Sharon's Take - August 2009

Welcome to the energy of the '8'.

On the west coast we have been experiencing a heat wave, seems appropriate to represent the energy of transition we have all been going through as we search for our clarity and balance.

August energies will bring about a juggling act between the infinite and the finite with the ebbs and flows of the energy. Waves of ups and downs, yet not the extremes many of us have been experiencing over the last 3 months. Be conscious of the the lows and use them as constructive times of placing loving thoughts within the mass consciousness. Always remember, you can choose to be centered in love at all time, regardless of the circumstances of your surroundings.

Overall, this month will bring about he changes many of you have been working towards as you see your concrete and clear goals manifesting in the physical. It is now time to enjoy the outcome of all the hard work, however be cautious of over indulgence, especially in nutritious intake, as out physical bodies are wishing to better taken care of. Many will continue to see transitions in the beginning of the month in their physical surroundings, at work, in relationships, in the home, with some unexpected revelations. Step back and look a the gift and bigger picture to see that these revelations and changes are indeed blessed.

Changes in relationships and the depth of these relationships will also change for many, as the vibration of the individual raises - those that vibrate to differently will drift apart and many will be attracting that healthy, balanced relationship they have been waiting so long for.

Also during this time these will be much personal shifting as each one opens and expands to becoming a being of Love. Trust and tune into your inner guidance. Spend that time in inner retreat with your higher self - your beautiful inner being that is always connected to you, and all that is simultaneously - you have the talents and the skills.

Follow your dreams, seek conscious balance in your relationships with all, Now is the time to create these opportunities you have been longing for in your heart and soul. Blessed be to you all in each step in your journey of recalling your magnificence.

I am honoured to be called forth this day to offer loving guidance about loving each other more deeply.

So many of you long for that deeper, lasting, pure relationship of Love that you feel when you are not here on this side of the veil and I shall assist you in bringing clarity, love and understanding back into you experience.

There are many theories and thoughts on your earth plane about twin flames, soul mates and such things and many search for completeness and this quest as separate from the self. We ask that you begin this day by searching for this union from within – by merging with your higher self – forming that soul mate relationship first with you and therefore elevating and attracting the next level on the earth plane while doing that we are working on all our current relationships on this plane of existence and expanding all other planes as well.

Develop a relationship with yourself, your partner and the partner that you long to create is a life purpose you all choose to work on as this leads to you becoming the expanded loving beings you are here to experience in order to shift into the 5th dimension of love. So let us begin....
Do a daily meditation and envision in your 3rd eye and heart chakra as often throughout the day and work on the steps laid out before you.

It matters not if this being has manifested in physical form at this moment – for that being will find a way to ‘walk in’ to your reality as the vibrations are right and the souls are drawn together.

Work on all of those qualities you wish to attract to you and by using the Universal Law of Attraction...you will draw that into your field. Detach from the outcome and enjoy the moments of creating yourself, and pay attention to the signs, smiles and love that you feel around you now.

Sharon's Take - July 2009

Greetings and welcome to July!

This is our seventh month and will bring about more shifts and transitions, of thoughts, actions and deeds. Hang on for the ride...which ever way you view it.

Recall that we are in a year of balance, coupled with a month of transition... change is bound to happen. So, you can choose how deal with that change. Many of us are being forced to look at what is not working in our lives. To do some deep inner work. No matter what the challenge is, health, finances, work, relationships, thoughts... whatever it is...if it is not working with you...it has been magnified over the past many weeks. With that, if it is working for you, that too has been magnified. The empaths in the crowd are reminded to take care of their own energy, being conscious of closing off your energy field when dealing with 3D people, places and things.

The transitioning energy of July brings with it the new creations, new life, new growth and new levels to relationships. We must be sure to release any bondage to the past, if we resist the flow of transition we will come up against ego, issues of control and restrictions. Those who release and prepare to move forward, you must be sure you have completed every step and the continual transformation of thoughts. Release any thoughts that don't serve your highest good, or stand in the way of your dreams. Focus on what you want and release the concern about how it will happen - know that it will. Hold on to the picture of what you choose to create, work towards it in all attitudes and levels as if it is already here! Enjoy the smooth waters of your creations when they are deliberately set!

I am finally starting back to slowly integrating back into my 'day' job, which means that my hip joint is recovering. I would have never imagined it would take 7 months... funny...that transition number again (I have to laugh). Anyway, I am looking forward to the completions that are occurring all around me, as they are many. Learning to live in these higher photon levels over the past month and a half have been a really awesome awakening to different aspects of understanding thought creation. With that, I am having an online workshop on Working with your Higher Self on July 25th, as well as 2 evening offerings to be announced later.

I am planning a trip up to Williams Lake mid July.... I have some time available for Past Life Regression Sessions, Lemurian Tarot Readings & Angel Card readings as well...send me an email at sharon@playingwiththeuniverse.com to inquire about a session. Sharon's Take - June 2009

The Heat is On!

We entered June with a lovely heat wave here in Vancouver just as we leave mercury retrograde behind. I felt the energy lighten as soon as June emerged.

I had a very busy month last month and brought my understanding and ability to make mercury retrograde work for me to a new level. It has been a tremendous month of growth on many fronts and I feel like I am emerging from a cocoon.

I have shared with you that I have been journeying with a injury to my sacroiliac joint for the last 6 months. It has been an interesting experience dealing with 3D ego based agencies and often very very trying at times. I know I wouldn't be in this much peace if I didn't have my connection to source and trust in the support of my entourage, and am glad that soon my life will be back to my normal as it seems to be on the mend finally.

I am very honoured to share with you that I am now a monthly columnist at OK In Health.com, an Integrative Health & Healing Website. Soul Food with Sharon will have a different topic each month designed to assist in our human journey. on to June's reading....

As we emerge into the Energy of June, many will feel the lightening of energy in a sense. Mercury retrograde passed at the end of May. The Photon levels* are in the 7's and 8's all month, giving us some awesome energy for manifesting the desires of our heart and thoughts. Be extra vigilant at watching your thoughts as our lag time of seeing our thoughts manifest is much shorter when the levels are high.

Those of us who have been doing our work are going to enjoy this energy. The challenge is in not taking on too much and burning out. The energy feels very alive and can be productive, or you can run around like a chicken with your head cut off and not really get a lot accomplished.

Those who haven't been doing any processing work, and live in a world filled with fear usually experience this energy with frustration, as they don't realize that they are creating their thoughts, (which are confused/fear based and scattered), are creating their reality. So, if you are spending time with people who are very 'mugglie', know that many of them will feel tremendous stress over the next few weeks.

Choose to be the Eye of the Hurricane when you are out dealing with mass consciousness. If you are sensitive to the energy around you, remember to ensure you strengthen your energy field to allow only the energy that is beneficial to you to enter or stay in your field, you might want to make sure your aura is closer to your physical body. And, do a regular cleansing anytime you feel the need and at the end of the day before you go to bed. Showers work wonderfully well too. You can take a few minutes and visualize a waterfall tumbling all around you and clearing your energy. All of these techniques will give you such a sense of peace and relief.

This energy offers us the opportunity to create at a faster rate. If you have been wanting to create a better, deeper relationship, or a new relationship, this is an ideal time. Focus on what you want and work on creating that for yourself, and by the law of attraction, that relationship can be brought to a whole new level. If you are wanting to create a new career path, this is the perfect time. Set your intent and focus on it daily. Create positive affirmations or prayers and visualize them as if they are here and you have them. Allow this energy to become you. When Ghandi said, "You must be the change you see in the world", he was sharing the secret to creating, you attract that which you are.
