Messages from Your Angels

We get messages from our angels and spirit guides in a variety of ways. It is a skill and a great accomplishment when you learn to interpret them in ways that are meaningful to you. As you develop this trust and inner knowing, you will find it easier to discern what is best and right for you at that time and not second guess your choices. Here are some of the ways your angels might be trying to communicate with you:

Learning to trust your gut feelings: Your body often gives you signals to let you know there is something you need to pay attention to. This is neither good or bad but often perceived this way based on past experiences. If you felt a knot in your stomach and something went wrong, they you begin to always think that a knot in your stomach is a warning. It might be interesting to pay attention to your thoughts and feelings, keep a record of them at different times and see if you can’t find your own decoding system. 

Shivers down your Spine: This is one that we are often asked about and is indeed a signal for you to pay more attention to what is happening around you. This is often a sign I receive from peoples guides when I am doing a private session, the stronger the vibration, the more right we are. Often guides will use a form of communication they like to use with their people. If your guardian angel gives you messages this way, they will give them to me that way so I can share with you how they are communicating.

Seeing a vision or a flash in front of you or in your minds eye: Clairvoyance – or clear seeing is not as common as most think. Some of us who are very visual are communicating telepathically as a knowing that is enhanced by the visions and yet others see nothing at all. It comes with trust and working on the skills. If you are visual, often your angels will show you visions as a way of communication.

Our guides and angels are always giving us messages and clues, it is just that we don’t always notice them, or expect them in a certain way that is not always possible. We must be open to receive!

Sharon's Take for 2016 ~ Write it on your Heart

We are heading into a 9 year, an end to a cycle that we have been going through for a bit and now we are so ready to move on. This next year is a big one so make sure you are doing the work you need to do. If you are not, if you are procrastinating, my guess is it won't be much fun. On the other hand, you have skated through before... is this one going to be different? I say yes, a whole new level is about to be breached, secure your seat belt. 

It should be a fun year too and so set aside some time to enjoy yourself and plan to have some fun. It is an important part of the healing process and helps to create. Write it on your heart that today is the best day of the year and all you really have is today, so each and every day will be the best. See how adopting this mindset makes a difference. You don't really have anything to loose by trying and make that commitment to yourself.

For this year of completions, action is key. Success that comes from dedication and self-discipline. Celebrating your accomplishments will be an aspect of that success. As you listen to your heart, trust your intuitive self and your insights, you find that making the best choices for yourself, and not on what others think you should do will help to put you in the spotlight you desire. Worry not about pleasing others, focus on pleasing yourself and blending the intellectual and the emotional worlds so that you are creating your intentions.

As I write this the TV has music on and it turns out to be midnight at Time Square, how appropriate. I have never really been a big fan of New Years Eve parties and so thought it was strange and interesting as I do feel bringing this year in is something to celebrate. 

Positive changes are on the way. This will be a welcome relief for many of you as you have been ready to move on for some time and have been waiting for the Divine timing of the All that Is. This is your year and you may even find you are finally doing the traveling or even relocating that you have been longing for. Some of you will be getting new homes too. Be clear and assertive when it comes to what you know is right and best for you. Everything is going your way because of the hard work you have been doing and so reward yourself by being happy in your creations as well as remembering to cherish you alone time for rest and rejuvenation. 

Be open to a generous, gracious, and also practical benefactor to help you create your intentions when they involve the good of all and your life purpose. Beware also of wolves in sheep's clothing. How can you tell the difference? The one that lifts you up is there to support you. The one that brings you down or makes you feel small is also their to support you, but in ways that speak of standing up for yourself and your beliefs. Follow your heart and be true to you, that is the best advice we can give you. 

Remember that one can still speak their truth and be assertive with kindness. Information can be helpful and sometimes difficult to also hear, yet try to not take what others say personally but extract what is good and beneficial for you. Courageously stand up for yourself but also do so with compassion. Changes are happening, the success you desire is available to you, successful multitasking will help you maneuver through the mace.

We start off with your first mercury retrograde of the year in January. The 5th to the 25th, so start your projects right away.  This should be fun with our solar activity and starting out the year with some good geomagnetic storms. Expect more storms and flares this year as they accelerate out shifting and isn't that what we have been asking for.

I haven't been doing my monthly readings as life has kind of gotten in the way. I do enjoy my new angel blog at beliefnet http://www.beliefnet.com/columnists/angelguidance/ it is a lot of writing, but I do enjoy it and so appreciate those who read it as that is how I get paid. I am not sure what is ahead for this next year, except that things are changing.

This will be a good year to take action. Do what is right for the right reasons. Sounds simple and yet often the greatest challenge. Take the power of your creativity to make smart choices that bring wonderful news of rewards, success, and recognition! Finally! This is news worth celebrating and gives you memories to cherish, and a life of luxury and success.

Your angels are wonderful guides and helpers that are part of your ‘behind the scenes’ crew of loving, benevolent beings who are your support team on this journey called life. They listen and love you unconditionally and always without judgement. Your team of angelic helpers want you to having a wonderful life experience. Take a moment right now and close your eyes. Take a deep cleansing breath and call upon your angels.

This is a really good time to give birth to new ideas or to find a fresh approach to something in your life that hasn’t been working for you and ask your angels to be your counselor, friend, and guides. Invite them into whatever it is you are currently experiencing as they are always available to help make things clearer, to help you make decisions and choices and to help you to feel safe and supported with the changes you are making, to help you to understand and know what to do next.

Keep your thoughts and the words you use to describe yourself and your life positive, supportive and focused.  Your prayers are manifesting and your angels are with you, watching over you, guiding you and protecting you. You are powerful and it is safe to be powerful in  loving ways that benefits  all. Trust that we are with you, that you have the resources you need and that all things are falling into place as they should be. Trust that all is truly well and hold the vision of success, the vision of victory for your life and you will come through all of this with flying colours. 

Give all worries about money or career or relationships to God and the angels. Release any thoughts of less than and trust that  you are on the right path  and heading in the direction of your life’s purpose. Focus on one step at a time and release fears about the future to the angels as there truly is not a time when you are not working on your purpose for life. For the best therapy, invoke your angels and the loving guidance they bring to your life.

Affirmation: “I trust that all things are as they should be to best help me make choices, to help me with my ideas and inspirations and see the results manifesting in my world.”

Clear Knowing with Archangel Uriel

One of the most common questions I am asked is how do I know what I am feeling or seeing is what I think I am getting or knowing and how do I know that it isn’t just wishful thinking?

It is not always easy to learn to trust yourself or those thoughts and feelings. Archangel Uriel whose name means “Light of God” helps us to enlighten our minds and trust our knowingness. He is known for his ability to assist with Divine inspirations. If at any time you need answers or insights, call upon this beloved archangel for support and guidance. He answers anyone who calls upon him. You will know that Archangel Uriel has answered when you have repetitive thoughts or ideas that are positive, loving, helpful, and supportive.  Working with him will assist your Claircognizance which is one of 6th senses – the intuitive sense of knowing without really knowing why you should know it. It is a powerful sense to hone and learning to trust is the key.

Archangel Uriel says to “Trust that knowingness when you are tapped into your core heart light and take action on those thoughts and feelings as they are serendipitous events that are really orchestrated by you with your higher self and your angelic helpers.”

When you ask Archangel Uriel to overlight you, it is important to pay attention to the thoughts and ideas that come to you as these are the answers to your prayers. They often come to you as repetitive thoughts telling you to take certain steps or to make healthy changes in your life. The challenge often comes when we discount those thoughts and feelings, or think they’re just dreams or common knowledge. When you invoke your angelic helpers your thoughts are tuned to higher frequencies, and you then can receive the trustworthy guidance you seek. All Great inventions, new businesses and ideas, as well as teachings about expanded consciousness stem from this same universal source of wisdom or energy and when you are tapped into this Divine wisdom, record your thoughts and feelings, the action steps you took to bring them to realization or how things turned out.  This will help you to see the results and also to begin to trust and know when you are tapped into the pools of creation and when you are tapped into your own personal ego desire for situations and things and how to tell the difference.

Your angel guidance is to be more conscious of your thoughts and feelings. Write them down to help you to learn to trust your knowingness, for when you are tapped into that universal flow of knowledge, all that you seek is there to help you to understand and expand.

Clearing and Shielding – A Daily Practice

Do you hear the collective sigh of relief of humanity when your world passes through some pretty heavy energetic times and lately there have been a few.  When there is a break in this turbulent energy we can all catch our breath. These are glorious times, are they not? Yes, yes, these are beautiful and wonderful energetic times and you are the Ones who are making it through.

Here are some tips to help you to clear and shield yourself to help through the some of the chaotic or discordant energy that we can find ourselves having to deal with during times of great shifts for the earth and her people. Use them daily and it will help you find a path to a better way.

Have you been doing your spiritual practice of clearing yourself of any toxic energies that you may have absorbed from life or others or cleared away any fear based energy from yourself, your surroundings, and everyone and everywhere that you spend time?

Here are some helpful techniques that don’t take a lot of time but when they are done daily, can do a tremendous amount of good. Ask your angels to help you and do them as often as the environment your in dictates. Ask for Archangels Michael and Raphael to help to clear and cleanse you. Regardless what is going on around you, when you are in a bubble of healing, loving light, you are in the the best possible space. 

Remember to use shields of light and bubbles of energy to protect yourself from harsh or fear-based energies by envisioning a cocoon of light surrounding yourself and your energy field. You can ask Archangel Michael to use whatever colour or vibration he thinks is best, or you can choose for yourself, it is entirely up to you. You can use the attribute of light you want and let your angels and guides direct the colour. It does not matter if you know what the different colours mean, it matters that you use this practice to keep yourself energized, safe, protected and moving forward. 

When your energy field is clear and balanced and you are in a state of peace of harmony, and that is the best state to be in to review your choices and your options and learn what you can with this fresh perspective. Allow yourself time to make decisions and meditate upon the answers that you seek. Trust that your guides and angels are listening and responding by offering you options and alternatives and allow them to help create a smoother road ahead.

Who to Call upon for Help and Guidance

What better advise could we give than to consider working with the angels everyday! When you ask for help and trust that it is so, it is there.

I thought it was appropriate to offer a small list of angelic helpers and Ascended Masters of different philosophies and religions as well as New Age benevolent beings of love that you can call upon for certain situations, for support, guidance, love and protection. It is by no means complete but is a reference and a starting point for you to begin taking action when you are not sure what you can do next. Truly all you need to do is call them in and they will be there. I think many of us have done it in times of emergency without even realising it.  At other times we simple forget to use the unseen forces of light.

You always have your guardian angels who are there for you, supporting you, loving you, and guarding you always.

Each archangel has a group of angels who work together for a common purpose just as we do as human and is a collective of energies. Compartmentalizing them and giving them names helps us to understand in a logical way and can help to keep you focused in times of need. I know that when I was in a place where there was nothing I could do and no where for me to turn for help that the angels and guides that I invoked did exactly as I asked and the results were quick and swift and oft-times, truly remarkable.

Archangel Michael and his legions of helper angels for protection, strength, truth, courage, help, love, really anything as he can be the go to guy for anything and everything if I am unsure what to do. When I call on him, my cheeks get warm and rosy, never fails.

The Most Perfect Place

The Best Place to Start is Where your At! 

I spent over ten years of my healthcare career working in nursing homes, mainly on special care units with dementia. It was one of the most beautiful experiences I have had and I will always remember the many beautiful souls that touched my life through the experience. People with dementia walk on both sides of the veil and seem to have a connection to other dimensions and when you take the time to listen, the most profound thoughts come out of their mouths. One of my favourite was from a wonderful gentleman we shall call “Ivan”. He loved to repeat things and my favourite of his is “The best place to start is where your at”.

I think we sometimes forget this when we find ourselves some place we don’t want to be and we are not sure what to do or where to go next. This is always a good reminder and I remember these words from this wonderful human angel to guide me. I am already in the best place right now to get where I need to go and by remembering this I let go of the expected outcome and replace it with new ideas and options to now become available to me. New doors can open and hold hope in your heart always.

The angels want to remind us that you are already in the most perfect place to discover what it is you want to discover. To hold positive thoughts for a healthy outcome. To know that positive new experiences are on the horizon, so now is the time to open up and follow the guidance of your heart.Expect the best. Hold positive thoughts about yourself and your life. Wash away any negativity from your consciousness and past memories, and keep only the positive lessons and the love that you can now experience because of what has been. Don’t hang on to anything that could weigh you down, such as resentment, unforgiving thoughts and feelings, or bitterness in any way. Let it go! Extract whatever teachings or messages that are needed and move on to the life you want to create for yourself, move on to a life of  harmonious and peaceful actions. You deserve this for yourself and your angels want nothing more than to assist you in coming to this realization for yourself.

Affirm: “I trust my heart as I invoke my angels to help to guide me and new opportunities and options are now becoming available to me.” 

So, today’s guidance comes from a human angel ‘Ivan’, “Let go of the past, and remember that the best place to start is where your at! Healing is always an option. Let go what that should look like or whatever you perceive it to be and just enjoy the outcome and trust in possibilities.”
