Now you will work together with us to manifest the romance you are seeking. Your angels will guide you in specific ways to ensure that they grant your wish. For instance, you may get a strong urge to drive to a certain place, and you might meet a wonderful partner when you arrive at that destination. It is important that you act upon the guidance you feel. Your angels want to help you, but they cannot do the journey for you, they can only guide you and set up the events that will lead you to your goals.

The angels guidance may ask you to engage in self-discovery and self-improvement activities such as exercise classes, nutritional practices, or self-help seminars. Follow this guidance, and you will

See Today as a Special Blessing

I have always kind of thought that February 29th is a special
day. It only happens once every four years and that makes it have its
own special energy.



Take a moment and see the blessings in your life today. Be grateful
for all the wonderful things that have touched your life. The People,
the places, and even the things.

And well truly every day is a blessing, it is however good to take
the time and remind yourself of that, especially if things have been a
bit trying of late.

Just for Today, I choose to be Grateful for all that I am, all that
has been, all that I have and All that I am becoming! And so it Is.

Infusing yourself with emerald rays of love and light on a dailybasis will do wonders for your outlook and well being. This can help to shift everything in your life. Embark on your personal journey of
healing and ask Archangel Raphael to light your way.  Get outside, take deep breathes of fresh air as much as possible, and take a regular look at your goals and dreams and how you are progressing towards them.

Call upon your angels to clear and energize your chakras during your meditations. These are your power centres. Use the power of the infinity sign, infused with love and place them into each chakra after it is cleared. Let a stream of light pour out your crown chakra and shower down all around you filled with the colours of the rainbow and then go about your day.


Look at your goals and dreams with love and a clear heart. Don’t beat yourself up for could haves and should haves. Don’t cheat yourself out of a healthy life experience by holding onto regrets, sorrow, or fear. Know that you did the best you could at that time and release the rest. Release the people and situations in your life that are keeping you in the past. Love them and let them go. Let them find there way take the gifts from the relationships, job, or whatever situation it was. Be grateful as you are now so ready to moving to something more.

Messages from your Angels Part 3

I’ve received some wonderful messages and questions about how our angels and guides communicate with us. Here are a few more ways our angels send us messages to let us know that they are hearing our prayers, our requests for help, love and support. The most important thing is to remember that it doesn’t always come in a way we can expect.

Signs and Symbols – These are often repeating numbers, signs or symbols. Our angels send us messages that relate to us and in ways that we can understand. If you feel you are not getting the signs you have asked for, ask your angels to send it in a way that can understand now. I recently was asked by a reader “I asked my angels to send me a white feather and I have not received it yet, are they listening to me?” It is important to be open to the signs but also to understand that when you ask for it to be a sign, don’t specify, just ask that it be meaningful for you. I recently did this and found the most beautiful white and yellow tipped feather. I was astounded by its beauty and knew it was a sign as it was unlike any I have found before. Another time a feather flew into my apartment from the hallway when I opened my door, it was inside a building and no one else was in the hall.

Repeating numbers are a common sign. There are many books about numbers and so it is important to look at what they mean to you and not necessarily what other writer or authors think they should mean. For me, I thank my guides and angels whenever I notice this and usually take it as a sign reminding me that I am not alone, they are with me, supporting me and not something specific. I also have developed my own numerology that is meaning to me. 

Earth Angels – You each come here with many plans and contracts to fulfill as part of your earthly mission. Sometimes your contracts of friendship and support mean that you enter the lives of those who need assistance or awakening or they enter your life just when you need them.  These are your Earth Angels who are fulfilling their part in the master plan of your  life purpose. Anyone who touches your life in a significant way is an earth angel, even the ones you deem as a negative life experience – these are the ones who have agreed to come and help you with ‘bump’ contracts, to help

you get back on track and on with your mission.

Your angel guidance is to remember  when you ask for help, it is there. Notice the signs and watch as life becomes easier to navigate and always remember to see the beauty in each experience.

Mindfullness Take 3 – You are Worth It

A few days ago I received a video from my favourite channel on u-tube  - The Honest Guys - with the subject line, "Mindfulness - 3 Minutes and I looked at it and thought to myself, I will view later when I have more time. I heard this very distinct voice say "you mean you don't have 3 minutes to set the intention for your day?" This was like a huge alarm for me. I was reminded of the old Zen adage "You should meditate for 20 minutes each day - unless you are too busy then you should sit for an hour" 

I asked myself how could I actually be too busy to sit and listen for 3 minutes? Surely I have wasted more than that gazing out the window, looking at my closet, fussing with my hair, checking out facebook or some other times I am not even aware that I wasted, after all, it is only 3 minutes. I decided to take my jacket off and sit back down and take 3 minutes to set my state and intention before I left the house. It felt simply wonderful!

It is a beautiful reminder and I have been doing it each morning after I do up my daily angel message, then I am ready to start my day with clear thoughts and a peaceful mind.

Your angel guidance for this week is to become more mindful of each moment and see if this doesn't help you become more peaceful with whatever the days brings your way.

We would love to hear back the results of doing this short meditation - try it for 21 days (they say it take 21 days to form a habit). Do it every day and don't miss a day. If you do miss a day, begin your 21 days again and see what a difference this makes for you.

Messages from Your Angels part 2

We have talked about some of the ways your angels share you messages, signs, and signals to let you know that you are not alone and that they are listening to your questions or requests for assistance and guidance. Here are some other ways your angels send you messages of love, support, wisdom, and assistance:

Hear a positive or supportive voice or message: also often called clairaudience or clear hearing. My research and personal experience have found that this is the most commonly wanted or requested

way we want messages back from our angels and yet often one that happens during times of emergency or when one has worked on developing the skills to better hear. I have found it is easier to hear when we are a closer vibratory match.  If you are getting a supportive message, trust it and act upon it and see the results for yourself. 

Smell Something – Clairscent or Clairalience or clear smelling. This is one I have rather developed and not because I wanted to expand it. When I was a child I would always say “I think I used to be a blood hound in a past life” and now that I understand that sense a bit more and learned to live with it (I often say this was my most challenging to work with and yet also a great gift as I learned to smell illnesses on people as a nurse that could help to intervene before a medical emergency arose e.g. I learned to smell of diabetic shock.). We can often smell odors like perfume, foods, or tobacco as messages from our deceased loved ones. If the smell makes you think of someone you love on the other side, it is often a sign they are with you. 

Déjà vu – Feeling you know this or have done this already. This can sometimes also be clairsentience or clear knowing and is the phenomenon of having the strong sensation that an event or experience currently being experienced, has already been experienced in the past or a forewarning of something coming in the future or you  just have a knowing of something without knowing how or why you know it. Claircognizance requires tremendous faith because there’s often no practical explanation for why we suddenly “know” something and is often hard to explain this knowing to others. This is also often the category for emotional empaths fall into. Learn to trust yourself and your feelings.

Remember that your angels cannot do your journey for you, but they certainly can guide you and work behind the scenes on your behalf.

A Message for A New Leap Year

A Message for A New Leap Year

2016 is a nine year and that means it is a year of completion. Some of you may have been feeling the affects of this already over the past few months as cycles that are done have needed to be completed. If you have caught the message and did the work then you are probably feeling more optimistic than those who haven’t done the work are feeling. None the less, there is no time like the present and that is truly what counts. This is the year to take a leap in your spiritual growth, you are being prepared  for a new cycle and so there is no time like the present to start planting the seeds you want to create and finishing off all cycles you are done with.

My son gave me  a Buddha Board for Christmas. It is a board that sits on a tray of water and has a brush. You can paint something, a picture, a saying, or whatever, but it only lasts a few minutes and then it is gone. The slate is clean and ready for a new creation, thought of intention. It is great. I have been using to affirm things, to write messages of love to those on both sides, to release unwanted thoughts, and to give freedom to wanted ones. I have drawn pictures, made hieroglyphics, and more. The point is, that it is only ever in the now and then the masterpiece begins to fad. I like to watch at the interesting messages that are created as it transforms… a kind of scrying. This is the perfect tool for this new year.

Be fearless in your pursuit of a happy life. It is a time to take action and complete cycles and to make the most of the amazing opportunities that are becoming available to you. Information that can help you but which can also be sometimes difficult to hear will be a theme for this year as expanded growth is not always comfortable, especially if you have been failing to see the signs or do the work that has been necessary for you. If you have been resisting, it will persist and with a bit more energy than before. Do the work and know the score and you will be just fine.

Walk away from distractions and dishonest associations. Take a good long look and know that it is okay to realize that what you thought you wanted isn’t the best choice for you, your happiness, or your life. It just isn’t worth the effort when there is so much more you can do with the tools you now have at your disposal. Indecision holds you back. Make the choice that is best for you rather than trying to please others or make them happy at your own expense. To thy own heart be true.

Be practical and yet also generous and gracious as you move forward. You have the magical ability to make anything more beautiful and when you take this outlook out into the world it makes a difference. You will find other human angels on your path to help you as this energy for great shifts is becoming stronger and more of you are expanding your Light.
