This morning I felt the urge to share the vibrational flu with you all...
After the Spring Festival of Awareness weekend, I've spoken with several people who said they have experienced 'flu like' symptoms..
Have you ever noticed that you often feel sick after a really good workshop, holiday, conference or gathering? You wonder why because you had this amazing time where you gained a greater understanding of yourself and perhaps the world. You are tired, the food tastes different, things around you look different, you often see others differently. These are all symptoms of a vibrational shift. Your 'other bodies' the spiritual, mental and emotional bodies have shifted and now your physical body, the densest of the 4, needs time to catch up. We need to take care of the case that holds us all together here on the earth plane. Especially at a festival or workshop where healing work is being done or processing work (which is healing work in the mental/emotional and sometimes spiritual) we need to take the time to honour that we have been through a shift in vibration, a shift in understanding, a shift in consciousness.
Karen Bishop of http://whatsuponplanetearth.com/ lists 40 in her book, she calls them Ascension symptoms. I found a list of 52 through my investigating of other sites and books. There are illnesses that puzzle the doctor world because they are energetic diseases, so if you are only treating one of the bodies, the physical body, it is difficult to find a 'cure'. Anyway, I thought I would list a few of the shift symptoms here for those of you who find yourself here reading my share...
Ascension symptoms, shift symptoms, or vibration flu, are terms to describe changes we experience as we evolve as humans. As we shift our perspective, how we see the world, expand our ability to feel love and compassion for all, as we learn to live in peace, balance and harmony with each other, we evolve, we shift vibration, we shift awareness's.
Some of the common symptoms are:
Sleep disturbances. I crowned myself queen of the 3am club about 20 years ago. Indigo children often have this sleep pattern naturally and function very well with it. Sleep for four or five hours, be awake for 2 or 3 hours. If you resist this one... you will become physically and emotionally exhausted (I know from past experience). When I learned to honour this sleep patterning, my health and outlook shifted dramatically. Even as a teenager, I worked early in the morning on the weekends and summer, would go home and nap, then get up for the rest of the day. My mother never had to wake me for school, I was up before 6am. These early morning hours are wonderful creative times, great for writing, journaling or meditation.
Activity at the crown of your head (top). This can be tingling, itchiness, prickly feeling, crawling sensations along your scalp and/or down your spine. A sense of energy vibrating at the top of your head, as if something is erupting from within or the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head.
Feeling as if you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy; feeling stress. This is one of the first ascension symptoms that a person usually feels. In the beginning, when the energy shifts arrive, they bring with them a New and higher vibration. Old patterns, behaviors and beliefs are being pushed to the surface for release. Feeling all this pressure going on inside of you can feel like great stress or that you are on overload.
Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body. This is another of the most common symptoms. Manifesting just about anywhere, this is a sign of purifying and releasing blocked energy that is vibrating at a 3D level while other parts of us are vibrating higher. You may feel pain in various areas of your body for several weeks and then it will simply vanish with no explanation.

Nourish yourself on all levels when you are experience these symptoms. Each healthy whole foods, foods alive with nutrients, breath fresh air, hug a tree, drink plenty of blessed water (say love and thank you ), sleep when your body wants to, take a walk by the lake or the ocean, take a walk in the forest and Meditate. Take care of yourself.
