support you to have a more joyous experience and process for yourself. Find joy in your life regardless the circumstance, and know that through this you are ascending to higher levels of understanding, joy, and the freedom your soul longs to feel. Each and every one of you plays a valuable and vital role in the Universal pattern of life. It is therefore important to remember to nurture and support one another along the way. Listen to others with your heart open and without judgement. There is no need to correct them or show them a better path. Just listen and empower them to discover the answers for themselves. Your friendship and unconditional support is one of the greatest gifts you can offer your fellow humans.

Offer the best of your talents each day for the greater good of all and help to shape reality with the power of your creativity, the resources of your heart and the knowingness that you are one with all your family, all humanity, and all that is.

Working with El Morya: El Morya is the ascended master that works closely with Archangel Michael and is the ascended master of the first ray along with Michael. He offers us strength, courage and the knowledge that we are protected. He helps us to work with our own energy fields and is a master teacher here to assist us in ensuring we are meeting our basic needs and basic level of spiritual practice. Any area that you relate to with Archangel Michael is an area of expertise with El Morya as well. He was a master on earth and sought to make great change in the injustices of his world. As a Kashmir prince he was able to see his changes implemented and continues his work from the other side to assist all of humanity through these shifting and awakening times. Allow me to merge with your light and become one. Allow that energy to be the recognition of my energy and intent to share with you and be a part of you. Since we are all really a part of the One, we are truly a part of each other anyway. When you blend with another master or angel, it should always feel good and have the remembrance of home and you know this energy well and carry it within you. If you feel anything less than a melting of love, release it. Ask that I or Archangel Michael come and sweep away the energy around you and begin again. Do not be hard on yourself if at first you do not feel the connection, you will. You must always keep yourself open to the possibilities and it will come. So many of you fight and resist and do not trust. It is time for you to trust so that you can move forward as you intended. It is my intention to give you some insights and ideas to help you get clarity, feel safe and guided to make the courageous steps necessary to fulfill your most important purpose and goals for this lifetime.

Learning to work with your own energy field is of vital importance to the awakening ones and those of you who are particularly sensitive to the energies around you. Understanding your outer (and of course) inner layers and ensuring they are clear is something that will assist the spiritual aspirant in many ways. There should be no doubt by now that there is more to you than meets the eye and during these next few months of your time many of you will be or perhaps already are, experiencing an enhancement of your spiritual senses. It is a normal part of your evolution and there is nothing to be alarmed about. It does however often take a bit of work and time to adjust to this new you. And even some of the older teachers and souls who have been doing this awhile will be experiencing symptoms from these new levels.

Never before on your planet in modern times (recent few thousand years) has there been this much technology on your planet and as a species you are still adjusting to it. As you make things bigger, better and faster, they are also more energetically outputting and for some of you this has become overwhelming, and at times very much so. It is during these times that understanding and working with your energy fields and bodies will help you the most. We would not want you to step backwards and cut off these new sensitivities out of the sheer necessity to survive, however you can ask for us to dial them down a notch or two while you learn how to work with them.

First begin with a purification of your four bodies. It is time for a cleansing and detoxification of your body, heart, mind and spirit. Doing this regularly allows for an increase in your intuition, energy, and your ability to receive and give to others. Cleanse yourself and your energy each day and more often if you are in a toxic environment or as you feel you need. As lightworkers awakening, you have a tendency to absorb the energy, emotions, and or feelings of those around you. It can be overwhelming in the moment and so remember to cleanse your energy before you shield yourself in particularly harsh situations as it often gets locked in with you when you feel you need times of protection. Learning to understand what is happening around you energetically is an important step in your development.

When you are clear of others, it is far easier to deal with what is yours. Sometimes it is hard to tell when you are clouded by the energy of all those that are around you, especially those who live in the densely populated areas. Be sure to have your auric field close to yourself unless you want it out there for a particular reason. On the whole, it should be keep within 45 cm or 18 inches from your person.

When you are clear, balanced and focused on your journey, it then that you have time and the energy to look into your heart and decide what your true desires really are and begin to work on them. This is for you and only you to decide. Following your divine passion is truly a magical experience and one worth pursuing. As you expand your sensitivities to your world and learn to be in your world, as that is part of having a physical journey, you are experiencing the totality of all of your journeys.

Find the balance and harmony in each body, the physical, emotional, mental, and be sure to have some kind of spiritual practise that fits into your life. You may have to get up 15 minutes earlier each day, however you are worth it.

See the world through angel eyes. This means to see with love and without judgement. Each and every one of you is learning and growing, some at very different rates. The details are truly unimportant and it matters not who and what they are. Release any need to be right and control what is happening around you. Learn to be in the moment and work on your personal stuff. Let us open up your spiritual center and help you to see the world from a new light. Let us enhance your ability to radiate your light in all that you do. Begin to offer the best of yourself always and in doing so you are working in service to yourself, all that is and those around you. As you begin to see and act compassionately, you become a guide for love, and you become an integral part of the crystalline grid that helps to feed and nourish your world.

Take some time each day to help shape your reality. Use your creativity to help you bring out the best of yourself and bring out the warmth and joy from within you and paint your day. Ask that you be inspired today with ideas and inspirations that you did not expect and thank spirit for bringing them to you. In this way, you are consciously creating more and your day.

“I have my inner peace and courage to protect my being, and the strength to behave compassionately with everyone and all that I do."

Support is available to you. You do not have to go it alone. Yet, we see so many of you struggle, sometimes out of fear, sometimes out of shame, and sometimes it is just because you are so used to relying on yourself, yet not fully trusting yourself either. Know that you are supported in many ways. Let your angel’s and guides’ offer you comfort when you need it and know that they can also help support your desires and plans. You are never alone and you are dearly loved. Make this your knowingness, for it is when you truly know, that you feel enough freedom and peace to trust that all things are possible and move forward in spiritual confidence. Boost your positivity and trust that it is so.

When you believe in yourself and think positive thoughts, you will increase the universal flow of energy that is sent your way. Watch for any signs, pay attention to the people around you who are offering you support and beneficial situations that lead you closer to you plans and dreams. These practices will help you connect, receive insights and stay in the flow of universal energy, and bring your crystal clear intentions to life.

"I trust my abilities; I trust my insight as I open myself up to the support of the Universe."

Wisdom is powerful. Wisdom comes from deep within you. Wisdom involves understanding how all your life experiences have come to shape the person and soul that you have become. It involves understanding how your life experiences have shaped the very fabric of your Universe, as you are an important part of the whole. This is also vital for your spiritual growth. Ask your angels and guides to help you trust your inner wisdom and use it every day in your life.

Let your true power emerge. It is time for you to use your inner strength and might to make the changes that you desire and to be living your life more in your purpose. True power is grounded in spiritual awareness, and it all has to do with trusting and using your inner wisdom, standing your ground, and speaking your truth. Use your power with love and it will always guide you where you want to go in life's journey.

"I connect and trust my inner wisdom more each day; I am therefore connected to the Universal wisdom of all that is."

Understanding brings knowledge. Knowledge brings understanding. It is not always what you learn from a book, it is also about trusting that when you need something, and it is available to you. Discernment is the key when you are seeking understanding outside of yourself. Trusting is the key when you are seeking understanding from within. Ask the questions and you will find an answer that is right for you at that time. Remember to be neutral in the outcome, or you will not always trust in the answers you receive. Ask the question again to a later you and you will find that again the answer has changed. It is not that the truth has changed; it is that your understanding becomes greater as you grow. As you grow, your understanding of life, the universe and everything changes.

Knowing that you can always find what you need when you need it frees you up to pursue your dreams. You always have the freedom of choice. Ask the guides and angels to help you see alternatives and to help you act in love. To give you courage to follow your heart, freedom from restrictions, and to soar as high as you can. Choose to be free, and to be yourself. Take the knowledge that you are amazing and can create anything you desire and run free with it.

"Understanding and knowledge are always available to me, bringing me freedom to pursue my desires."

Find your peace in your world. As you do this, your spirit begins to shine forth for others to see and feel and for you to help them to light there way by your shining example.

Take a deep breath and release any energy that does not serve you and take a few more of these breaths. Sink into that beautiful and loving energy that dwells within you and spread that light all around you and through you. When you feel completely relaxed and feel at one with all that is, hold this feeling of love and balance within you, within your very DNA and let it be your intent that at any time you find yourself out of balance with your world, you can close your eyes, take a deep breath and be in this energy. Then, when you open your eyes, you will be seeing your world from the perspective of being connected with everything and filled with compassion. This is how you can see your world, regardless as to what is going on around you.

Seek out each day to find harmony with where you are at and what you are doing. Start your morning by setting the intent for what you expect to experience and hold that thought within you as you go about your day. The clearer you are, the more likely you will see the creations you desire. Enrich yourself and your life with people, places and things that bring harmony to you and your world.

"When my mind, body, and spirit are in harmony, I am at one with all that is."

Q: I am actually in need of help. I am unable to get out of a circle. I guess that you probably know about telepathic manipulation. Do you know how this could be ended? When someone is pressuring so hard to get their way and my no doesn't matter...they still keep pushing. THANK YOU ..BLESSINGS TO YOU : )

A: This happens and even in your metaphysical circles where you think it is safe to trust and be a part of the group as you each assume that other spiritualists are of the same thought process as you have, which is to first do no harm, and to be in your truth in your word, thought and deed. These are very noble qualities and ones that many of you aspire to in all that you do. However there are still others that are either of old energy and not keeping up for the purpose of helping others see what is good and right and learn to trust that for themselves. In other words, they are a teacher with something to share with you that when you learn, they will change or disappear from your experience.

So very often many of you get stuck in the energy of trust. We ask that you try to stretch your understanding and see that it is not about trusting in another, it is about trusting in yourself, and when you learn to trust yourself, you will no longer be in the energy of untrustworthy people. It is that simple.

Now, back to the question at hand, take the time each day and night to see that your energy is clear of psychic debris and the energy of others. This should be a part of your spiritual practice and done every day when you are in contact with others, even if it is through email or the phone. Create a vortex of spiritual fire and ask it to swirl around you and clear your energy from your crown through to your root chakra and into the earth, clearing the energy into the earth chakras beneath you. Then ask the spiritual fire of the mother earth to come up and give you healing and love, and exit through your crown up into your I AM PRESENCE. And in this energy, ask for Archangel Michael and myself to cut any cords that bind you to any lower energy or anything that is less that love. We will go to work ensuring that you are clear. Then, ask to be encircled in a cloak of white light for protection as you go about your day. Do this every day and as many times as it takes for you to feel free of this energy or that it has been transformed.

Remember that no one can manipulate you telepathically unless you let them in. If it is still happening, look hard at your thoughts and practices and keep at it. This person has agreed to play the role of teacher for you and part of your life lessons are to understand definition which is about understanding what is yours and what belongs to others, learning where ‘you’ leave off and others begin, and as you master this energy, you will not encounter it as often or to such a degree, unless you stop your spiritual practice.

It might seem like work at first, however it will be such a tremendous relief to anyone who is energy sensitive when it becomes an unconscious act and you know that you are always safe and it is okay for you to use your power as you know how to use it with love and compassion.
