As you begin to awaken to the new energy, you can become more sensitive to the world around you. The awakening of the emotional body can sometimes be not only trying, but a shock to you when you begin to open your heart and heal a part of you that has been closed off or protected over your lifetime. It is often overwhelming and leaves you feeling vulnerable to the changes occurring in your life.


Honor Yourself
As you become more sensitive, honor yourself and your feelings. Emotions can be particularly challenging for men as they have been taught for a very long time to be ‘strong’ or ‘big boys don’t cry’. It is perfectly natural to explore your emotions and the depths with which you feel. Let your heart heal and be open, it is a great gift to yourself and for you to share with others. Allow yourself to come into your own and continue to move forward.


 Patience


Have patience with yourself and know that it is perfectly okay to feel the wonderful world of emotions and to explore love as it is meant to be. Take a playful approach and realize that everyone needs nurturing and support. It takes a village to raise a child, and we are all children expanding who we are. Sorting out your feelings and putting them in perspective is a key to helping you feel more confident. Embrace the change and expect things to get better from this point forward.


Gentleness

Be very gentle with yourself and others as you awaken, and remember that others are also experiencing life on new terms, just as you are. Surround yourself with environments, people and situations that are supportive of your new growth. It is an exciting time as new opportunities for advancement are available for you as you change your life. Do a review and evaluate your life. When you look at life from a different perspective, life begins to change and move in a new direction filled with love and expansion.


Breathe

Breathing work can be one of the best tools to help you process through thoughts and emotions. Take several deep breaths and allow yourself to feel calm and peaceful. Allow yourself to use your breath to awaken your energy and release old patterns that no longer serve you. Slowly inhale the finest of oxygen molecules and as you release your breath, imagine that any energy, thoughts and feelings that you no longer need are released so that you are free to move on to something more meaningful. This can accelerate your spiritual and emotional growth. Breathing is the gift of life, use it well and breathe consciously every day.


Clear Your Space
Get rid of anything that holds you back. You are energetically attached to everything in your life, so clear away anything that you don’t like or want, even if it is a gift. This will help make room for the new to enter as well as free up energy and release your thoughts and emotions for things you do love and want in your life. It allows you to focus on what you do want, and to feel clearer and more able to move forward without feeling dragged down by the things in your life. Don’t procrastinate and have some fun while you doing this.


Peace

Peace comes from remember love in all that you do. Peace comes from the knowing that you safe, protected and supported. When you are peaceful within, you are more powerful. You have confidence in your ideas and inspirations and move forward with ease. You trust your guidance and are tuned into your intuition.
 
You are better able to see the truth and better able to trust and follow your passion. Peace is one of the keys to enlightenment, so don't give up on finding it for yourself. Have courage and believe in yourself, as this is a successful time and so confidently accept the opportunities that come your way and know that you have earned it by your ability to master the steps you take.
 
When you have inner peace everything else just seems to fall into place. Look past surface appearance and see the truth, which underlies everything and focus upon that truth while you loving see solutions and options to assist you along the way.     
                                                                    
Soften your heart. Treat each other with unconditional love as that shows you are truly comprehend their situation and outlook or that it doesn't really matter whether you understand or not, only that you offer them a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on when they need it. Compassion is showing unconditional love that is as vast as the Universe. Let compassion be a guiding force in your light and let it shine forth for all to see and feel. Compassion is a higher dimensional energy of love. Strive to develop this love for all and everything as it is part of the ascension process and vital for spiritual growth.
 
Angel Therapy

Ask your angels to help you as you learn to master and process through all your thoughts and feelings. Ask your guardian angels to keep you safe and trust that you are protected. You are not alone, and they want nothing more than to help you through this human journey called life. Your love and emotions are a gift, open you heart and feel love in all of its grand aspects and allow this part of you to awaken, be healed and know that is safe for you open yourself up to the grand possibilities and let your love heal all things.
